I see all these 5 star testimonials and reviews and this wasnt my experience at all. Unless you look rich or are a tourist youre not treated like a customer. Not just talking over me but downgrading my items I needed him to look at and verify. This man/owner/son/worker or whomever he was had an entitled and was highly arrogant. I called later to complain about the service and he told me basically if I have a problem he can help me out later after work. What is that?! If you act like like a dk Im not gonna sit down and take it. I am a nice guy and dont deserve to be treated like some lowlife. At this auction I bought sapphires, rubie, garnets and diamonds with a variety of quality. Please if the person isnt wearing a suit and 400$ shoes treat them well Anyways, not just the rich.Stay humble! ✌️

Gave a good price for my gold. What I wouldve only made $645 on at wine country gold and coin. I got $811 from Napa gold and silver. Wish I would have tried them earlier I would have easily made $1000 more on everything I sold to those cons across town.
