The guys that are in the store now are really respectful and helpful very professional and I would recommend them I know the new owner and hes been working on Harleys for most of his life if this guy cant fix it nobody can hes an excellent mechanic

Its rare if you find this shop open. They might be open on a Wednesday at 2pm for 20 mins. I suppose this shop is alright when its making business.

This review is for the new owner Drew and not the older guy whom people seem to rly dislike.I’ve had my stator, regulator, carburetor, tires, fork lift seals and minor electrical done here (antique Harley).Guy is so good he could fix the economy, nuff said.

Fantastic Service!They have a new owner!! So reviews older than 2 months don’t reflect the new owner/management necessarily.Im from Colorado on an epic coastal ride when I got a front flat on my Harley Softail 1hr before close, about 2 miles from the shop. The owner hooked me up with a tow driver, and stayed after closing to get it all changed out and me on the road again! Impressed with the friendly and helpful owner.

Gone there 3 times Since the new owner took over, each time there was a sign on the door with some note about being closed during normal operating hours. One comically read, Its too hot, back tomorrow at 9How am I supposed to make any kind of appointment with them if theyre never open when they say they are?

I toke my genuine buddy scooter in to get its headlight and running light replaced it has been three months I call and leave messages they never call back if I do get a hold of somebody Im told the parts are on their way and should be here by the end of the week and each week comes and the parts aren’t there . Ask them to order it from the place I bought the bike from because they said it would take one week for them to get the parts to me they ordered from a different place over a week later still no parts

Please don’t waste your time and money as I did with Napa Valley Moto. *Reviews pre-2018 are for a different owner* Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. They take no pride in communication once you provide payment for parts or gear, require constant reminders and follow up, and around 90% of your visits and calls during normal store hours they can’t be bothered to unlock the front door or answer phones. It’s a minor miracle the lights stay on and the rent gets paid. Good luck getting a refund for the incompatible parts they’ll sell you. Do your own research before you pay, because chances are they won’t bother to ask the right questions.

Rode in from Texas with worn tires from the blistering IH 10 in Arizona and squeaking brakes from the California mountains.Called a dozen motorcycle shops in the area. No one would take me in. Too much work in summer for motorcycle shops.Jason, the lead tech and shop manager agreed to squeeze me in. Wow. He saved us with awesome customer service! My F6B is riding like a new sport bike with perfectly balanced Dunlops and great brakes!Never underestimate the importance of good tires, never under value customer service in the motorcycle industry. Beware!!! Poor knowledge of newer Sport Bikes! After Googling how to remove my back wheel for a tire swap they used axle-grease to seat the new tire and scratched my rim...never again! Two stars cause the owner is cool and they have some good retail selections...

Reliable, honest, efficient... The list goes on and on. Dropping my bike off here for repairs is an absolute relief.
