Love this dollar tree, they always have quick check out and are very well stocked with everything I want. Today I need help with an item and went to one of the guys that was stocking the shelf, and he left what he was doing and brought me all the way to where the item was. Great service and very helpful and knowledgeable of what was in stock. Thank you for the service he rendered, cause not all people are like this. The cashiers hospitality, and service was also quick and great. 🙂🙂🙃🙃💝💝

The worst of the worst Dollar Tree i have visited around the USA.The store is dirty, not organized and people that work there have no customer services. They have such long line to pay the waiting in line is more then 30 minutes. I preferred to give 0 stars but there is no other option.

Worst dollar store in the surrounding area.Loooooooooooooooooong lines. I have never seen more than one cashier.Very mean, angry staff. One gentleman was literally throwing my items after scanning. When i attempted to gather my items he told me to keep my space, didnt want to catch covid???????Lots of dollar stores people. This is definately not the one to visit.

Waiting in line for over a half hour while one person Slowly checks out a ton of people whileSome other guy folds boxes and watches the line grow longer. Not fun. Plus no air conditioning, corporate you need to do something to make this store run smoother, shelves empty, employees taking breaks in middle of the heaviest times and no one to talk to about this. Hire more people, or atleast have some more air not have people waiting around two aisles in 75 degree heat

Terrible place!! No enforced social distancing, no masks on practically anyone! Only one check out with line to the back of the store with no distancing. Stay far away.

Good prices for most items. My advice is to know what other stores charge because you will overpay on some items.

I regularly shop at this dollar tree when Im up across the bridge and today I had the most unpleasant experience at this store. My 3 yr old daughter was walking with a pool toy in her hand while we were shopping aisle to aisle. A lady who worked there went through two aisle looking for my child and I and when she found us she stopped and demanded are you going to buy that? In the rudest tone. I said to her yes were in a store and she has it in her hand so of course were buying it why are you asking Im sure you didnt ask everyone elses kids in this store that question. She shocking responded that she did and that all I have to say is yes and that she has the right to ask whatever she wants. She acted like my child was doing something wrong by holding something WE WERE INTENDING TO BUY since when is it a crime so shop? This lady was down right condensing and disgusting. As I leave I stop in the front to complain to the cashier and she tells me that the lady is the store manager!!! HA!!If this is who you have running your store you wont be getting much business. I will never step a foot in here again, and someone needs to come retrain her and give her a reality check because she almost received one from me!!!!

Not the cleanest or best stocked Dollar Tree Ive been to by far. Nor the best organized and laid out. But some terrific buys ... along with many mediocre ones. You need to be an informed consumer to get the most value out of these stores.

The worst dollar Tree in my area. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is unpleasant and unhelpful, to say the least. This location is not well stocked and I often find that Ive wasted my time going to this store, even though its the closest to my home (15 min) because they dont have what I need. They also have a policy of not showing customers to remove the wagons (which have a pole attached) or baskets to help cargo your purchases to your car. Last week I bought several gallons of water and needed to carry them all to my car. I wanted to use the baskets so that it would be possible for me to carry them all at once, of course I planned to bring the bakery back to the store. A clerk saw that I was putting my dog in the basket by the door and she screamed at me what do you think youre doing? You cant take that... I was shocked, as she seemed to be accusing me of stealing. I asked what she suggested I do to bring my heavy bags to list my car. She told me that I should pull my car to the front of the store, in the no standing fire zone... I do not plan to shop there again.

The staff was sort of rude, and the shelves were poorly stacked. Maybe low inventory. Not the best dollar tree ever

On my last trip they only had one register open and the line was pretty long. I noticed the other cashier taking his break and eating chips right in front of his register where waiting customers can see him. Another employee passed by and asked why hes chilling right there, he obnoxiously replied cuz Im on my break both laughed it off while we waited on line and watched. Needlees to say he wasnt pleasant when he finally got on the register. He was silent, no thank you or your welcome... Lines are always outrageous and managers are never there to help out.

Not the cleanest Dollar Tree in the area but well stocked. I agree with other reviewers about the smell. The staff is friendly and efficient. The store often feels disorganized and picked through. But if you take time to look they have so much stuff.

Just wonderful but dont be fooled somethings you can get 2or3 for $1.39 at other convenience stores like I go to the one on 149th and I think thats Amsterdam theres a store there by an Arab or something and then theres another store thats on 149th Street when I go to the all-you-can-eat buffet and you can get your soda and water two for a dollar

I live down the street and every time Ive been in this store for the last two years its nothing but trash on the floor, stock spilling out into asked. They dont stock the shelves, people pull product from cardboard boxes on the floor and the staff is awful. They dont make eye contact. They dont speak to you. I wasnt even told my total at the register. They should bring some senior management in, close the store for a few days clean and stock everything and do a clean sweep of staff. Horrible store.

I mean what can I say. Everythings a dollar. I love that! Sometimes I do wish certain things were less bc certain places you can get 2/1. But hey its a steal nonetheless. I think the staff majority at least hate it. They always look miserable. Some look like they just got out jail and are in a work release program. Lines are always long. New management and staff much?! Other than that, I come here either once a week or every other. Valley cottage dollar tree is the best! More stuff and its cleaner. The customers in nanuet are vultures ROOOOOOAAARRRRR.

I was able to get four sets of four Halloween plastic cups to put together my treats for my sons class. For me thats a win!!!

Ugggg the most horrible dollar tree I have ever been too..it always a mess and disorganized... I went there to get bread and he bread had green mold on it... Its just terrible to come here and have to be in this kind of messiness... They need new management and more staff to stay on top of it and keep it organized...

There was a line at the cash register, I asked the store manager Liz, if there were any other cashiers around. She literally just yelled at me. All I asked was a question. I work in retail and I know customer service, Im sorry to say but this lady shouldnt be a manager at any store. Worst experience ever.
