Ive had a variety of experiences here, but my latest was probably the best. I like being able to make an appointment, it really cuts down the wait time. The employee was really helpful and efficient.

I tried calling the number provided, just a voice person, who sent me into outer space and back again with absolutely no real live person ever, and no help ever, and if I run my business like this I would have no business, it is gusting how big companies think this kind of service is acceptable!

Literally will have a decent connection for two moths every time you up your plan, and then boom your connection is back in the dirt. They are a horrible company that doesn’t offer any good customer support either, overall look anywhere else.

Customer service rep was rude, and did not help with comcast related issues. Additionally, I could not speak with rep. over the phone. Being a customer to comcast for more than 5 ysars has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a company I pay money to. It may be time to leave.

I have been a loyal COMCAST customer for many years and usually I dont have the need to go into their Xfinity store. I am very glad that I did as I received the BEST customer service I have received by any company in a very long time. Tenzin in sales was outstanding! He really went far above and beyond his job responsibilities, even answering my email after hours. I went in to the store feeling exasperated after numerous WIFI outages and other modem, cable issues, and Tenzin 100% turned it around. He even saved me money on my monthly bill by bundling my services and helped me sync my new iPhone. Extraordinary customer service! The store manager Stevie is also lovely. Thank you all for making my COMCAST experience such a pleasure. I look forward to my next visit to the store. Stay safe and thank you all for working and for your very positive attitude during the pandemic. Very much appreciated.

Had a minor easy upgrade problem that turned into a lack of communication problem with inventory control. Called xfinity had no problem, got told that i needed to upgrade cable box, again no problem, wanted to go by nearest distribution location again no problem. Now once I get to Xfinity store now lack of communications between people you talk to on phone and people at store have a disconnect. Im in the IT business and know that by networking and proper training you can see stock real time by just good practices, and good communication between front end distribution and rear end inventory control which equals to not having to drive to different location to save time and just saying we are out of stock we can mail it to you within the week, is the easiest method. Sorry for the long winded rant but I felt it necessary to convey a obvious problem and a relatively easy solution...Thank you for your time...

Its a shame that we only have a couple companies to choose from in the valley, and unfortunately for us Xfinity is the best. When you purchase a plan be prepared to have your service dropped AT LEAST 4 times a week. But hey you can always switch to another provider...good luck

My husband upgraded his phone last week. Today he received a text,when he tried to retrieve the text it wouldn’t recognize his password which worked the day before. We found out via the SF morgue that his younger brother had passed away. When I explained this to the manager she was very unsympathetic, that this wasn’t an emergency. His phone is still not working. I wouldn’t recommend this particular location

The gentleman Julius and lady Jussie are such a great help. I was having trouble when calling to speak to someone in a call center in Indian and it was very difficult to communicate with them. But then gave me number to text so somebody state side so they could call me. 1. TEXT On It to 266-278 2. Select the issue and follow the prompts 3. TEXT Ready to receive a call.Thanks for you help Julius and Jussie.

Although their store is slightly better than previous options, When you try to call the number of the store according to the website it connects you to the 1-800 number which we all know will get you absolutely nowhere except somewhere in India with somebody who knows nothing. Please post the actual number to your store on your website

Pay for nlf network but cant stream it while on wifi. Wifi only works at my house. I can literally be in another room of my house and I cant watch nlf network on my phone unless I turn the wifi off. Comcast is a pretty low rent company.

She maintains calm and she shares that talent when she is assisting you. I recommend to anyone to go an experience the new service that Comcast has to offer.
