If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Originally I had always gone to the Caldwell store but we had moved closer to this one. I started going to this store so they asked if Id like to make this one my main store. I said sure and they told me they would just transfer everything over. However, that was not the case. The dropped my credit over 800 dollars putting me at a almost nothing on my credit line. Spoke to them and thats when they told me they ran my credit which I was never informed of before. I ended up switching back to Caldwell and they fixed everything and even gave me a credit INCREASE. Today I tried this store again. Scheduled my appt online for a simple tire rotation and tire check. Went in, dropped my car off, and even added a battery to my order for our other vehicle. He confirmed my car and that I scheduled online. 2 hours later I give them a call and I ask how long and he tells me they are working on my car right now and itll be about 30 minutes. We gave them another hour and went to pick the car up to find out they hadnt even touched it yet! And on top of that they tell us then that they didnt have an appt for us set and that we were 4 tickets behind still. At that point we left and didnt get the battery either. I will NEVER go back to this store or refer anyone I know here. They are terrible with customer service and rude most of the time as well. If you want an amazing store, go to the Caldwell location.
This is by far the best location I have visited. I get off work at 5 and wasnt able to get there until until 5:30. They were there an hour after they closed helping me get my car running again!! They were all very nice and helpful. This is a great location!
I needed a tractor tire tube replaced. I called and got same-day service. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Jordan from Les Schwab came out and worked very hard to get the tire off, replace the tube and put it back on despite less than ideal circumstances. He was friendly and motivated to do a good job. I will definitely call for service again, in addition to probably taking other business there. For me this was a lifesaver.
I have never seen a store ran so bad. I’m so surprised that it has any business. The manager Corey has ruined that store and it would be a miracle if it can ever be a okay store again.
Absolutely WORST SERVICE!!! Came to drop off my car before 8:30AM!!!! All we needed was for them to patch up our tire!! They told us “a couple hours, latest would be 12” We called them at 12 to check if it was ready, they told us there was still 4 cars in front of us but perhaps in the next hour….. we called at 1:30pm they told us “There was 4 cars In front of us…to give them another hour or so…” We called AGAIN 2 hours later and they told us “it was next in line & they could see it being pulled into the shop” So we asked if that meant another hour? They said yes or even sooner than that. We waited a whole hour, we arrived & told them we were here to pick up our car. THEY TOLD US IT WAS NEXT IN LINE & IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 30 MIN!!!!” When we pulled up we saw a man running to our car because NOW they were actually going to start on it! Why did they lie to us all day!!!? Why couldn’t they be upfront about it!!?! Such bad customer service!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. It was a simple tire patch!! They could have told us from the very beginning that it would take all day but instead they lied to us. We were car less the entire day trying to figure out what time we’d need a ride over to pick it up!!! We understand these places are busy but if they would have communicated with us from the very beginning how long it would take we could have planned around that!! We will never come here again!!

Took my car in to get 2 new tires and do a rim swap and I was suppose have it back the same day. Got my car back the next day and the tires were installed in the wrong positions (fronts and rears swapped) they seized my lug and had to replace the stud after snapping it during removal. Broke a valve stem thread on the rear that has a built in tpms. My car was not drivable until 1pm the next day. 10/10 will never go to any les schwab again.
I had my tires balanced there. Drove car over 60mph shakes like hell. Dropped car off there again. Balanced for free. Drove car. Shakes again over 70mph. I see the weights has fallen off. Im a previous Auto tech. I noticed they put wrong kind of weights on it. 2nd visit... Had to get my GMC front tire replacement and alignment. Was told needed front outer tie rod ends. Qouted $435 Both tie rod ends. it is only total of 2 nuts and unscrew the tie rod out takes less than an hour. I declined..Went to shop and figured out they try to charged too much.They quoted me 3 tie rod ends with labor. Umm...... The truck only got two tie rod ends. The workers in the back are great but the front desk people not so sure. Id read your quotes very carefully. Bring an trusted experienced tech with you to go over what your vehicle needs if you have doubts. Places like that give us auto techs a bad rep.

