These guys deliver good old fashioned friendly and knowledgeable service that you cant get online from a computer. I just bought a Nellies Wow Mop and my kids love using it and the kitchen floor has never been cleaner.

Russ and his crew at Napa Sew and Vac are helpful and knowledgeble about their products! Although they have a wide inventory, we are partial to the Miele Products. They also have all the parts if any should ever need replacing and they can repair it on site! Highly recommended!

Sad day in the Cootes household! My trusty vacuum of 14 years finally crapped out! It has been through 2 kids, 5 dogs, 2 cats, 4 birds, turtles, chinchilla, rats and hundreds and hundreds of fish!Thank you Napa Sew & Vac - I laughed when you showed me this vacuum but you were so RIGHT!
