I was originally suppose to have AmeriGas install a tank on Oct 11th 2021. They never showed up or even called me back to reschedule. I called Valley Wide Cooperative and they came out right away and installed a tank and set me up with heat! I can’t express my gratitude and what an awesome company they are. The tech (Brian) that came out was professional and super great guy to work with. Customer service doesn’t get any better than this!

I have had an account for a number of years and at first service was good. That has changed and is unfortunately not good. Last year I ordered propane after purchasing a tank for a new place, from Valley Wide. I was told when it would be delivered it was not. I order propane on Monday, now January of 2021and was advised it would be delivered Thursday same day as a year ago. It was NOT delivered I called to find out why after closing hours and was informed I could get delivered to this evening, Thursday, for an additional delivery charge of $150. Be cautious.

I’ve gone rounds with a couple propane companies and learned there is some serious price gouging that goes on out there.I have been so happy with the service and cost of our propane refills from Valley Wide. I have always been able to count on them having the lowest price. They are easy to work with and I don’t have to shop around anymore when I need a fill up.

Had a great first time experience with Valley Wide! Called 3 other suppliers in the valley and they all wanted to come fill my EMPTY house tank in a week when I needed propane ASAP. They were out the same day and were happy to have hot water again! They even sent a guy out after they filled our tank to fix our broken gauge. Will definitely be a repeat customer.!

VWC has been absolutely the BEST propane provider Ive ever dealt with. I have NEVER been concerned about my tank running dry or the condition of their equipment. Theyre also the best priced distributor in the Treasure Valley.

Shane is the master of horrible customer service and substandard human behavior. He is under the impression that installing propane services is in the same realm as breeding pandas. I wanted to buy propane regulators and he went on a tirade (no not a hyperbole) of legal ramifications if I blew up my house he would be responsible. I had all the necessary licenses to purchase these and he felt it necessary to further interrogate me as to my knowledge in the area of all things lp. As if the school of Shane somehow supersedes the state of Idaho. I would defiantly not recommend Shane.

Everything was great until the made the first delivery. The price was $0.75 more a gallon than quoted. Seems all propane companys are alike. Ed Staub seems to be the most fair.

Only a minimum of 100 gal. even if they are in the area. the last two years I had 100-150 dollars at a time, but unfortunately the employees that would do this for people are no longer employed here. What a shame!
