I had the great fortune of speaking with Marie by telephone while looking for a specific item that was not available online, but was in stock at their store. Marie confirmed the item, and rather than making me drive 75 miles to pick it up offered to ship it to me. Brighton jewelry is my wife’s favorite, and Marie just made my day!
