Omg!!!! Best bagels ever! Pearl River or Nanuet, take your pick! We are so lucky to have access to these delicious bagels!!! The spreads, lox, scallions, vegetable, Cinnamon/ Raisin/Walnut, etc. are all phenomenal too!!!! You cant go wrong buying a bagel from Zimis! This is a Cinnamon/ Raisin with Cinnamon/Raisin/ Walnut cream cheese spread. Pure heaven!!! Their Everything bagels, WOW!! Give them a try!!!

Fast service. They have another store about a mile south. But, THIS store tends to move quicker, or at least have shorter lines. But, both stores have equally good food, and fresh bagels.

Decent bagels and sandwiches. Fast friendly services, average prices. Very popular location gets crowded some times especially in the mornings lots of Contractors stop in for breakfast.

OMG I am overwhelmed with options. I love it. Just more expensive than I wouldve liked but this is Rockland.I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese in a whoke wheat and I got two bacon in the middle so I didnt taste it throughout. One egg, so not so filling either. Being my first and only time there I didnt know how the place worked because there were people ordering from 3 spots. I got skipped twice. They need to form 3 lines: order, pay, pick up.

I have been to most of the top rated bagel stores in New York and these bagels beat a lot of them. Highly recommend.

It,s only 3 country blocks from a place, Nanuet House, where I work. And the establishment is clean, employees demonstrate courtesy and they are speedy in service.

Always get the same thing for my wife. Egg white, cheese, bacon, ketchup, salt and pepper, on whole wheat w/ lettuce and tomato. Really good.

Best spot if you want early morning food options. I drive locally as a transportation provider. They open everyday at 4:40am and have everything from breakfast platters and sandwiches to lunch wraps & sandwiches.

This is a comment for the review from Natalie. Im a regular at Zimis for 3 decades. Their posted open hours start at 4:40am. Its always been that way. So if someone let you in at 04:01am you were definitely in the wrong store, God bless your heart. Zimi Bagel Cafes are the measuring stick for all other bagels, that is why they are the best.

Paid 7.50 for a bagel with no meat but hash browns and a little bit of ham. Could have went anywhere else and paid 3.50 for a bacon egg and cheese. Super scam because of the area!!!!!!!!

Been coming here for years. Good place to grab a quick breakfast. Always good food, bread, bagels and rolls made fresh, friendly professional counter staff, only reason I didnt give 5 stars....theyre so popular that during the morning rush, always a line, it moves quickly, but sometimes its a long line. Recommend avoiding the 7:30 to 8:30 time

I enjoyed Zimis bagels for over 10 years while living in Nanuet.I moved to Yuma AZ in 2017 and missed real bagels like Zimis. The bagels out here are terrible.While I went online one day and surfed the net, I put in Zimis and saw that they delivered nationwide.I called and arranged for them to send 4 dozen.Harry contacted me for shipping informationand the next day the bagels were delivered by 9:00a.m. They were just as I remembered.I gave some of the bagels to the residents of our park and they all raved about them.Delicious and fresh.I will be ordering again.I am very impressed with their service and product.Paul Skokandich

Great bagels great coffee great breakfast sandwiches coupled with a very friendly and attentive staff. if you have any doubts on my opinion just stop by and take a look at the line of people out the door on a Saturday or Sunday morning waiting to get their zimi bagels and youll see my point.

Good bagels but breakfast sandwiches could be better. Last time I got a Bacon egg and cheese I got very little bacon and egg plus the roll wasnt that great. Cheese wasnt melted

Best bagels I’ve ever had!

Excellent place for breakfast. They have a lot on the menu. The bagels are nice and soft on the inside and a crunch on the outside. Prices arent bad either. The only thing is the place seems a bit run down and old so it doesnt look like the cleanest place but I think its because theyve been there for so long.

My go to breakfast sandwich spot in Nanuet. They do good things here, the bagels are fantastic, sandwiches are great. The staff is fast and know what they are doing.Can be busy in the mornings, but thats a reflection of how good the food is.

Brunch stop. Never been there before. Good bagel and sandwich shop. Prices ok. Service great. Clean. Small seating area. Taylor ham and egg very good. Maple turkey bacon wrap very tasty. Definitely will return.

The doors may be open, but a bagel cafe with no bagels to sell is not open for business. Dont advertise that youre open at 4:40 am if you cant sell someone a bagel by 5:00 am. Wasted time and trip.
