My mom needed a larger storage unit than the one she initially rented. Nanuet, NY Site manager Ken answered the call and was very helpful. He was very courteous, professional and was able to help her without a glitch. The transaction was quick and he was very efficient. Definitely five star service. Thank you Ken for all your help.

We rented a unit from Extra Space for a only part of the year. Ken assisted us with choosing a unit and was thorough in explaining the process. He walked us around the facility and was great during our move in and out process. I even called him post move out thinking we had misplaced an item and Ken checked the entire unit/space for us. We appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend this facility! I believed our unit was kept clean and safe--I had no worries with our storage here.

On October 11, 1921, my daughter was helping me go through things that had been in storage for years. Unfortunately, when the moving men put the furniture from my mother s estate into storage, some pieces were arranged in such a way as to make access impossible. Elijah happened to be passing our unit and saw us struggling. He offered his help to shift a bureau to allow us to open its drawers. I dont know what we would have done without his assistance!! It was extraordinarily kind of him to go out of his way for us. Im so appreciative.

The manager Ken was a great help. He was very patient, knowledgeable and efficient in his work manner. I explained to him my wants and needs in storage space and he met all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this location because of how professional Ken was.

Great place! The check in process was simple and easy! The gentlemen at the front were very helpful and showed me how everything works.The layout of the building is complex and a great use of space! They are truly utilizing all of the building!I got one of the small units with limited height which is perfect for the amount of stuff I have and a very affordable price! My mom and I went to extra space storage today to inquire about a second storage unit or consolidate stuff into a bigger one. After speaking with Ken, getting a second smaller one was a much better option. Ken and Chris were amazing! They are both extremely friendly and made for a smooth and easy transaction. The facility is always clean. They are not difficult to find if you need to speak to someone from the office. The office also return calls within a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend this particular Extra Space Storage.

I was really impressed with the service I received at Extra Space Storage in Nanuet. Ken and Chris were great, following up with me in a phone call after I contacted the national number. They reserved my spot and made sure that when I arrived 2 hours after my call, that the unit was still available. They walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions and escorted me to to my unit, which was clean and easy to access. I love the fact that this site has, stairs and entry ramps and covered loading docks with working lifts so that you and your things can get into the building easily without being exposed to the elements. Finally, I felt really safe and secure at the site. Many other storage sites Ive used in the past have been creepy or dingy looking. Not this site! It is light, bright and clean and there are security cameras everywhere. With the keypad entry system, I know that both my things and I will be safe when I am there. I highly recommend this site for your storage needs. You get your moneys worth.
