Great experience! Went to get my brows done and pick up a couple products, ended up very satisfied. Tessa, who did my brows, was exceptionally nice and great at what she does. Brows look amazing and she did a great job at hi-lighting the natural shape. I wanted a pretty specific and unique product. Because of this, a lot of the floor staff ended up helping me try all the products they think would work for me. They helped me narrow them down to my favourites. The product I ended up buying was perfect for my troublesome skin and what I wanted to accomplish. Totally recommend you come to this Ulta if you want Tessa to give you great brows, fantastic customer experience or both!

My favorite eyeliner is sold here. Some brands are a little pricey, but most are overall worth it. I usually stick to nyx just based on my price range, but ive ventured to a few other brands, like anastasia, kat von d., etc. The employees are absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful!! Idk about other ultas, but the napa store is perfect

It was a very frustrating experience unfortunately as I absolutely love this store and I’m a platinum member! I order my birthday package online (online because the birthday gifts in store just didn’t feel as inclusive as I’d like for being African American) the package had the wrong address on it and I corrected it via email. Ulta didn’t respond till 3 days after it was delivered then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do nor give me a refund. I called the address it was delivered to and they claim they don’t have it. So now I’m an unhappy customer. I hope Ulta fixes this problem in the future. If not with me than with some other unfortunate soul this befalls upon.Also customer service was nice but unfortunately they just kept repeating themselves to me.

When I shop Ulta if it is before or after work and I look say professional I get asked if I need help several times. On weekends when I am relaxing and in sweats, no makeup I could steal the store for the lack of attention. So this trip I had 2 ladies who very helpful with assisting me with my getting a replacement for my Clairasonic and extra brushes! Thank you, yay

They have an extensive collection of beauty products, perfumes, colognes and supplies that will surprise and enhance your hair care. Keep in mind that they often have coupons that really help offset the full price. Theres also a hair salon in back. Ask for Katie. Definitely put her on your to do list. She is a stylist par excellence.

We are so fortunate to have Ulta in Napa. They have the most experienced staff of experiencedemployees who are so willing to answer your questions. I highly recommend you visit Ulta in Napa. I was trained on many cosmetic lines and sold for many years. I am aware that Ulta sends their employees to school so they are knowledgeable on selling most products..This is key to having a successful business.

Love Ulta! Its so nice to get personal service when it comes to buying cosmetics. Picking the right color foundation makeup really requires someone elses eyes. The sales people at Ulta do a wonderful job.

I love coming to this Ulta and have always gotten the help I needed. The staff are quick, friendly, and good at communicating with each other. The selection of brands and display of products is really good too.

My stylist was amazing with my dye job. Such great talent. He used to be a teacher of cosmetology. So I guess I was in good hands.

They have great products professional and store brand and if doesn’t work on your skin you can bring it back. They need more help on the floor in my opinion. I feel like I’m always looking around for someone to help me look for some help. And there always at the cashier which is great! But they need people on the floor also. I’ve been shopping here for years and I refer people here over cosmo pro because they have better products and such a variety. But that’s what I liked in the beginning the customer service it has gone down a lil bit.

I hate going to this specific location. My mom wanted a tinted moisturizer and asked me to go with her. I told her they won’t help us because I’m dressed down, as I had just finished my morning work out. Sure enough we were not helped, given eye contact or any form of decent customer service. Between my mom and I we have 40+ years in customer service and couldn’t justify spending a dime. So we went to the cosmetic company outlet in Napa and found what she needed.

I love ULTA. My go to spot for my prestige make up and fragrances. Always has sales and even has a salon and manicure bar oh and eyebrow bar H E L L O .. need I say more? Okay -- I will .. The service isnt all that great though. Stylist Manager seems pretty nice, everyone else, you have to hunt down, so I guess they must not work off of commission??

No one to greet me even though I passed multiple employees socializing and no one to offer direction or assistance. Ive been to many ulta stores. This isnt the usual service I recieve.

I went shopping a few days after Christmas and the shelves were bare. I went to buy a new brush and was not approached by a sales person. I was hoping for assistance with picking out a new brush for my powder concealer and blush.There was not a line for check out, there were however 4 gals working the cash register.The parking lot was packed and I ended up parking on the other side of the lot.

Can always find what I need! Staff is amazing!

The most Horrible Service in all the store chain NEVER order Or put on HOLD an item because when you arrive even at betwen the dead line time they dont respect his own policy we arrive and the young lady say !! ...sorry some body else putting back to sale because you dont come on time ..and we are on time we ordered one day before by 6:30 pm and we arrive next day 4:30 pm soo. I am ask for another one and she say ...we can order but arrive in 3 o 4 business day.(I need for mothers Day!!)..or check online maybe Fairfield or other store.....so and who gone to pay my time and the gas ...incredible..I never stop there again

I will give benefit of doubt that it was super busy, but NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE OR STATION WORKER acknowledged/greeted me. I was lost in the store, coukdnt find even the general area where I should have been looking for product, and never once was asked if I needed help inding what I was looking for; I was actullay walked passed w/o a single hello..Im disappointed. This is the 2nd Ulta location this occurred; the 2nd location I have been shocked by this type of experience. I will just stick to the Vallejo location where they treat and greet their customers with unbiased behavior.

The only reason Im giving it one star is because they ruined my eyebrows. I asked if I could get the best eyebrow person to do my eyebrows and they booked me with Lydia. She is a very nice person but I wouldnt recommend her to do anyone eyebrows including her own. I still paid and tipped her because I would have felt bad if I hadnt. But I went home crying. I had full eyebrows and I went home looking like I was trying to bring back the late 1990s and early 2000s thin eyebrows back.

I buy my girls something here every year at Christmas. They are always helpful, knowing that I know nothing of make-up, and cheerful about it too! Prices could be a bit lower.

ULTA BEAUTY got my attention after shopping makeup only at Sephora. I wishe Ulta Beauty in Napa could be larger. More options like the one in Fairfield.

Where do i even begin... the workers at ulta are COMPLETELY rude and stuck up! wow.. i cant even come to words they are so incredibly rude if you do not have on a full face of makeup they will not take you seriously. you work at ulta not CHANEL lol. anyways i will not be coming here because of the horrible snobby workers who think they are great at makeup when in reality they dont even have the right foundation on lol... ULTA HIRE SOME NICE GIRLS WHO WILL ACTUALLY HELP AND NOT JUDGE YOU .
