The good reviews dont lie. This place is clean, customer friendly, trustworthy and price appropriate. Got my car aligned and tires balanced. They gave me good advice for next time. The other conversations I heard while there were positive, and I could tell that they love their jobs and their customers. Will come back next time for sure!

They were very honest with me about the multiple problems with my car and suggested that I get those fixed before doing an alignment. No charge for the inspection. I appreciate their help.

Amazing service!!! I called Quality Alignment yesterday to get my 2014 GMC Acadia in for replacement on the front brake rotors (rotors were warped). They priced them at $442.00 for new rotors and brakes. This was 1/2 the price that Les Schwab Tire Center quoted ($800.00). The next day I dropped off my Acadia at 8:00am and it was done by early afternoon and the bill was cheaper ($376.00) then the quote because we are Costco members and Discount Tire referred me to Quality Alignment. Please support the local guys during these pandemic times!!!!

The first pass did not yield the results I desired, but they did work with me to correct it, scheduling an appointment and warranting their work in a timely manner. Everything is now squared away. Thanks guys

Had 5 different cars there, great service every time. They are honest and operate their shop with integrity, which seems to be in short supply these days.

They got me in even though they were packed. I was from out of town visiting and was having problems with my truck. Ended up needing a new transfer case and both front and rear differentials rebuilt. They took it easy on me for labor and got me up and running again as fast as they could.After a month of so being home I had my rear seal come off. I called and they made sure to take care of me still from hundreds of miles away! Set up the work locally and they took care of the payment.From out of town or local I would take my rides here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who care! Thank you so much!

Took my sisters Dodge Journey for an alignment and it was in and out before I knew it. They checked the alignment and asked me before doing it which was a nice touch. Friendly staff too! Super easy to get an appointment made! Will definitely be bringing my personal vehicles here for alignments from now on.

This place charges astronomical labor fees... you are better off taking you vehicle elsewhere. My wife just took my car in and they had been working on it for 10 minutes before my wife told me what they were charging... I had them stop.. well apparently 10 minutes of their time was worth 104 dollars. Nothing was even done to the car in the end.. thats more than a physician makes an hour... this place is a scam.. avoid at all costs!

I took my new-to-me car in for an alignment. I asked them to look over the suspension etc. while they were at it and let me know if they saw any problems. They came back in 20 minutes with really thorough diagnostics AND separate price estimates for each individual suggested repair for the entire car. I had recently spent $100 and 3 hours to get a full pre-purchase inspection at another place, and Quality found the same issues but gave me the same information, but with more details. Qualitys estimates were all lower, too. They even came back out to let me know that I only needed to have the front aligned even though I was prepared to have the rear done as well. And these guys are the fastest mechanics Ive ever seen. I just took my car back in to get the sway bar links replaced today and they had me on my way in 40 min!

I called around for different quotes and this place was definitely the best. I looked at the reviews first, and theyre a flawless 5.0. They got the repair finished in a timely manner, and let me know of my bent tie rod and unfinished recalls. Ill be back once Im ready to get that tie rod fixed.

Brought my truck in for an alignment, told me I needed $400 worth of ball joints, alls well, right. Well its an 06 ram so they decided not to put adjustables in on their own free will without asking. This is bad for the $3000 set of wheels and will create improper wear on the tires. So now I have to take the time out of my busy day to reschedule another appointment just to pay them to do the job the right way a second time. Thanks guys!

Quality Alignment was recommended to me as the best in the Valley. So, I made the drive from Eagle to Nampa to have my Vette aligned there today. Based on my experience, I give them 5 stars across the board. I appreciate they invited me to look at the stats and discuss how to best tweak the alignment for maximum performance based on how I drive. I was invited to go down into the pit and take a look at things. Most places tell you they cant or wont even allow customers in their shop. I also appreciate that they took great care with my car. I maintain it a certain way and they respect that. Great job all around as far as Im concerned. Highly recommend. Thanks.

We were on a road trip from out of state and our air conditioning went out. It was the middle of July and HOT outside. When we got into the Boise area, the tire guys at Costco referred us to Quality Alignment and Mechanical. We gave them a call, thinking that there was no way that a mechanic shop would be able to squeeze us in. But they did!! We were back on the road in under two hours with cold air!! We were so grateful to the mechanics. Very nice staff, and a very clean, comfortable lobby. They offered us cold water bottles, let us charge our phones, and even had flowers outside the door! Highly recommend this place!

Went in for an alignment on my 2012 Lexus before a road trip and after a check, the gentleman helping us asked what made us think it needed an alignment... Because everything looked good. He suggested that the instability that we were experiencing while driving was due to the fact that the wrong type of tire was mistakenly put on at a tire place in town a couple weeks before. The gentleman here didnt charge us for the alignment check, and we contacted the tire company and got a replacement. Will definitely recommend Quality Alignment to family and friends for their great service

Great experience. Bought 2 studded winter tires from 208Tire and had Quality Alignment install. They had those babies on there in 12 minutes flat - mounted, balanced and torqued the nuts to 13#. Nice job

I had a great experience with the guys at Quality Alignment and Mechanical. They were friendly and quick to get my car fixed. They got me in and out with no problems. They even had some cookies and water while i waited. I am not that good with cars and dont like taking them in to get fixed but I had a really great experience here.

This is a great shop. I went in today with some road noise, asking for an alignment. They spotted a faulty bearing immediately and had it replaced in about 90 minutes. I was not price- gouged for the work done and I was on my way. 10/10 would do again :)

Absolutely impressed with this company. I originally took my vehicle to les schwab for alignment issue and I was told by them that I needed to replace tie rods joints etc. they quoted my $1200 before they can do alignment because my truck was that bad. Quality alignment and mechanical check it through and there was nothing wrong besides alignment adjustment. I left paying $59 for alignment and problem was solved. If I stuck with les schwab I would have paid close to $1300.
