Best Starbucks Ive been to. Fast friendly service. Luke made my toasted mocha perfect. Great store, Ill be back!

About the worst customer service Ive seen from a coffee shop period. Coffee still tasted good so theres that.

Friendly service and drink were hot but were disappointed with bakery option since they were out pretty much everything even though they were still showing in the glass display.

Terrible experience this morning. Ordered through their app for two PSLs and Pumpkin Scones. Arrived and was told by the employee they were out of scones but could substitute with pumpkin bread and we said yes. Minutes later we were told they were also out of pumpkin bread but we could choose other baked items. We had intentions for pumpkin baked goods and as we were in a rush asked for a refund. The employee got visibly upset with us and pressured us to pick an item, to which I again told her I wanted a refund and really didnt have the time to wait. After a few minutes of chatting she finally pulled out two COLD pumpkin scones and handed it to us. I had to go home and heat this up myself, which normally I dont mind. Point is, we were lied to about their inventory on the scone. I understand customer service and the difficulties it brings, but for gods sake why lie to customers about your items inventory, only to hand me said item *cold* and have me heat this up myself? Thats just bitter and rude on their part. Im never returning to this location again.

Good food and good Drinks. But customer service isnt the best and they didnt get my order correct and I had to go back through the drive thru and there were 8 cars in line ahead of me. So frustrating that they couldnt just listen to my order and get it correct. How hard is it to make 2 impossible breakfast sandwich with NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!? Anyways make sure they read your order back so they get it right and check your order before you pull away.

Drive thru at Starbucks is just wasting time coz too much busy all the time. Always prefer Take out 👍

Are out of stock on items the majority of the time, would rather drive to a different Starbucks.

Usually fast and has order ready to go. Wish the parking lot was set up better as the line can become go long for the space available.

They always get my order right. Its not complicated, a Venti 1/2 Caf Americano with Long Shots, 3 Raw Sugars, and half & half, but too many Baristas dont make it with the Long Shots and then it just tastes like sweetened colored water. 👍😋✌

I was here to do some contact work and ordered “something with caffeine that tastes good.”Alex whipped me up a caramel Frappuccino in less than 30 seconds, and it was exactly what I asked for. Tasted great. All the staff were on the ball, friendly and professional. I don’t usually get coffee from a huge chain like Starbucks, but the service and staff are the main reasons for the 5 stars. Well done, keep it up.

I would have given 5 stars, but this location didnt have the Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg breakfast sandwich available. Otherwise, the service was good and the Bacon, Gouda& Egg sandwich was an acceptable alternative.

Worst customer service. Literally had my drink thrown at me because the girl working was annoyed. Definitely wont come back to this location.

Very disappointed with the service today, both of my drinks were made wrong. this was my first time at this location and i was not happy with the outcome. they confirmed what i ordered at the speaker yet still got both of my drinks wrong. they even got my drinks mixed up with the car behind me and we had to switch drinks after i already started on my way. i didn’t realize till after i left that both of them were incorrect. i will not be going to this location anymore.

Misses the mark again. Been coming here less and less with the hopes it’ll get better with each revisit, it doesn’t. Drinks are made right 1 every 6 times I come here amongst other things. It’s not a complicated order, extra cream, that’s it. This is the only Starbucks in the Valley that isn’t consistent and I can even deal with my order being wrong, that’s fixable. And I HATE asking for my order being corrected because I understand it breaks up the workflow but when I get to the window or come inside to ask empathicly for a little more extra cream because my coffee is still dark brown, it shouldn’t be met with attitude, clear visible frustration, or being ignored when I say thank you repeatedly after resolving the issue. Because it just then creates another one.

Fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered a HOT coffee, made sure the clerk repeated that it is HOT, and yet they hand me a blended coffee...however today they didn’t hand me a blended coffee. Today they handed me a cup full of whipped cream with raspberry syrup. Each time I tell them they messed up, they just say, “It’s a new person on the register.” I won’t be going to this location anymore. I’d rather drive 10 minutes away for better service.

Meal was hot and drink was correct.

Terrible service and the hot choc was not even good taste! The wait was terrible....its unorganized....mask required but a few customers came in without a mask.

Have always went to this one but when Ontario got one went to that one. But now have to make the 30+ mile trip to Nampa

We have changed our drinking habit. So we love the Starbucks refresher drinks. They will even add extra fruit of you ask. Very very nice people.

Quick in and out. Bought my Idaho mug, which they had in a well lit and easily accessed area. Typical Starbucks lurker crowd at the tables, but the place was kept very clean and the employees were friendly enough.

Easy to get to. As of today (1-8) theyre doing renovations so it may not look the best inside but it will look good when theyre done. Shortened hours too as of right now, but thats okay because Im sure thats not permanent. Sat inside and worked on a project for about two hours. Peaceful environment, even though it was busy. The staff make you feel welcome even if theyre busy. The coffee was good too, on par with the quality I expect from Starbucks.

