My louvered roof is awesome. It took a while to get the design down and work out the details, but I love the finished product! Eric was up front about how long it would take to get fabricated (made in USA), and kept us updated. Love my ‘new room’!

I absolutely would not recommend working with the company unless to value poor service and enjoy being ghosted after your project is completed and you have a problem. Keep in mind, motorized louvers are nice but there are motors involved and they do malfunction, that is, they stop working. If the dealer came out promptly to handle the situation it would be all good. But, not the case, you are dealing with the typical contractor who provides no response for weeks if not months. Then, eventually, when they feel guilty enough, they will respond with an excuse to delay things further. Bottom line - do not expect any support after the work is done and you have paid them. Translation - use someone else who has positive reviews. There is a reason this operation has so many negative reviews.

We have left multiple voicemails with this company. One of our clients had an awning installed by them about 20 years ago. There was damage done to the awning during some exterior repairs being done to her home. I left them 4 voicemails, never got a call back. Finally I got someone, explained that we need them to come out and repair and reset the awning, we would pay for it. I gave them the homeowners contact information. They finally called her a month ago, made an appointment. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Now all of their phones are disconnected. If ZERO starts were an option, that is what they would have gotten.

Really great team. Had them put up a Struxure Pergola, and Eric and team have been really great throughout! Really impressed with the cost and results

I purchased an awning over 20 years ago from this company...with great service at the time! Late last year, the gear eye on my crank eroded and broke.it took me almost 3 months to get a response from them. I finally paid for the repair, But they left me a crank that is too short. They promised to bring a longer crank the next day. I have heard nothing since and I cannot get a response via email and nobody answers the phone. I have left numerous voicemails as well. Pretty sure I would not purchase from them again at this point

I also have had trouble getting someone out for a repair. Now all mailboxes are full and no response. I am not impressed and will probably have to also pay for the repair. Sometimes the awning will go out then the remote wont work.
