Carvel brings back such wonderful childhood memories! Love this place!

Bit of a wait. Which was surprising for a cold Monday night. Prices are a little high. Service is fast. Ask for a sundae. Had to ask for the whipped cream. Didnt even bother at that point asking for the cherry.Limited seating so very difficult to enjoy there and no seating outside.

Samie and Scott are awesome and their ice-cream are delicious. The reason we gave 3 stars less is because they are overpriced on everything and then suddenly they just increased their prices again few days ago. They need employees who smile and are more friendlier with customers. Making you feel welcomed more often is not what they do much of also when we went there the person who served us was not very friendly but very cold.Its hard to want to shop at a place, when the customer service associate is not smiling but staring at you blankly as you try to order, while being stared at, which, we are sure that many customers may be feeling awkward. Additionally, we hope they lower their prices, to get more business in this bad times during this pandemic or their business will slow down!!!

Great ice cream for the whole family! Cones or cups, its an amazing place to relax with. Not much waiting, must order online or call them for your order for now.

Quick to take your money. Buy now! Quality consistent. Not as warm or inviting as Id like for my family. It should be a pleasant experience....every time.

It is a typical Carvel... staff is usually friendly sometimes a little short. Good selection. My biggest complaint is that there is barely any space to sit if you want to enjoy your ice cream immediately.

This was the worst experience of my life. So unorganized, they’re all over the place. My boyfriend and I were #8 in line and watched #9, 10, 11, & 12 all get their orders before us along with 4-5 online orders. We kept asking what’s going on and got no response until finally they said “your order was lost, do you still want it?” WHAT!!!! Are you kidding me... if I would’ve gotten it for free for waiting for 15-20 mins I would not be writing this review right now but the fact I waited and got that kind of response was unbelievable. They’re so disorganized.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. When I came to pick it up they said they accidentally put the cake in the display and it was sold. I had to wait for them to take another cake and try to make it the way I ordered which meant they sprayed the cake orange(not anything like I requested). Not happy. I didn’t have time to order another cake from somewhere else. I specifically ordered a cake the way I wanted it and I had to settle for whatever they had. Beware when ordering a cake from here.

Excellent customer service. The people behind the counter were friendly and courteous. The ice cream was amazing. I had the fudge brownie sundae dasher (I think that was the name).

Ive been going to this Carvel for years so Im a bit bias. This is one of THE BEST Carvels out here!

Worst customer experience ever. The lady behind the counter had the worst attitude ever. After trying 2 flavours, she was like don’t try more samples because it will confuse you. Like unbelievable!! There are many other ice cream stores that treat the customer with respect and politeness. Never again.

Very Rude, Bad Customer Service.We walked in at 9:50 (10 mins before closing) and the owner and staff were visibly annoyed we were there because they had just mopped. She then asked me and my girlfriend to stand at the enterance to order, because they didnt want us to dirty their floors. When she messed up my order and I asked for it to be corrected she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. At that point we walked out and went up the street to Baskin Robbins where they are open later and the prices are better anyway. It worked out for us, but we will Never Go to that Carvel Again.
