Not a fancy place, but the Sundae Shakes are delicious!

This busy Baskin Robbins made time for me and my very specific cake request. Manager Silvia offered to do it by phone but I decided to go in. Silvia worked with me and explained just what could be done for my daughters cake, including her particular special requests. Silvias patience, understanding, and good nature helped me feel confident enough to ask for the special things. Im certain the cake master will fulfill our dreams and make it just right. While I was there, I noticed the other employees giving the same high level of service.

Didnt have our first choice of ice cream but the second choice was great

This is by far the worst run Baskin Robbins franchise Ive ever visited in Rockland, Westchester, northern NJ, and NYC. Employees are clueless and rude. It seems the owner creates a new stupid rule every time I go. First they demanded coupons only with an additional, undiscounted purchase. No other location does. Next they refused to accept multiple T Mobile Tuesday coupons in the same transaction. Everyone else does. Then they refused to scan printed T Mobile Tuesday coupons, only in the app directly. Every other location does. Some people have older phones that cant run the clunky app. I reported this location to corporate customer service at least twice, apparently to no avail. The store should be closed and all employees fired immediately.

Quick reliable service and of course all the yumminess of Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts.

Very tasty no dout and for an icecream or milkshake totally reasonable price.

How does an ice cream store not have chocolate chip ice cream

There was a long piece of plastic in my milkshake. The cookie was stale, i could tell it was suppossed to be chewy becuase probably 10 percent was, the rest was like a brick. Big time nasty!

No soft corn, terrible frozen yogort.I just taste one spoon and though away.

I go to dunkin donuts all the time this one has the worse staff ever they are very rude and rush you out of the restaurant. I will never go to this location again. The dunkin donuts of 59 by the car wash they are so much friendlier. I hate this location