I generally really like their coffee. Starbucks is a great place to go if your not into as much of a sweet coffee. You can buy whole coffee beans, my favorite ones are the Sumatra beans.

This is not my usual location but let me say I will not be returning. I ordered an Americano and they had no half and half or milk out and when I asked for some they seemed to be too busy for my request. They finally poured some in a Starbucks cup and handed that to me. Geez, I would have been off better stopping at the gas station for coffee. Not returning to this location!!

Friendly staff that knows how to make a great cup of coffee! Great indoor experience, and aslwell with drive trhough, they will make your drink here no questions no problems. They are awesome!

I was greeted promptly and my drink was customized to my expectations and perfect as always. The Karcher branch has remained one of my favorite Starbucks stores for several years. When passing through town I make it a must stop because of their personalized attention.

I ordered a salted caramel latte quarter sweet. The barista explained that they dont use salted caramel flavor and that my drink would be the cost of a salted caramel but would not have all the parts. It would also contain two pumps of flavors because that is 1/4 of the normal amount in that particular drink.Instead, she asked further questions and helped me to realize that I am better off, cost and taste wise, just ordering a latte with one pump of caramel. She still offered the salt.Excellent service. She took extra time to make sure I got the best value and an amount of sweetness I wanted.Ill go back for sure.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time, and for the last few months the coffees and chais we have been getting are to be honest have been horrible . They are being made rushed and almost always short on pumps of the syrup sand chai. For what they cost, they shouldnt taste that way. Will not be going here anymore . Would not recommend this location

I was needing a coffee today. However with today being a holiday my usual place was closed. I ventured in to Starbucks & was greeted with a very friendly & prompt staff. I will add this one to my usual coffee runs

Staff are friendly and provide excellent service and consistent quality of beverages. On a couple of occasions weve received complementary replacements when our drinks were spilled.

Another one of my favorites... wonderful people.

We placed a mobile order for an iced coffee, as we were a few minutes out, and figured itd be ready when we got in (pour it, add ice, add a splash of cream, done). Wound up waiting inside for 15 extra minutes as they took new drive thru orders and made drinks for customers who ordered after we arrived.Good product, but an abnormally subpar experience this time around.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Always great customer service and they make my drinks perfect. Ive never had such great and personable service at any other Starbucks like I get at this one. Ill never go anywhere else. I go through the drive-thru after work every morning and am usually the very first customer of the day. Keep up the good work!!! 😁

Cannot say enough good things about this location. As someone who drinks iced coffee pretty much all year round, the baristas here make it right every single time. A lot of other locations put so much cream it almost looks completely white. Sabrina is a great barista and is always there to make your drink exactly how you want it. The hot drinks are always great too.

This is a great store. I go to it regularly because it’s on my way to work, and Starbucks is my preferred coffee shop in the morning because their breakfast food is superior to other coffee shops. The service is good and the product is always high quality.My big complaint is the constant upsales.“Would you like to add an extra shot?”“No.”“Would you like to add avocado spread to that today?”“No.”“Are you SURE you don’t want to add a pumpkin scone later? They’re really good, and you can freeze them later.”“NO.”One or two offers is fine, but going so far to push pastries so I can freeze them for later? Please stop. Its enough to make me stop at one of the three stores that are out of my way, but still on my way to work.

This place is terrible. I cant even study here . all the chairs are way too small and it seems they just want you to buy coffe and get out . I know its a money thing. Please make starbucjs a better place to study like I remember.

I always order a black and white mocha without whipped cream and they are sometimes slower with drinks and food, depending on how many people are in the store and how many people are behind the counter. Their food is always hot and made fresh every morning, and they are spot on with their coffee is always made to order.

Super upset at the staff because ive been waiting for them to release there new limited cups which one staff member said wouldnt be released to a certain day and when i showed up right 15 minutes before they opened and waited tell they had opened only to findout from the same staff member that they sold out. Last week as I was waiting for my coffee when my oldest child projectile vomited all over in the front of the lobby. I was helpless standing there as I had my 4 month old with me as well. Not only did people around me try to help me but the employees were great. I felt bad that they were cleaning up the mess but they did it with a smile on their face and made it known that it was okay and tried to help me get him what he needed (water, cup to hold to his mouth). I am very appreciative. Thank you!

Coffees arent always consistent, but they taste great either way. I give 4 stars because I purchased a resuable cold cup, had it for 2 months, handwashed only, only used for cold Starbucks brand coffees and it cracked. Causing the liquid to seep into the empty space inbetween the outer and inner shell. Really disapointed.

I come here almost every single day and my drink is almost never right!!!! Can’t make any customizations to your drink here because they won’t do it. Brains the size of a freaking peanut.

Starbucks is consistently good, but I do have a beef with their corporate - you cant tip the baristas on your debit/credit card - their system doesnt allow it, so you you can only use cash for tips (which I usually dont carry). I used their pain in the butt website to complain about this and they sent me a lame, non-helpful excuse/response. Who knows how much money the baristas are losing from customers who would like to tip but only use credit/debit. Its also embarrassing to not be able to tip.
