I want to commend my service advisor. Devon McCullough. He kept me informed and was very patient and professional the whole time. The repairs on my pickup took longer than expected due to the verification of the warranty. Devon hung in there with patience and got all the information and got my pickup fixed.

Expensive, like you expect from a dealership but Im confident they have more expertise. My Ford pickup was repaired when promised. My service writer, Miguel kept me informed and went above expectations to treat me like a valued customer.

Corwin fords service department is nothing short of fantastic. My service advisor, Todd was extremely polite and professional. He communicated with myself and the tech working on my mustang to track down and fix a rare warranty issue that multiple other dealers couldnt.

My Ford F 150 has been in shop for 13 days of the last three weeks and is not repaired yet. I have an appointment to take it back on the 4th of January it was returned to me still defective. This kind of service really doesnt measure up to professional performance. This is an electrical problem I definitely would never recommend this dealership

I made my appointment, got my car fixed, and was on my way. Repairs others said would take days took them hours. Worth noting, the prices on repairs were higher than other places, but the speed, courtesy, and honesty felt worth it.

Corwin Ford is always top notch in my book...the only issue they have is that there is a lot more business coming into the valley and like with most businesses, they are getting inundated. That being said they are doing a good job. I would recommend them.
