Sameer in the appliance departemet deserves a 10 out of 5. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. It was an overall bad day when my refrigerator decided to stop working. Sameer was so helpful and patient as stumbled with my indecisiveness. In no time at all, I had a new fridge installed and at a great price. Thank you so much!

Great overall experience. We needed a new washer ASAP. Jeff was very helpful on the phone and recommended a new washer for us. He also told us to come back when the price drops at the upcoming sale for a store credit. Kevin, the manager honored that today despite being after the 14 day deadline. Ill be back!

Easy purchase of a dryer online and picked up a day later, when I went my jeep was about half an inch too small for the box, I told them I would come back with a truck the next day, but surprisingly enough Samir offered to drop it off for me!! My wife and I needed a washing machine immediately. It seems like everything broke down at one time and the washing machine was the last thing we needed to break down with teenagers in the house and a pile of laundry to do. The two guys that came to my house tonight (after hours by the way) to deliver and install a new washing machine where fantastic! Hands down the best customer service. Samir and Kevin helped with a exchange of an appliance I purchased through there website. It was past the thirty days but they went out of there way to ensure I was able to get the one I needed. Will be making the 40 minute drive to see them for all my appliance needs in the future.

I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher here last Friday. It arrived Wednesday so I picked it up and I noticed a little damage on the box but nothing serious. When I unpackaged it to install it I noticed a dent on the side that was bad enough that it also slightly dented the interior wall of the dishwasher. I went to return the dishwasher the next day and the owner offered me a full refund or a discount on the dented model as well as a discounted extended warranty along with his assurance that the dented area should not effect the performance of the dishwasher. I was impressed by the kindness of the owner who was understanding and apologetic as well as going above and beyond to satisfy my husband and I as customers. We went to Sears in Napa in the first place to support local business in our community and we will return when we buy our next appliance.

Quick service on quality Sears appliances. Good communication and timely delivery by service oriented installers. Only complaint is the confusing inaccurate verbiage on receipt.

Dont forget to put the date on the water filter when you change it.Great service at our local Sears store, 5 star service.

Best appliance store in town, best prices, service is first class!

A terrible experience. They sold me the wrong appliance, charged me twice the price for the right one and a delivery charge to make the swap. If thats not enough, I had to get an electrician to reinstall the appliance after it appeared I had a fire hazard from their sloppy installation. And, neither they nor Sears would make it right. Its two years and Im still wincing from the experience.

Waited 2 weeks, came in to pick up my new $700 washing machine that they did not have. No phone call that it didnt come in. We were forced to take the floor model.

Went to Sears Napa because our Frig went out. Jeff gave us excellent service. We bought a Samsung and we love it!! Found out the frig wouldnt be delivered in over a month ugh!!! The owner Samir said dont worry we can lend you a used Frig until yours comes in!!! What company does that!!! We had nothing but excellent service and help!! We will tell all our family and friends about Sears in Napa!!! Thank you!!!

After reading review had to post. Yes, I know ppl should be getting orders right but trust me they aint the only ones making that mistake we are only human and tend to make errors once in a while. I know I ordered a water heater before online @ home Depot and once I got to the store gave me the wrong one 2x. But, as far as Sears goes Samir and his staff have been nothing but helpful and and answered any questions and made sure the following day that item worked for my boyfriend and I which we were both pleased with. But would recommend shopping at this Sears located in Napa! Thanks Samir and staff!!!