My family and I have been coming here for years. It is upsetting that after asking multiple times about their military discount and being told multiple times by different people that they did offer one, they did not honor their word. Services felt rushed due to the line of people behind me or maybe if my white husband would have been the one taking care of the payment he would have been treated differently. Will be taking my business to another place.
On saturday june 5th, 2021, my mother a senior citizen went to les schwab on 12th Ave in Nampa, Idaho, to buy new tires, and an alignment on the tires. Well the staff told her she needed new rims on the car as well. The car did not need new rims. They also refused to do the alignment on the tires, and overall my mother ended paying over $500, than what she needed for the tires. How can people be that messed up, to lie to a senior citizen about what the car needs just yo sell. If they did this to my mother i can only imagine they do this on a daily basis to anybody who walks in to this place. They are taking advantage and just robbing people of their money at this place.

We took in a go-kart tire to fix a slow leak. I was called later in the day and informed the tire had exploded. After some back and forth, they agreed to replace the tire with a new one (I would have been satisfied with used).They decided to replace the tire on the other side as well! These guys went above and beyond to make things right. We are particularly grateful to Will and Austin for turning things around.

Theyve helped me out with a few flat tires over the years and they seem to be honest people when working on my cars. Ive had ball joints and brake bleeds done through them. Theyve done great work from what I can tell. Ive had no issues ever.

Made an appointment for a simple alignment at 12 PM yesterday. When I went to drop off my car, they couldnt find my appointment. Then, after I showed them my confirmation email, they said it shouldnt have been scheduled cause they were already booked out.But they said theyd get it done that day. Fast forward to 5 o clock, I didnt hear anything so I called. They didnt even have my number, so I gave it to them. They said Its out for a test drive and were bringing it in for alignment right now. Were not gonna leave anyone hanging I say Cool, I understand you guys were slammedThey said they would call me back with updates. 2 and a half hours pass, 7:30, no call backs. I drove by the shop at 6pm to see where they were at and my car hadnt even left the lot. I call the store, let it ring for a while, I hear the phone get picked up and immediately hung up.I just wanted my car back because Im a delivery driver and I needed it today. Now I have to borrow someones car today and since theyre closed today, I probably wont get my car until halfway through tomorrow so I dont know what Im gonna tell my work.I dont know wether to blame the location, the website, or the entire franchise but I can say I am NEVER bringing my car back after this experience.UPDATE: April 26, 8:30 AMThey only adjusted the toe and said the Camber was non adjustable from the factory. Another Les Schwab employee at the Caldwell Blvd looked at my tire and said it could be adjusted before I brought the car into the 12th location. They want to charge another 40 dollars to buy a kit so they can adjust my camber. This was the main issue I had with the vehicle. I have no other choice but to bring it back in to another location so I can get the initial fee waived.
Ran over a screw and they stayed open after they were supposed to be closed and helped me fix my tire for free. We go here everytime we need something done to our tires! Super nice employees as well!!😁

I brought a loose tire and rim in, told them it had a puncture in the side wall and that it needs replaced. Austen said he would have it done in a few hours. I call in two hrs later to check on the status of my tire. They put me on hold, pick back up and they ask me if I called the right store. They then told me they can’t find my tire. Back on hold. Answer again said they found it, will have it ready in 30 minutes. I show up they haven’t even started on it. Then tell me it can’t be repaired and needs to be replaced.I normally get great service with them. This is just ridiculous.

Today was a 5-star visit to Les Schwab. Got there 3 minutes before closing with a flat tire to get repaired. This tire wasnt purchased at Les Schwab, but most of my tires are. They stayed late to repair the flat, and they did it for no charge! Great customer service. Ill be back when my car or truck need tires.

