Carmen was very helpful in getting me the part for my Ford Taurus station wagon the staff was very courteous and to be able to have the part there for an older vehicle was awesome I appreciate that including Carmen

They have a very friendly and experienced staff, they have been able to special order many parts that I could not find anywhere else. They also offer a variety of brands and high quality parts, by any chance they dont have what youre looking for they will recommend many places near by so that you can get the help you need.

Walked in this morning and the obese female clerk could not wait on me until she finished texting her message. Then she categorically denied that a part existed and could not be found in this universe. I drove over the ORielys Auto parts and there it was hanging on their wall. This is not the first time Ive had poor customer service from that clerk. I dont know why they keep her around...take the keys away, keeping her there is about as responsible as giving the keys to a drunk driver.
