High prices, artificially flavored and pre sweetened. Now that theyre closed, definitely check out Adagio Teas in Naperville! they are natural, unsweetened and fair trade. Also better prices. They are located right across the street too, so it is nearby to this old location.

Super helpful, friendly staff. The team member that helped us was very knowledgeable about the teas they offered and the promotions available.The store was clean and smelled amazing as well.Overall,the tea is very fairly priced and fragrant. I recommend this place to anyone looking to try new teas, or are daily drinkers.

I just love Davids Tea. Its got a wide variety of choices for a wide variety of people. They also offer little shot glasses of a tea! Its a great way to make a day even just a little better.

The ladies here were SUPER nice, and the tea is really good. They were also very patient with me as I sniffed out each tea (Im very particular about my tea). I like my tea sweet, and this loose leaf tea seems sweeter than the others Ive had, so I naturally use less sugar, which is nice. The space is a little small, but its cozy and they have a lot of products available.

Great tea that is totally worth the extra that you pay. The walls of teas that you can smell is always nice is you want to try something new. I bought their largest container of Vanilla Orchid and it is my new favorite tea. Love their travel mugs and thermos as well. Great sturdy products that make it easy to have your fresh tea on the go.

Davids Tea is hands down the best there is!! Staff always super friendly and knowledgeable. They have super clean locations as well. Great job!! I always thought Tea was for older people boy was I wrong!!! Amazing flavors and yes its better than Starbucks branded tea.

Amazing shop! I wandered in close to closing, but that didnt stop the wonderful employees from helping me find exactly what I needed. They offered great recommendations and helped me understand what to do with a tea press. I dont know how I loved without it! The store was clean and the employees were just wonderful! Will be returning for all my tea needs!

The google page and the Davids tea website both said it was open today (Thursday Dec 26th) till 9 pm but we got there at 830 and they were closing up shop. Called and they said 8 pm. 🤷‍♀️.We will return but accurate info would be nice :).

Air smells perfumed rather than merely saturated with tea scents. Its a little too warm and too bright in the store, and the aisles feel cramped. It feels more commercial, as opposed to the homely feel at Adagio (one block south).

I really enjoyed the tea Ive gotten here (although very pricey). Good selection, nice staff, but when I went to pay the girl said the specialized tin cost X amount. I said I guess. My sister spoke up and asked if they had the generic tins and the girl said yes. Cost MUCH less. Sooo 4 stars only cause of high price and the sketchy tin situation. Other than that, amazing place!!

There are many selections of tea. The staff is very friendly. Only suggestion I would give would be to have a few more tables and chairs. I love this place and go often. I like the fact that I can order a tea to try before ordering it. If you are a tea drinker, then this a store to visit.

Oh my goodness what a treasure chest for tea lovers like myself! Prepare for fine teas with a high price tag...but worth it with every seeping cup! Glad I treated myself!

The knowledge and service is fantastic. The tea selection can be overwhelming, however all you have to do ask one of the folks working there and they can help guide you.

This place seems to think that cloyingly sweet is the only way that people will drink tea. They even put stevia directly into their loose leaf tea. Its not worth the time to pick through their selection to find something that actually tastes like tea.

Holy cow! This place has the biggest selection of teas Ive ever seen. Great place for grabbing a hot or iced tea or even buying loose leaf.

Love that you can add the milk froth to your tea now with alternative dairy options. Its something new they have and its amazing with a kashimiri chai! Great service too.