What can I say about Schwab. They come running when you pull up. Very friendly and responsive. They were so busy that they gave me a time to come back and get my tire. They gave me a call sooner than expected. I asked for some extra lug nuts and rather than just handing me a couple, they made sure they were the same size as the existing lug nuts on my trailer. Bet you didnt know there were different sizes......? Love these folks.
Pulled into Les Schwab for an appointment to get my tires changed at 2 p.m. Regardless of having an appointment, I watched my vehicle sit in the lot for two hours. Ended up waiting 3 hours for a couple tires to be put on my car. Dont bother getting tires here and if you do, expect to spend an entire Saturday afternoon twiddling your thumbs.

I have always been happy with Les Schwab and their service but today they went above and beyond. On my way to a wedding my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and found a piece of metal in my tire. When we pulled into Les Schwab it was obvious they were busy. Even with all the other cars in front of us they took the time to fix my tire and get us on our way so we werent late to the wedding. Thank you to all the staff that help make today happen.
Way over priced. Youll be lucky if they install anything you didnt but from them. They want $50 a tire just to mount them. Any time Ive ever went to les schwab i end up going somewhere else and getting way better Service and prices. Would not recommend to anyone

Service tech error caused our Lugnuts to strip out when the technician used the wrong size socket. They also lost one of our tires. however, there are a few technicians who are friendly and show initiative to take care of the customers. The ministration is awful, frustrating, and the other location in Nampa is better.

These guys are great! I am so thankful for all of their help, they are so kind and professional. Ive been in twice in two weeks for different reasons and their customer service is amazing! One of my windows is off the track and just wedged into place and one of them pulled it up much tighter than I could ever get it. They didnt say anything about it, but I noticed and am so grateful that it no longer whistles.

I have always been willing to pay the high prices of left schwab because their service is so good. But on my last trip I dropped a tire off to be fixed and I told them Id be by in the afternoon. I was unable to make it in and it actually took me almost a week to come back to get the tire. You would think in that weeks time to think it fix a tire that they knew was gonna be picked up in the afternoon of the same day of drop off but youre wrong. When they ask you if you can wait 10 minutes for them to fix the tire what makes me think that you can do any better

They are a friendly staff and busy due to the great company and policies.We have experienced mistakes from the shop, but they immediately took care of any repairs or tows they have been responsible for which is very reassuring. I’ve always been satisfied with their customer service.Following our incidences, which they took very seriously, they informed us that they had additional safety meetings to ensure the shop increased safety checks and awareness so no one else experiences an issue.**** I called corporate and kindly informed them of the incident. I have support for the company and what they stand for. I hope this ensures that no one else will experience this level of mistake.
I understand waiting an hour and a half for a rotate during the summer when you are busy however we are one of a handful of vehicles in the parking lot and shop is not full. Very disappointed to be quoted an hour and a half for a job that takes ten minutes. Is it because we have Les Schwab tires and youre doing it for free that we are being back burned? Not worth our time going forward. We will also no longer buy tires, chains, or wheels here. Sorry. Customer service is everything these days and youre just not delivering.

This place is awesome on service. Be just a check on your tire pressure or something more. Yes there can be a wait time. But they make sure you are happy with your purchase. Some of the nicest people around. For those that go in often they know who are & treat you like family.
Every time I come in they over promise and under deliver. I came in because a tire they serviced went flat, they said I could be out of here within 45 minutes. Ive been here 90 minutes now and they still havent even moved the car into the shop. Go somewhere with a better spirit of service, these guys arent worth the headache.
I know 3 people personally who have had a tire fall off after leaving a les schuab. The part that males this so bad is its 3 different locations indicating theres likely an issue with the company as a whole and there service has been HORRIBLE every time Ive gone.
They are always friendly and their service is phenomenal! I love that they are very honest with their recommendations, detailing what and why they are recommending the service. They are never pushy, never pushing for unneeded repairs, and dont force them down your throat!! It is what brings me back every time! Will recommend every time!! (I come in for my free regular tire rotation on the same day I get my oil changed)

Twice this exact location has wasted my time. First was an appointment made for an alignment. After sitting there for 2 and a half hours I went up and asked if my vehicle was going to get done anytime soon. I was told it was already done. It was amazing since I sat there and my vehicle didnt move. She continued to argue with me saying it was done. Next time I had a slow leak in my tire and they told me it would take an hour to get get to it. Mind you I took off the tire and brought it in but an hour and ahalf later the tire still hadnt been touched. Trying to make excuses and I just left. Drove down to Kings tire and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Dont waste your time with this lack of customer service business.

