This company has to be the worst company around. Customer service lacks, well customer service. They have skipped our delivery but they have delivered water in the same building, how does that even work?. We have been with them for years but it is time to move on to a different company, they seriously need to get their business values up, unfortunately they are a money hungry corporation that does not care about their customers. There is no apology from any associate and or manager. We are still waiting for our delivery, and we have the empty bottles outside for them to pick them up.

Never buy water from this company.... took off 3 days to wait for our water after countless phone calls to them to follow up. No returned calls or water. Worst service I’ve ever experienced ANYWHERE.
