The stroller was clean and suited our needs perfectly. We left it at the bell desk at check out and went on our way. We booked a last minute trip and I started thinking about my two boys. We were going to Disneyland and walking all day just seemed like misery for little guys. The most genius business! I was so happy I didn’t have to pack a stroller for our trip to Disneyland. They dropped it off at our hotel and picked it up, it was completely stress free. Looked at a few stroller rental companies for our Disneyland trip but only Traveling Baby Company delivered to San Juan Capistrano. I placed an order months in advance and when we showed up to the hotel, we had an amazing Bumbleride double stroller waiting for us. We were blown away by the excellent condition and ease of handling of the stroller! My girls were able to nap comfortably in the stroller during our long days at Disneyland and the bottom of the stroller had plenty of room for our stuff. The ease of knowing we didnt have to pick up large stroller or having to drop it off, or even have to take our stroller with us in our car that saved us so much space is such a huge weight off our shoulders! We rented a double stroller and 2 car seats from Traveling Baby Company this past summer for our trip to Disneyland. The items arrived at our hotel on time and they were clean and in good condition. Renting through them saved me a lot of stress and headache as I didn’t need to worry about bringing my own items on a plane. The ease of choosing the pieces we needed and to have them waiting at our hotel upon check-in was fantastic! The only thing I would have appreciated was instructions. The double stroller we had came with a weather cover which I wanted to take off to create more headroom but could not figure out how to do so and was afraid of damaging something. I also wanted the stroller backs to sit more upright but could not achieve with just the straps. Had there been emailed or printed instructions I perhaps could have adjusted this better. All in all the ease of ordering and delivery/pickup plus cleanliness of the item still made it worth it.

POOR QUALITY, but PUNCTUAL delivery & EASY ONLINE booking. We rented a double BOB stroller and it DID NOT steer easily nor properly which made our days at Disney rather difficult maneuvering through the crowds and lines. The stroller was also visibly distressed and torn which felt dirty and sloppy. We had rented a double BOB last year and were super pleased w/the quality & steering of that more updated stroller, but we simply received an older/dilapidated version this year. On the fence if we will use this service again, but what a great concept.

I didnt want to wrangle the stroller from home through the airport and would highly recommend renting from Traveling Babys Anaheim location if you are going to Disneyland. My kids are 3.5 and 4.5 and not having to carry them back to the hotel after a long day was well worth the price of the rental. The pricing was very reasonable for a high end double stroller and was actually less expensive then renting 2 basic single strollers from Disneyland for 3 days that cannot leave the park. I cannot say enough positive things about Traveling Baby and have recommended them to all my friends. I will definitely rent from them again!!

The stroller really saved our trip to Disneyland. When we got to the hotel by 1pm, it was already there, so we were able to go to the park with it. It was by far less expensive than renting a stroller in Disneyland with the benefit of being able to take it back to the hotel with my baby sleeping in. I would totally use this service again.

We loved our stroller we rented a BOB and it was nice new and clean, We loved that there was only a small tag with our name on the handle bar and not some bug tacky rent me sign like lots of other rental strollers had on them, it was very discreet so we were not displaying that we were from out of state while at disneyland. We reviewed several rental places and finally made the great decision to go with Traveling Baby. From our first phone calls asking for information to the thoughtful follow-up email we were absolutely impressed with the Traveling Baby staffs professionalism and quick response. We chose a Bob Duallie jogging stroller for two children ages 5 and 8 (both light-weight) for an 8-day stay in Disneyland. The stroller arrived earlier than we expected at the Disneyland Hotel so we had it waiting for us when we arrived at noon. It was perfectly clean and looked brand new. We werent sure if we should use a stroller for the 8-year old but it was a huge help during those long days and nights in the parks. (We had made sure the boys combined weight was within the strollers capacity.). We highly recommend Traveling Baby to anyone planning a trip with young children!

I flew in to visit my sister in Santa Ana in October 2016, and brought my one year old with me as a lap child. Therefore, being able to rent a car seat to use while visiting was so much more convenient than having to check it and lug it around the airport. They were so great about delivering the car seat in the time requested to a residence, and the car seat was in great condition and was able to get the same brand that I use in my car, insuring that my child was safe.

Smooth as silk!! My double stroller was delivered to the hotel as promised and it was picked up as well. So glad to have one less thing to worry about when travelling with 2 kids.

It was so easy to work with company and the stroller we rented looked like it was brand new. Absolutely no issues. Having the double stoller for our two kids while we visited Disneyland was a real game changer.

I couldnt imagine a Disney trip without this company. No hiccups at all. Highly recommend.

Crib arrived on time as ordered. Everything was clean. I expected more bedding from renting from a different company in Orlando, but that was my own fault. Crib was as advertised with a sheet. BYOB(blankets)!