Took my car in for a checkup, the brakes were feeling spongy. They said it needed a whole new brake system.When I got the car back it jolted like crazy when braking. Had a mechanic friend look at it and the brake system had a ton of air in it, he flushed the fluid and now they feel like new. Plus the jolting was due to Les Schwab not tightening down a nut all of the wayThey couldve caused an accident, and I would almost say they did it on purpose. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

They just arent what they uses to be. Nobody runs put to help anymore. Once you walk in people act like its a bother to help you out. They are SLOW, so plan on being here most of the day. Ive had faster and nicer service at Walmart Tire. Les would roll over in his grave if he saw what his company has become. For prices, Discount Tire is far better. The plus here is that they do brakes, but at a super high price. They wont just change out the pads. They want to replace the whole complete break system, which is just really crazy.
They were very busy and couldnt sell and mount and balance a used tire for me as it was almost closing time
Way overpriced. They went ahead and installed new top shelf valve stems and charged me without asking. Then they forgot to put my spare back under my truck and made no effort at all to contact me or make it right. On top of spending over 2 hours waiting for them to install 4 new tires that any other shop would have done in 30 to 45 minutes. I watched the whole time and I am way less than impressed with the service. This coming from somebody with a couple years of tire shop experience
If I could 0 stars I would. This franchise shop is disgraceful and is exactly what Les never wanted his shops to be. The only thing they care about is the almighty dollar! Screw the customer as long as they get that 5/7 down on someone with 0 credit, not bad credit, just no credit. I have always been a loyal Schwab customer, from my first car in the early 90s. So when I moved to the valley it was a no brainer, I went to a Schwab. Alas, every experience with this franchise shop has been HORRID. My son knowing my thing for Schwab, after we get a screw in the tire that he has to pay to repair, says go to the Schwab by the house. I tell him bad idea man. He insisted and we went and now he knows not all Schwabs are equal; and this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Save yourself the money and being treated like scum because you dont have credit and go to the one on the Blvd.
Worst service I have recieved at any shop. Ill be going to commercial tire or anywhere but here again. Called said vehicle was ready then had me sit for an hour before they told me it would be another hour. After increasing the price in what I needed supposedly
I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated. They noticed one of my tires was beginning to separate, which is unusual for the Toyo tires I purchased from them. I purchased two new tires prorated. They had the new tires on quickly and in the original time they quoted me. Thanks!
Overcharge for parts and they know it-the employee told me they upcharge so much to account for labor costs (but they charge you for that too). Charged me 110$ for each front brake rotor, got a quote from OReily as 65$ each (or 75$ for premium). When I brought up the huge price descrepency they were unwilling to budge. I understand some upcharge, but 40$+ Dollar upcharge for each part is too much. They insisted they still are the best price in the valley. I then went to dealership and got quoted 120$ less for same service (brake pads, rotos with brake flush included). It was my fault for not getting a quote from others before choosing Les Schwab, but want to leave this as a warning for others considering them for brake services.

I stopped in for help with a bolt stuck in my tire. They were quick, professional and friendly. Their waiting room was clean and bright with a nice view of the work in the bays. I was on my way in no time with a nice repaired tire. Excellent experience.
I purchase my new used car in California and brought it back here to Idaho. On the way back I got a nail in my tire. I had purchased two new tires from Les Schwab in California right before I left. when I arrived in Idaho I had Les Schwab check to see why my tire pressure light was on. They found there was a nail in one of the tires that I didnt purchase from them. Even though I did not purchase that particular tire from Les Schwabs they repaired it anyways. Thanks Les Schwab
