Lou helped me recently when I was moving and needed a box spring right away! He made some recommendations and found exactly what I needed and I was able to pick it up the same day! Perfect!I have gotten all my mattresses from him because he is always so helpful. We needed two mattresses for our kids when they both needed queen beds, he answered our questions, gave us comparisons so we were able to make an informed decision on what worked best for us! Lou helped us out. We had just closed on our house and needed a mattress now or sleep on the floor. We arrived at Sleep Center at 6:59 pm and Lou never even told us they were closing. He found us a queen floor model and helped load it onto our truck.We love the mattress!

Jason Foster, the owner (I believe) and main employee of Sleep City Napa, has repeatedly given us good deals and great care. We have been shopping for beds for our elderly parents who are on a fixed income. He is attentive and willing to work with our budget. We highly recommend Sleep City Napa. I would also add that they no longer carry Serta or Simmons because the quality of mattresses and customer service were just not good enough for them. We had a Serta mattress through Sleep City and unfortunately had a bad experience with Serta customer service. I am glad Sleep City doesnt carry them anymore!!

Great salespeople and trustworthy company. Everyone who works here is amazing, kind and with excellent service all the way to their delivery staff. Dont risk shopping online for a matttess that you cant try.. go to Sleep City and spend a a little more to get great service and accountability. By the way I LOVE my new mattress.

Years ago I bought a mattress for around $1000. The mattress they delivered to my house sagged in the middle. They replaced it with another mattress with the same problem. I called them again and they sent out an inspector to do some tests on the bed see if I was lying. They never got back to me and I never got a new mattress. The mattress quickly degraded much further and developed lumps. By far the worst purchase of my life.
