A kids wonderland for toys, candy, and cheap prices! The staff can be really helpful and the lines can be really long, but the staff work hard to get through everyone. This store also helps other thing like accessories for Christmas, anything for Christmas as well. The kids would love this place and I still do to get some snacks and, like the store reads, it’s only $5 and below! Overall, this is a great store.

Five below is perfect they have quality items that wont break right after purchase and they also have lots of back to school stuff for the kids. Made shopping for school supplies very easy and cheap!

Even though the initial item I went in the store for was not there and it was a bummer, I was please to find that the customer friendly staff is top knotch. Nina (customer service manager) and her crew Richie and Tony was awesome and helpful.Even though I didnt get my item the friendliness and assisstance made the experience all the worth while. They are clean but they barely have anything on the shelves and none of the employees asked any of the customers if they needed help with anything. I used to love this store but now I think Ill go to another location

Alot of great deals

One of the big retail stores with Rockland Plaza at the heart of Nanuets Shopping District. Most items are definitely five and below but they have started selling items higher than five dollars. Great for last minute gift items.

We love Five Below! My daughter saves her allowance for a few weeks and we go there when shes ready to spend some of it. Great toys and things at the best prices. Good quality considering the price!

Clean, organized store. Easy to find what you are looking for. Fast service (cashier). Only flaw was not enough floor associates to answer questions.

Great variety, but despite its big size it has fewer items than the mall location. At least it seems that way. Good customer service!

Arrived 3 minutes before the store closing time. Needed to grab 1 little item. The manager was at the door refused to let me in and said excuse me we have familys to go home to. N then she said Im not even talking to u anymor . This is the worst customer service I ever had. I called corporate and gave in a complaint. I hope they resolve there costmer issues soon.

Probably should have more than one cashier at 5pm during holiday season.

Smaller Five Below compared to others in the area which can be frustrating when the stock varies. Overall its good with everything $5 or less. Hard not to find a bargain. But buyer be warned you can sometimes find almost the same item for a $1 next door. Case in point brought a knee brace for $5 to end up returning it after finding a very similar one for a $1 next door.

Cheap China junk that won’t last and good luck finding parking sometimes. Also the store is way too overwhelming and I would rather pay for quality over quantity. Sometimes five dollars and below isn’t always that great.

The staff here is pretty respectful and laid back. The prices are really low and you could afford almost everything there.

For persons who likes nice things at an affordable rate, you should diffinately go here. I went there while I was in America and it has some pretty nice things. From back pack to head phones, to candies, to party items to shoes ( to be honest the shoes arent really that nice. Its only $5 so Im sure you understand) but if you dont have enough money to go to other stores to get you items go here. Being cheap never killed anyone and it saves you a lot of money. You actually can get some products that sells in other enterprises at a cheaper cost. Save some cash and support five below.

If you bring your kids in this store, YOURE buying something lol, I love this store. There are many different selections, cosmetics, toys, home decor, shoes, pool stuff, beach stuff, clothes.

Its 12:52am on Thanksgiving and I arrived at 12:46am and they said it was closed and it was supposed to open until 1am and I clearly had 14 minutes. They have good stuff but they wont open just for 2 people when you have nearly 20 minutes until closing.

So I was having some trouble with my wife we were in an argument and giving each other the silent treatment... the next day I had a flight to catch and I had to wake up at 5 a.m So me not wanting to break the silence... I wrote a note and left it where she could find it and then I fell asleep. I woke up around 9:17am! and I was pretty mad so I went downstairs to find out why she didnt wake me up and there was a note that said its 5 a.m. wake up..Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests..Anyway I went to this 5 and below and got myself 6 alarm clocks.. Some worked with batteries some had a cord..Right away a kid (I believe his name was Jordan? It definitely started with a J) he came up to me to ask if I need help... I must have looked like I was in a panic because he said to me are you late for somthing? I laughed so hard i started to cry.. I said to him.. You have no idea manI will absolutely be going back to this store especially if hes still working there. I never laughed so hard in my life and I ended up buying 92 dollars worth of stuff because I had a good time there.Hands down best 5 and below I have ever been to and I travel so Ive been to alot of them
