Such a great place to order from. Customer service is always great. They are always willing to work with time needs and while they cant promise an exact time they do their best. Fruit is always so fresh and the staff is super friendly! Love getting stuff from them!

Every arrangement I have purchased has been more than amazing. It’s a hit at all my family gatherings. The prices are set for the high quality and incredible artistic input. They were SUPER helpful and Very friendly!! I needed a birthday gift for a family member and it was close to closing time because I didnt think of the time difference. They walked me through the best plan to get what I needed. It was a little on the pricier side of gifts but its FRESH FRUIT dipped in Chocolate :) . Your paying for good quality. I would highly recommend to anyone I talk to and I would definitely use them again.

I thought I would try something different this year for my mothers birthday and surprise her with a hand delivery of some kind. I found this place, checked that they were open after my mother got off work, and ordered her the birthday special. When confronted with the message while ordering, we cant always deliver at exact times (paraphrasing), I shrugged, figuring since theyre open until 7pm as long as I tell them she doesnt get home until 5:30 they had a window of an hour and a half to deliver. Whatever, that works. On the day of the delivery I get a call from the store wherein I was told they would not be delivering after 5pm and asking if they could drop it off with a neighbor. I tell the lady on the phone that my mother works until 5, I do not want a neighbor delivered to, that one of the points of a hand delivery is the surprise of the gift, and that they did not list on their website that they stopped delivering at 5pm, which is extremely valuable information for someone wanting to surprise another with a delivery. The lady says ok well send the delivery driver on all the other deliveries for the day and do yours last. I said fantastic. When I spoke to my mother that night they apparently left a doorknocker before she got home telling her to call them. When she called them they told her they would not deliver after 5pm, that she needs to come into the store to come get her birthday gift. So my mother had to go pick up her own birthday gift, knowing full well what it was already. Nice way to ruin a birthday experience, seriously. No surprise and no gift until she picked it up herself. I give it a star because she liked the arrangement and the flavors, although the honeydew wasnt ripe enough. If youre looking for an after hours delivery this isnt for you, their website is misleading in this regard. Theyre open after hours but dont deliver for some strange reason and dont mention it at all until after you order. And then they dont tell you until the same day, which makes it impossible to line up a delivery from someone else. The point of being open after hours is that allot of people work 8 to 5 and youre smart enough as a business to realize you make more money when those people are able to shop (after 5). But youre going to cut yourself off at the knees by not providing the one service after hours that defines most of your business model? If I had known this business did not deliver after hours I would not have ordered.

I received a Fruit Bouquet and a box a mix covered fruit yesterday and they were beautiful and very delicious!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! So my boyfriend and i wanted to do something different rather than roses and chocolates for valentines. We found edible arrangements and thought that would be nice. Boy were we wrong. He wanted me to go with him to make sure i picked out something I would like. So we went in there and Iooked through the catalogue and chose one. Now on their website they were offering 20% off ANY arrangement. LIE!!! I tried to get one that had a variety of chocolate covered fruit. They said oh no that 20% only applies to valentines packages. So i said ok and chose a different arrangement. We payed and were very specific to deliver AFTER 2pm because i would not be home. They said ok we can do that and even made a note on the receipt. So we left. After leaving i looked at the receipt and realized we did not get the 20% off. So we went back and showed the receipt. They did give us the 20% and offered a free cone of chocolate strawberries, thats the only good thing that has come from this. Today, I rush home from work, missing an important meeting too, to make sure i was home in time. When i pull in i see a door note hanging saying they attempted to deliver but missed me at 10 AM and that i need to call them!!!!!SERIOUSLY!!!! Good thing it wasn’t a surprise. So i call them and she says “oh well we were in the area but we can deliver if you are going to be home the rest of the night” I said yes thinking it would be pretty soon. She told me it would be some time later i said ok. That was at 2p m. Here it is 3 hours later and still no delivery. My boyfriend got off work and went down there.He ask if he could just get it. They said all the deliveries had been made. He said obviously not. Finally the lady said oh its in route and should be there in 30 minutes. Here it is an hour later and still nothing. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!! I will not be returning or recommending this place!

Well I’d love to give them a chance to deliver but I can’t get service even if I offer to pay extra they just won’t deliver to the area I’m 2 miles to far crappy! The company I work for would use you to!
