The store is almost empty. They are going out of business. They marked up their prices, and then give 30% off, still found stuff cheaper online comparing prices. People dont know what a good deal is.

Very disappointed that they are closing this store. This was the only store that I could find good cooking utensils and the hard to find kitchen stuff. I wished they would have been able to stay open.

I loved this location im sure am going to miss since it closing soon im always going to rember that the staff was nice and that bed bath and beyond had a great selection.

Love this Nampa store but unfortunately the lease is being raised so they are not going to have a store in Nampa soon.

Nice store but short on many items this time of year. Looking for air fryer but they were all gone. Had to look hard to find someone to help me. Need couple extra helpers this time of year.

I have never been treated so rude. I had a 20 percent coupon. She refused to let me use it. I also saw on the counter if you fill out a form for rewards you receive 20 percent off that purchase. Well she did my a favor she saved me from spending several hundreds of dollars.

Bed Bath and Beyond has a good selection with decent prices. The people are generally kind and helpful too.

They do have a lot of cool stuff but wow seemed way over priced. The electric water pitcher I saw was $99 but I saw that same one from $50 on Amazon. I know its hard for the store to beat online pricing but double the price is just the reason why these places are going out of business. They need to find a way to compete.

I could spend hours here! I could also spend thousands here. What I wanted today was an As Seen On Tv item, a RoboTwist Jar Opener. They had it and almost any As Seen On Tv item you might want. The sweet sales lady ran to the stockroom to get it for me as they were out on the shelf.

Friendly employees. Good selection. I would shop there again.

Store closing. Signs say everything 40-60 per cent off. A couple items were 50% off, one group of personal care items were 60% and everything else was 40%.

Theyre going out of business theyve got a big sale.

I should have written this review back in November, but it turns out I have more praise for this store. I went in the store to get a few items for our house. We found a great deal on an Ugg comforter. Unfortunately they did not have the correct color in the size we needed. I had a 20% off coupon, because who doesnt, off for the entire purchase. They were able to call the location in Boise and they still honored the coupon even though it wasnt all on one purchase. The other item that was purchased was a 14 cup food processor. I like to cook quite a bit and I use multiple times a week. After 3 months it had stopped working. I only had the box left and none of the packaging. I put the item in there and took it to the store with my receipt. It took less than 5 min to exchange it for a new one in the box. The customer service at this location is the best that I have ever been around.

I really enjoy looking around inside this place. They have just about anything packed from floor to celing that you could possibly want at just about every price range as far as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and the beyond sections of the store are concerned. Its amazing how much there is to look at and they always have quite a few things discounted too. On a side note, they also have a fairly impressive section of curtains and rods too🙂

Clean store and well organized. I went later in the evening so there wasnt much staff walking around. Their signs are easy to read and see so it was easy to navigate the store. They have a good variety of products and options with varying price ranges.

The customer service at this store is always something to be desired... I never feel welcome. Specifically, the cashiers seem to be pretty consistently annoyed. I understand how frustrating retail work can be and I understand that so many customers are irrationally terrible to retail workers, but please acknowledge those who are attempting to be friendly to you. It goes a long way with people like me.

Great products, but kind of expensive, and their service is terrible. We walked around for about 10 minutes expecting an employee to help us, but they just kept ignoring us. So we eventually had to find what we were looking for on our own.

I went looking for a bread maker today. After looking at several different stores and online our local BB&B had not only the best price by 25% but also the best customer service. Tamara was awsome. She directed us to an online coupon that saved me an additional 20%. I was able to splurge and get 2 new pieces of cookware that were on clearance. All total I spent a little over $120.00 on a purchase that at regular retail would have cost over $300.00. Guess I am going to have to shop here more often. Especially if the service is as good as Tamara was today you will see me more often.

They have a key machine (makes key copies) next to their register up front. After I had a key made it was not a good match. Sign on machine says guaranteed to work. They told me THEY dont back the machine. I have to call a separate company. So much for my business. They need a sign that tells customers they wont back the machine.

Just like many large chains Bed Bath & Beyond is what one should expect. Its a good place to get lots of household needs. Usually clean, staffs helpfulness is adequate.

No terrible experiences here. But the prices are terrible, easily beaten by amazon on most products even when you include actually paying for 2 day shipping. In general has poor organization, almost like they over stock and dont know where to put anything, yet they have a terrible selection of items. Looked for curtains for Windows, only had 2 sizes, either to big or way to big. No like bedroom window blinds at all just curtains and bars. Its stuff like this just make BB&B an unappealing place to shop.As an aside (and this could just be a google issue) when you google Bed Bath and Beyond near me when youre in Middleton, with your location settings turned on, and only two pop up, the Meridian and Boise locations, you know your store isnt doing to well.

Came in for an item I needed for my coffee pot. They didnt carry it any longer. They were willing to help me in any way they could. They went above and beyond. I was impressed with this location and would come back again. They carry a great selection of all hosehold and houseware products. If you dont have your 20% coupon they can look it up in your email for you.

It always smells so good in there. They have the best smelling candles,perfumes,bath bombs and more. I love this place!

They didn’t have the black & decker hand mixer, but an associate was very helpful and got one ordered to be sent to our house and we were able to pay for it with the rest of the things we were buying.

Employee on the floor was very helpful in helping me find a few things. And they opened an additional cashier quickly when lines had 2 to 3 people in them.

Offers great options at reasonable prices. Great for home chefs and people who like as seen on TV gadgets. Good deals can be found online too

They try and cramp everything into such small confined spaces it makes it hard to move with a cart when busy. Also by doing that the barcodes on the shelves get mixed up and I ended up purchasing an item which I thought was 39.99 for 80 dollars. They need a bigger space for customers all around and especially at checkout. There was a lines of at least a dozen people with three people scanning and checking us out.
