Just started learning to draw. They had everything I needed and the employee (sorry I didnt get her name) who helped me was very friendly and professional. Good overall experience.

I was nice I was able to go in walk around for a ton of stuff my mind went crazy with the abundance of ideas that I could create with everything. Walk to the clearance aisle too very nice selections of stuff. Everything was organized stocked people were pleasant.

This is a fun store that has all kinds of crazy stuff even a fun little clearance Isle where you can find numerous little art supplies and gifts for family members or that friend. All the people that work here are always friendly, they have a really cool area that will do picture frames, they sell everything from acrylic paints to markers to gift boxes to all kinds of fun stuff great for kids all the way up to adults

AWESOME sales! You just have to drop in from time to time and they will have 70% off sales which are awesome. They usually do these during the changing seasons, but early enough where you can still enjoy the products during the season. If that makes sense. Very nice people too! Great selection.

Catherine the cashier was exceptionally considerate of what we needed during a rough night. The store was very clean and well stocked as well.

Went in ASK about getting a frame for a painting we have. Waited for 20 minutes so they would finish yapping with the lady infront of me (they were not really discussing crafts, constantly talking about irrelevant things). There were two employees behind the counter. I finally asked the other lady behind the counter who wasn’t talking much if I could get a price to which the lady behind the counter replied “I am a trainee I can’t help”. The other lady behind the counter unbothered continued her irrelevant talk. I came back 15 mins later and they had all left, no one could be found for help.

Great customer service when I interacted with 2 separate employees. Lots of end of year clearance now. Fun craft, project & toy items for kids.

Kayla helped us at the register yesterday. She was super friendly and kind. My phone internet wasn’t working and offered to look up the coupon I had seen on the micheals website on her phone. My phone then loaded. Thanks Kayla !!

A lot of clearance going on right now. Helpful staff but my pickup order wasnt ready.

Had to wait at the register 4 min, to wait for two employees talking to each other, explaining one thing, and ignoring people that were in line. I had the feeling that that cashiers was dumb, or on drugs. She looked straight at me, and kept ignoring, like i was transparent.

The store was noticeably low on several items throughout the store, although with the recent pandemic that is expected. Employees were helpful in locating items, and were efficient in helping me order what was out of stock. Overall great experience, just check their website to see if they have what youre looking for before making the effort to make it to the store.

We came here directly from another craft store. We found several items were priced better at Michaels and the shelves were better stocked. Well still frequent multiple art and craft stores, but Michaels usually has what we need at a fair price.

The curbside pick-up worked really well, and the staff are helpful finding stuff if you go inside to pick things out. But its fairly organized with good signs that you probably wont need help.

It seemed to be disorganized and everyone working seemed frazzled

I shop here all the time, and it is the perfect place to get craft supplies and kits. It youre not a crafter, there some awesome kits with easy-to-follow instructions! I am a crafter, so this place is perfect for me to shop! If you have a big project, then this is the perfect place to get the supplies! I made the item in the attached picture from supplies that I bought at Micheals!

Beautiful store. Clean. Very well stocked. Unfortunately, there wasnt a lot of help even though I went early in the day. Michaels prices are okay but I can get a lot of what they carry online for less. I mainly shop brick and mortar to get the knowledgeable help.

I stopped here to get some crafting supplies for my daughter. The place is easy to find with plenty of parking in front of the store. The store is not well organized, while they store the supplies in categories, they are not all at the same place and it took me two trips to the register until I found what I was looking for. At least the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would rather go to Michaels than hobby lobby. If youre going for vinyl I have a larger selection in my opinion. Their prices are good as well and they accept all coupons from all other hobby stores so you can really go here and use any coupon.I highly recommend downloading the app they may have sales that they dont show in store but they will show it on the app.

I love Michaels! I always go after the season or holiday to stick up on clearance items for the next year. I have an in home childcare so saving money is important to me. They usually have a coupon to use on one item and thats when I buy an item, like full size colored construction paper, which usually doesnt go on sale. The store is well organized and the staff are usually helpful and polite. Enjoy the selection of items as well.

Their employees dont always have the best knowledge of their products and often lie to get out of the phone quicker.I called asking for availability on an item (this store was the only one with this item within 25 miles) and I was told oh we have plenty of those so I asked to put 2 items on hold. The lady asked for my name and then hung up (I shouldve called back to make sure they were putting the correct items on hold).An hour later, I got to the store and I was told nothing was put on hold for me and they were sold out of the item. I drove 35 minutes for no reason and ended up going home empty handed.

Went in October looking for fall decorations, specifically for plasitc fall leaves but they told me they didnt have any since they are now taking out their Christmas decorations/products...its October!! Did get a great basket though!

Great selection for a variety of projects you might have. Shop the after holiday sales for great bargains on already low prices. They are pretty good about mailing out coupons for added savings, but when you forget them, staff at the registers usually have some and they are willing to scan them for your order.Limited number of staff, with no one on the actual floor, so if you have questions or trouble finding products, go to the framing department for a staff member that can help you.

I love crafting so this is one of those stores I go to for supplies. I thought maybe the on in Naperville would have a wider selection of yarn than the Bolingbrook location due to it being a larger store. I was a little disappointed at that but I did find most of the yarn that I needed for some projects. This week they had yarn on sale for 50%off and I got an email coupon for an additional 25% even the sale prices so it was worth it.
