Devin is an extraordinary salesman and person. In explaining the features of the cappuccino machines, he spoke with enthusiasm and warmth. It is very unusual to have an employee who is so respectful of customers in addition to feeling that he enjoyed the company of all three of us asking questions. I hope Sur La Table appreciates who they have and if not, another company should scarf him up.

NOT WORTH 139.00$! Unfortunately I spent money on one of there Tia date night cooking classes with my significant other. Which after we both agreed was an utter waste. The teachers assistant was very rude and she slammed pots and pans in my face onto the table infront of me during the class. She gave me several dirty looks, was muttering under her breath and had quite a nasty attitude the entire two hours she made me very uncomfortable! The women teaching the class I have acually meet her before. She was not a perfession chef or teacher. Comming from someone who has attended culinary classes I thought it would be fun to check out. Sadly me and my significant other and our family will ever go to this location or franchise again. Such a shame I was brought there by a family friend who also wanted to attened but after this experience he will no longer go ether.

The man was very rude when asked a question on preparing meat and which knife to use. “Maybe you should go to a hunting store”

My first contact with the staff at this Sur La Table location was over the phone with Devin, the store manager. I was searching for a particular Demeyere saucepan that was no longer available online or at other stores in the US. Knowing that I would drive down 120 miles just to pick up the saucepan, Devin was friendly and patient enough to search for the last piece and set it aside for me. He was consistently personable when I arrived in store the next day, and he even took the time to look for and recommend a matching Demeyere steamer insert. I was impressed not only by his amiability and excellent customer service, but also by his expertise in cookware materials as he explained the longevity of the different brands of steamers.My long trip to the store was worth it because of the politeness, professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills of Devin and his staff. Though I am a long-time Williams-Sonoma customer, WSs consistently poor customer service has made me switch over to Sur La Table for all my cooking needs from hereon.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Cooking classes are fun and substantive producing plenty of delicious food!
