Impressive amount of tools and knowledge packed in this place... Bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside.

This is always the last place I think of when Im looking for tools and I dont know why. Very rarely do they not have what Im looking for and Ive had a good experience every time. Definitely need to start making this a more regular stop

Difficult to get though thus place in less than 30min. So much to look at and so much I want. Great place for your tool needs. Laura and the boys are very knowledgeable and if they dont have it... they can find it.

Bought the right air hose for my compressor

They have so many tools, I was like a kid in a candy shop.

DO NOT BRING YOUR NAIL GUN HERE! I dropped off a finish nailer that would not shoot 2.5 inch nails. I was told it would be 2 weeks to repair. After 3 weeks I returned to pick up my15ga finish nailer. Only then was I told that they had problems getting Senco parts. The cost would be $100. After 2 months, I went to collect my nail gun. I was handed a zip lock bag of parts. DO NOT BRING YOUR REPAIRS HERE.Unless you are an idiot.

Idaho Tool and Equipment was the only store in town that had what I was looking for. Neither Home Depot nor Harbor Freight had a round sanding pad to use with a drill. The young man who assisted me knew exactly what I was looking for and walked me right to it. He was kind and helpful. All employees were wearing a mask.

The place, wait..THE place for power tools. Anything. Has a service department, too.

AMAZING customer service! I stopped by for a gas can to go get gas and they gave me a splash of gas to get my motorcycle to the gas station AND offered to drive me to my motorcycle! EXCEPTIONAL customer service and a huge thanks to Rick and the rest of the team there. Incredibly helpful and they have all the tools that no one else has. They also have great rates and expertise! I bought used Bostitch air compressor and as an old(er) woman, didnt know how to use it. After watching some recordings on youtube and reading about it; I wasnt even sure if if the compressor was working. I brought it to Idaho Tool and Equipment and I was directed to the service desk. Scott (I asked his name later bc I was so happy with his help), not only checked the unit but came out of the service place and showed me how to use it. What a wonderful help. He also without asking him, took the compressor to my car. What a gentleman! A knowledgeable, helpful gentleman! What a wonderful experience, people and place! Thank you!

Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered a piece of equipment. Two weeks later I called to check how much longer it would take and they told me they would order it now it will be another week lol.

Had always gone there because of the friendly staff and excellent products but the repair shop is scamming people probably using cheap Chinese parts had a motor replaced two months later it starts knocking and they refuse to warranty supposedly because of low oil even though we had just dumped the oil said it would cost another $300 to get fixed even though last time they charged $500 their numbers don’t match up and spoke for the compressor company claiming they wouldn’t warranty it absolute trash
