Great service here. The food is wonderful!

The Filet Mignon, Ribeyes, Chicken breasts were all top quality and delicious. Although, the portions were small. Chicken breasts are more like 1/2 breasts. AuGratin potatos are very good after warning in the oven for 25 mins. All of the meat grilled so well. Burgers were very good also but small after cooking. We will most likely order again although pricey.

Worst experience ever. Ive shopped here for years. Went in today to place my Christmas gift order and the sales person while very nice was very confused on even pulling up my account. I had all the coupons and flyers they sent me and she just kept saying my name didnt pull up I finally pointed out my customer number on one of the flyers they sent me. Shes like oh there it is. Then I said these are the two people I want to send gifts to and she kept typing and trying to pull up the two peoples addresses that were in the system. She finally says after about 25 minutes that she got the order in and I pay. She then printed the receipt for my review and I pointed out she had the same person in twice. She tells me she cant change it since it went through the system and that she would call and fix it when her manager Felicia gets in at 4pm and she would let me know it was fixed. I didnt hear anything by 4:30 so I call and the manager answered and I explained what was going on and she goes yes mistakes happen and they have to call the same 800 number I would if Id like to try go ahead because they have to call in to the same number but when a customer walks into the store they have to hang up and try again later. She didnt seem to care at all that my order was released to their warehouse with the wrong shipping info. So I call the 800 number and sat on hold for 45 minutes. No one answered. Left my number like the recording said 2 hours later still no call back. After many years of buying from Omaha steaks this is my last year. Seems they have a lot of ads on TV but NO customer service!!!!

Use to be good.A nice gentleman would help me out every time.Not anymore got treated like i was a zoo animal last time I went in.The workers LIE and dont keep there word.Plus the pricing is not even close to being fair.Didnt mind paying it when the service was superb... But not anymore YOUR LOSS!

If you order these from TV advertisement are tiny steaks nothing like shown. Could buy better at any local butcher shop for half the price. Cant believe havent been sued for showing 16 once steaks when send 4 ounce.

Good place to get meat for a special occasion, a gift for anniversaries that someone would not normally buy for themselves.

My husband went on Friday 1/26/18, because we had a coupon and wanted to try it . Plus we ordered the combo package to be shipped to family can’t wait for them to get ! So very helpful ! And we will be going back

I bought 2 filet mignonette and two top sirloin for 49$I thawed and cooked the filet mignons.I tried to sear the little 5 ounce oddly shaped steaks.To say they were terrible is false.I never had a worse steak in my lifeNo taste and gristle throughout.My last two from Trader Joe’s were phenomenal.The person in charge said we do not use prime or choice,That’s just about marbling.Bull ..Word to her ....a tough tasteless steak with fat throughout is not prime nor choice nor probably select.With 4 steaks of 5 ounces for 50 bucks, that’s 37$ a pound.Last week we had 2 1 lb t bones angus from Mariano’s for 14$ for 2.Not as good as trader joe, but 1000 times better.God awful.I want my taste buds backAnd the monies.

We were ordering butcher box decided to just go to omaha, they had fantastic prices... everything we bought was nearly 50% off.

Very disappointed with $55 dollar sampler box, expected the 2 fillets that came with to look like there picture, not even close, all portions very small, $55 way to much
