I want to start off by saying this is not a reflection of Alfa Romeo’s vehicles, this is purely about the dealership. First of all when me and my brother came to the dealership one of the salesman wanted to kick us out because we didn’t seem excited and thought we didn’t like him (yes that was the genuine reason). Second of all the owner himself (Joe) tried to make up for it by giving us a “deal” on the vehicle that I purchased. He said he would give us the car for a certain price and when we came back he charged us a thousand dollars over. When I bought the vehicle I noticed the bumper was misaligned (before purchasing the vehicle). Joe assured us it was fixed and no big deal but I asked if he could fix or check it just in case. Joe declined and after purchasing the vehicle we asked him to replace it 3 more times, all 3 requests denied of course. After a year of driving the car I heard a weird noise one day when casually driving and decided to pull over. I was confused because it was an empty road and I didn’t hit anything. I take a look at the car and the bumper dislodged. I just want to let Joe know that is a massive safety hazard because after everything happened he still would not replace the bumper. The person who “fixed” my bumper was not as competent as Joe thought. If you value your vehicle DO NOT go anywhere near this dealership.
Rich went above and beyond to work with my credit union so I could get the car I wanted. I drove 4 hours away to come to Naperville and it was well worth it. Great service and genuine staff. Thanks everyone!
Many thanks to Eric, David and Joe at Naperville Autos. These gentlemen provide the absolute best process for purchasing an auto I have ever experienced. On viewing the on-line inventory, I was offered an opportunity from Eric, a Salesman, to chat. I am so glad I accepted that offer. Eric immediately provided the additional information I needed to decide if I would purchase the auto. Deciding to move forward, a short, simple credit application was completed and processed with assistance from David, Sales Manager. To finalize the purchase, Eric, Dave, and Joe, the Owner, waited patiently for my late arrival. These guys were kind, efficient, and professional with a system that truly provides a smooth and hassle free auto purchase. Best experience ever!

My wife and I went there in early March 2021 to consider adding a second Alfa to our household because we love our Giulia. This time we were looking for a Stelvio.The only thing that was holding us back a little was the bad customer experience we had with the previous dealership owners. Lucky for us, and for everyone looking for these amazing cars in the Chicago area, the new team is absolutely awesome!Tyler in particular was so kind and knowledgeable, and worked so hard to find us the car we wanted and to give us a great deal. He really made us feel comfortable and happy!Kathryn in finances has been a great help as well, she explained all the details of our lease very well and transparently, and was even able to find some old documentation from our previous agreement we were never given by the old owners, which is going to make us save a few bucks on some cosmetic repairs our Giulia needs.All in all, we highly recommend everyone in search for a great car and a fantastic customer experience doing business with Alfa Romeo of Naperville!

I first came in contact with Alfa Romeo Of Naperville while shopping for a Giulia in the summer. While I did not purchase my Giulia here, the customer service they provided during my search convinced me to make the 30 mile trip to get my Giulia serviced here. I was not disappointed. They provide great customer service, and theyre engaged with the Chicagoland Alfa Romeo community via social media. Lucky to have them in the Chicago land area.

I’m not going to lie it’s not the cheapest oil change but you get what you pay for. I’m paying for peace of mind that they actually did the service and will honor the work they do. For a vehicle that MSRP’S as much as it does I’d rather pay a little more for that peace of mind.
To be honest, I never even heard of this car brand before I went to Fiat of Naperville (also top notch service). The team hear was absolutely outstanding in telling me what makes these cars so different, outside of their beautiful appearance that is.I believe the same owners own this, Fiat of Naperville, and Maserati of Naperville. No doubt, I will come to these owners again in the future (hopefully when I’m rich and buying a Maserati). I felt very comfortable and that I wasn’t getting ripped off.
I just want to highlight the level of service both Edin and Eric were willing to ascend to make a sale. They were able to tell me everything I needed to know about the car in question. Answer every question I had, no matter how silly, with a straight face. They were willing to meet me halfway on my proposal, and then scrap it for a different creative proposal. They were willing to bring the car, multiple times, to my house in order for my wife, who is sensitive to the needs of the current pandemic, to test drive the car. And, at every step of the way, they inquired if there was anything more they could do enhance the process. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

I bought a 2018 Stelvio, I had problems from the night i left but Omar, Andy and the service guys took care of me. They picked up my car with a check engine light on- from my home 200 miles from the dealership ... 3 months later no problem. Great car, fun a to drive and excellent service.

I was in the market to lease a Giulia. The dealership in my area was great in providing info and test drives, but could not compete with the pricing Alfa Romeo of Naperville was offering. Since I was already familiar with the car, I knew the exact car on their lot I was interested in. When I called, I was directed to Matt in Sales. I explained the background and he helped me out. He quickly provided a written quote on the lease, then got me set up with their finance guy. The next day I flew in to ORD, took an Uber to the dealership and a couple hours later I drove my car home to MN. Through the whole process Matt got back to me in a timely manner on all my questions and made me feel comfortable taking a day trip out-of-state to do this. I saved a significant amount and got exactly the car I wanted. Service from Matt and his colleagues was excellent all around.
Poor experience. Arrived at the dealership around 1:00 to drive a Guilia. After waiting 15 minutes, I talked to someone who asked what I was other cars I was looking at and which characteristics I liked or disliked of each car. Big turn off! Next there was a long drawn out explaination why unfavorable reviews are so subjective. Took a test drive with another Sales lead who was great and gave me information - really appreciated. If it werent for the second sales man, I would have given Alfa Romeo of Naperville a 1 star.
I am trying to lease an Alfa Guilia, I contacted the dealership to find out pricing and incentives they may have going on. I sent 2 cars I liked and the first time I was reached by Matt, he said he would get back to me with pricing within the next hour. I did not hear back, I reached out to him again and he said he was out of the office and will get back to me the next day. I waited and did not hear anything from him for a week. So I contacted the dealership again, and this time I was connected with a new sales man, Roberto. Roberto took down my info and said he will check if we still have the cars in their inventory and figure out pricing and give me a call back within 15-30 mins. I waited 4 hours, and decided to give him a call again. He said let me figure out pricing and he’ll call me back in 2 mins. Never heard back from him. They are very unprofessional and seem not interested in selling their cars. I really liked the cars they had in their inventory but I think I may just have to look else where.
