Terrible customer service. The really tall girl was not nice. But I was having a good day so I ignored her. Would never go back to this location

The people are really nice and helpful and know what theyre talking about. They give genuine opinions on the products in the store and what hair dyes would look good on you. Some products are expensive but others are pretty affordable, they have a quiet a decent amount of different companies to choose from in terms of hair dye along with brushes of all different kinds and beauty products in general. I go there quite often and Im pretty satisfied every time

I love coming to this Sally’s store. Lauren, the manager and Ilsa, an employee are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They both understand the value of customer service and cheerfully provide it! I am always welcomed with a smile and asked how I may be helped. I was provided with expert instructions by Ilsa on how to process my hair to achieve a platinum look; she also wrote them out in detail for me. I needed to call Sally’s when processing my hair at home and Lauren provided advice and answered all my questions as I was doing this. The level of service they provide is severely lacking today in many service oriented businesses. I am an extremely happy customer who will continue to patronize this business!

It is a good Beauty Shop which has brands simular to expensive brands, yet also they do carry certain high rated items. They offer Sally,s Club membership. The Isles are moderately narrow and would be nice to expand their room for customers. The Staff are all nice and knowledgeable about their products.

Some of the staff is disgustingly rude. i was kicked out for being there too close to closing time and was told to come back another day. in most retail stores employees allow you to finish your shopping but we were forced to stop what we were doing and leave. another employee that helped me was very nice though.

There is someone named Lauren who works at this Sally Beauty. She is awesome!!! Extremely helpful!

Its Sallys.....they have the stuff they advertise. I just wish they wouldnt selectively follow SOME customers around the store and not others. Follow everyone and offer the same (Ill call it) customer service to all.

I came here looking for a specific product. They were out of it so I asked if they were ordering more. They said yes and to come back the following week. I called the next week and asked if they got the item in stock. I was told yes so I said I would come later that day. I went, and I didn’t see the product, again. So I asked someone and she said they probably had not “unpacked” the item from the shipment yet so to come back the next day. I did, and on my third trip once again they did not have the item, and this time I was told they must have never ordered it. 2 wasted trips all because I kept being told the item was coming. Unbelievable!

Well today I had came in to Sallys to purchase some products and one of the employees was very rude and angry. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a young dark skin employee attack and hit another employee. I will never come to this location again. If the co workers treat and assault each other and make it uncomfortable what makes me think certain employees in this location will treat their customers any better. Also I did not make a purchase due to this! I hope the other employee is ok
