Absolutely fantastic experience! Dr. Jasen and Dr. Brittany were very informative and made me feel really comfortable the moment I walked in. Honestly, their whole team was a pleasure! When it came time to clean my ears it felt like a spa day in my brain 🥰🥰🥰 I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Advanced Audiology. I had a lot of wax built up in both ears and got to experience the removal using a very interesting warm water suction machine. I was totally comfortable throughout the process and was pleased to be able to photograph the wax that came out ! I received a super professional hearing analysis using state of the art equipment in a beautiful office . Dr Ziarko was nice, funny, knowledgeable, reassuring, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend getting your hearing checked at Advanced Audiology!

Dr. Ziarko was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous as I didnt know what to expect, and her friendly, warm and knowledgeable demeanor and approach put me at ease and I knew I was in great hands. Loved the clean office environment and the friendly professional staff.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Ruiz was great....hands on and extremely helpful. The equipment is high tech and easy to use. The hook up through the phone and its use, is a nice extra.I could not be happier!

Stopped into the office to have my ears cleaned. I’ve been watching ear wax removal videos on the internet and wanted to experience it for myself. Dr. Brittany helped clear my ears of wax. I left feeling satisfied after seeing the wax she was able to remove from my ears!

Dr. Brittany Ziarko is the best!!! i brought my mom to her to get a hearing test and fitted for hearing aids. She was super friendly, patient, and informative. she was able to answer all our questions and provide my mom with the best hearing aids.

One of the best audiologist offices in Westchester, Rockland and Delaware County. Offices are centrally located in these counties making it very convenient no matter where you live! They are very professional and have some of the best technology for hearing!

Dr Ruiz was fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable and the tests done were quick and simple. Good news was my hearing was 100% good even tho it seemed it was muffled. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs an audiologist.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Advance Audiology and Dr. Jasen Ruiz without hesitation.  I am a 55 year old woman who knew she had a profound hearing loss and was basically in denial about needing/wanting hearing aids -until I met and sat with Dr. Ruiz.   Upon arriving to their office - which is very clean and appealing to the eye, I made contact with Crystal, their care coordinator.  Crystal is not only very professional, she is very well informed, detail oriented, personable and was very sensitive to my needs and financial situation.Dr. Ruiz is a breath of fresh air – kind, considerate and attentive.  He was not only very easy to talk to, but genuinely concerned and passionate about wanting to help.  He is very well educated on the advancement of hearing devices and his enthusiasm was contagious.  He was able to show me in plain terms how bad my hearing was compared to the norms and what benefits these devices would bring to my life.Sum and substance, my experience with Dr. Ruiz and Crystal was A+ from start to finish.  I could not have asked for better service.

The office is beautiful - very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and warm. I got an appointment right away for my husband and we did not have to wait to be seen (which is huge for us!). Dr. Ruiz and his associates were very knowledgeable. My husband works for Con Edison and he needed hearing protection. We did the molds and got the customized ear protection swiftly. Def would recommend this office to those in need of hearing care!

Not only is the office modern with the latest in technology but the staff, from the receptionist to the doctors, are personable making everyone feel warm and welcomed when they visit. As a patient, you feel secure and confident your working with professionals from the initial first phone call. They’re also super with infants and children who need hearing exams. The whole experience is pleasurable from beginning to end and they always go above and beyond.

On vacation from England and left my hearing aid batteries at home. Called in at Advanced Audiology to see if I could buy some. Dr Ruiz kindly gave me some free of charge because I had travelled so far. Thanks to Dr Ruiz I will be able to hear clearly for the rest of my vacation.

Great little place for a hearing exam. I got exactly what I was looking for, which was to get my hearing checked out purely for reference and to keep track (I’m a musician). Nice staff, I’ll be going back!

They were very friendly, and explained everything clearly. My son was concerned about hearing loss. We both had hearing tests, and they removed wax lodged deep in his ear. The office is very clean too.

This office is beautiful. Very clean and up to date with fashion. I will give them 2 stars for that, However that would be the best review I can give to them. BE AWARE!! They prey on people having hearing loss !!!! Whether or not you have a slight hearing loss or a significant loss they PUSH hearing devices on you. Not honest in my opinion.
