Great service! Friendly staff! Always helpful in finding what I want. The staff go above and beyond what they are there for, they really try to make the purchase extra special. Bought three necklaces and they were kind enough to package them all separately! They necklaces were gorgeous and very reasonably priced for what I got. Thank you!
I was so impressed with the service we received.We visited this store 3 times and each time Brandon helped us with a smile.. My husband is not always best customer to deal with so I appreciate how kind and helpful he was. We had concerns and issues that he quickly resolved. It’s associates like him who keep your customers returning. I’ve been to many Kay’s stores but this one goes above them all.
Decided to buy and engagement ring here August 2020 only for thay ring to fall apart 2 times and be sent in for repairs in the first couple of weeks of owning it. Decided to try and get my money back and said I could not because it was past the 30 day return. Even though it spent more time being repaired than we had it. So we decided to do a custom ring. Bad idea.. said it should be done by December 30th of 2020. Unfortunately it just barley got delivered to the store today, 8 months after we decided to get the custom ring. The only redeeming quality to this store is the manager Brandon. The only guy who actually did his job. Definitely will never come back because of this poor experience.

We have spent alot of money with this store and have been very happy untill the last year. Lack of communication warranties that are useless and all smiles while your spending money in their store. Dont have an issue they dont have answers get the run around and find out what you thought you paid for is not what they told you. Buyer beware we are going to Jareds

They were amazing. My ring came out beautifully and to be honest I wouldnt go anywhere else. People think well it is big chain but take a rare piece and think about it like something important. Horrifically bad manager who quoted me a price on repairing my mother’s ring then changed the price two weeks later during the repair!! She was also a horrifically bad boss who lacked empathy and morals! Be careful buying from this extremely dishonest store and manager who lacks moral fiber and empathy like most narcissistic sociopaths!
Ordered online beginning of May and its June 26th and still no package. Was informed the factory is working at 10% and the earliest it will ship is mid July. Requested a refund and was told they will try.
I have never experienced better customer service then Kay jewelers. Would highly recommend Kay jewelers to all my friends and family.

Horrible experience. They guaranteed my ring would be done before our wedding anniversary. My husband got me a new band. It was not done. Then they called and said it would be done by Christmas. It was not done. On 1/6 it was finally ready for pick up. They have horrible communications and lie that that they have been communicating with you. No voicemail or records of them calling. They are very pushy with you and try to get you to get a credit card. It may look nice, but do not go to Kays. There are plenty of jewelers who are not sleezy and unorganized!
I walked in to take a look at a piece of jewelry that was advertised and without being stalked I was able to look around and when needed get some great Customer Service. I would recommend Kay!
A little bit on the high end, but you get what you pay for and in my opinion quality is worth a little more.
Do not EVER use this low rent jeweler. They will lie to you about their service and cheat you out of your money. May: Took a ring in to get sized (couldn’t do it) and another to get cleaned. The cleaning was supposed to be a free service which I did not know at that time. I was charged for the cleaning. Aug: Took a ring in to get prongs repaired and another to get cleaned. No charge for the cleaning. When I asked about that I was told it was a free service. They took the other ring for repair, took my money and shipped it off to Boise for two weeks. Today: I picked up the ring and asked (to verify) what the charge was for cleaning. I was told it was free. I told the sales person that I had been charged for a cleaning (in May). She got the “assumed” manager involved. She looked it up and said I was charged for a repair (in May). I told her I had “no” repair done in May, that I asked for a sizing, which couldn’t be done and a cleaning. Then the ring I had repaired, and that was returned from Boise, is only partially repaired I noticed. I was told there is only so much that can be done with prongs. They sure took my money though for the repair when I dropped it off, but didn’t bother to tell me it might not be a complete repair so I could make the choice to have it done or not.No apology, No refund of any kind. That’s what I get for going “on-the-cheap”. Lesson learned. There’s a reputable high end jeweler in downtown Nampa by the old train station. Use that business instead of a “chain” drug store business like this. Cheats and Liars!!
When you buy a warranty on jewelry. I would expect that it covers the stones but it doesnt. I was pretty disappointed that they didnt want to replace my stone. however they did in the end because it was only a $20 stone and I asked them if it was worth losing a customer over $20 needless to say they replaced it for me. Ive loved them every other time that was just disappointing

We had to wait a long time for one of the two employees to help us. I guess that means they were focused on the customers that were there before us, but, it wasnt nice waiting almost 15 minutes to even be asked what it was we needed....
I have never felt so disappointed. I have had not just one bad experience with kay jewlers but 3. My wedding ring now looks like someone just learning how to solder repaired my ring. Do not buy anything from KAY Jewlers

I will commend effort, but execution was lacking. I got my ring, but my girlfriends ring was sized incorrectly, and customer service was sub-par when we picked up. I doubt well buy from there again.

The worst store in the world to buy anything, go to another jewlery store they are a rip off. took 2 rings in one was to be flashed the other cleaned. they called and said they could not flash a ring that was not theres. I told them send them back dont do anything. picked up one, more then a week goes by and i get the other back after they called and said it would be 325.00 for repair I said NO. they ended up charging me 45.00 for repair.that was not authorized. DO NOT SHOP KAY JEWLRY. the worst store ever, I have 20thousand in jewlery NOT FROM KAYS.
