The coffee here is always yummy and hot. I don’t recommend stopping if you’re in a hurry. I went on my way to work today and was there for 15 minutes waiting for my coffee. I was the only one in line on my side. There might have been 1 or 2 cars on the other side. They were very fast with my breakfast wrap. But the other car ordered 4 drinks. So I had to wait for those to be made first. That’s cool with me. I just assumed my one drink would be made first. I would definitely come here again, when I’m not on my way to work.

I ordered the hot coco and my mom ordered the Carmel latte and my son a red bull sunrise we were all very pleased they were really really good and I was surprised how inexpensive they were we were all very pleased and we live in Caldwell and its in Nampa we found our new place to get coffee even the we live a distance away

It can be a long wait at times, but they provide delicious drinks, and great breakfast food. They have kid friendly options too.

I enjoy Moxie coffee tremendously, the flavor is excellent! Their drinks are not as “heavy” as others. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They know me and my family by name (and car). Great location on Garrity, they have two windows to order from. Thank you Moxie for always waking me up in the mornings!

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive received in a long time. We spend no lass than $18.00 per day at this location and they refused to give us the free drink. We ordered for our punch card. They have certainly lost our business. Rude manager. Dutch Brothers all the way from now on.

The manager Heidi I believe that was her name .Was extremely rude when my husband was ordering our drinks when he asked what flavors of smoothie they had she said you can read it on the screen out there . Then she proceeded to tell us we couldnt split our order because we had a free card for one of the drinks she said its because we were all together how does she know if we share a bank account or not ... I proceeded to tell there separate and Ive done that before in the same car and she got all sort of snappy and said well what do they look like because its against our policy . I love going to moxie but not if someone cold and rude like that is going to be working there . Usually staff is nice and warm even if they tell us they cant do something. That location needs a new manager Ive never met someone so rude in customer service . If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one . They lost us as customers and Ill be sure to talk to family and friends who all go to that location every weekend . This is not a review on other staff just on that unpleasant manager . I am sure this will get deleted so Ill be sure to reach someone higher up than her.

This location on 3/6/21 was extremely slow. We sat in line for 18 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. We decided to not even order as we just didnt have any more time. Person taking orders was not masked. Since they take order and deliver from same window, the process is knowingly slower, but this was ridiculous.

Two stars because the taste of their coffee is ok. Customer service is seriously lacking though. I have been here multiple times and they dont say hardly anything to you or even smile.

We love this Moxie. There are some posts in here comparing Moxie to DB, but I personally appreciate having my beverages prepared and served by adults I can have a conversation with, without having to compete with bubblegum music blaring from inside the establishment. Service here is always good, from smiling, personable employees. The coffee is great. I like their mochas because they actually taste like coffee, not just a lot of sugary syrup. I like that they have 2 windows to help with efficiency.

Manager was very disrespectful and rude telling me i change my drink alot on how i like my flavoring. I can change my flavors when ever i want im paying almost 6.00 for a coffee. They messed up my drink yesterday morning so i went back to have it fixed they charged me full price again. This morning the manager brings up yesterday and proceeds to tell me if im not happy to go elsewhere for my coffee. I own my own business and Ive never told a paying customer that. I think the owner needs to fire him a manager and clean house. . Starbucks and Dutch never ever treat their paying customers like this. They lost a paying customer that spends 280 month at their coffee stand.

I love this place so much, but whoever slices their banana/pumpkin breads does so very thin that it is not worth the price.

I am very disappointed in the service. I ordered a mega size drink. I just wanted an americano with light heavy cream. All I taste is heavy cream & the drink was dripping out of the cup. No taste just plain disgusting I had to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down it was extremely hot never have I ever received a coffee boiling hot. I couldnt go back to the store since I was far from it at this point. Very disappointed & frustrated.

I gave it another try. Last time was 2 years ago and I wasnt impressed. I try to frequent smaller local businesses when I can. I WONT step foot into a Starbucks for numerous reasons. The taste of my coffee is important and so is the price. Moxies coffee scored average for me in both taste and price. The staff though was VERY pleasant and professional.Unfortunately I will be sticking with Dutch Bros. Not only do I like the taste of their coffee, they custom craft my drink for a very fair price. The same drink at Moxi was $2 more and the cup wasnt as big.

Even though the coffee was halfway decent tasting the amount of time it took for the 2 girls that were working to make my one blended coffee that was basic add 2 flavors in it it took them a most 16 minutes to make my 1 coffee Im not impress not at all Id rather go to Dutch Bros cheaper and faster and taste just as good if not better

I had not been to Moxie in about six months, due to poor customer service. I had shared this experience with the Regional Manager, who invited me back for another shot, ensuring changes for the better had been made. Well I am here to tell you he was absolutely correct. The staff is WONDERFUL!!!!!! I wasnt sure what to get, so I asked my barista to help me out. The drink recommended was an iced coffee with caramel and white chocolate. I am hooked. I am about to get my 4th one this week. I will definitely be returning.

Moxie Java is a local favorite that has fallen on tough times. Still great coffee & great service. I wish we still had one near my home.

Unfortunate both times we went there the same lady helped us. The first time she was rude in the intercom and when we left our tip which was small due to her attitude she grabbed it immediately out of the exterior cup a really crazy reaction. The second visit we were hopeful to get another person because we like the companys product but it was her again she was rude again and she didnt give us our change she just kept it we wont ever return I wish I had her name I wanted to call the owner so no one else has to suffer like we did.

It was honestly my first time going to moxie Java and it was fast, friendly, and convenient. I got the caramocha and although it tastes somewhat powdery, with the texture similar to a protein shake but less intense, it was still good and Id go back again! We dont have many moxie javas in Boise, so coming to Boise from Nampa we stopped along the way.

Love Moxie over any other coffee place. Mexican mocha yum!

I have had the worst experiences coming here. If I ask a question or anything, I can hear the sigh through the headpiece before I have it explained to me. Sarah is terrible to deal with coming in and I wouldnt reccomend it. Having someone treat you like that in the morning comoletely ruins even coming here. If reccomend going elsewhere.
