Showed up to buy a computer bag the store was supposed to be open at 10 got there at 10:45 nobody there called nobody answered what a joke

Employee there was friendly and courteous. Selection was what I expected, Samsonite stuff, and laid out well. Prices in the store was lower than what I saw online.

Service was very helpful. Had lots of selection. Most pieces are expensive but they did have some good sales too.

Ordered new luggage, from Macys NYC, while on vacation. Took the piece I needed back to hotel, the remainder was delivered home today.The zipper on large piece is faulty.Called the Napa Samosonite Outlet to explore my options.Debbie was exemplary. She provided a wealth of information; was completely candid in her description of routes available.And, even when it seemed clear that my product correction route would involve neither her nor her store, continued to encourage me to use the most effective route, and to use her store as my next option.Debbies candor, knowledge base, and consistently pleasant demeanor is exactly the way I want to interact with in the retail world.What a refreshing and magnificent example of customer service!!Thank you, Debbie!!!Valerie Zoe

It was more luggage
