Dalton was great! He greeted me immediately and let me know about the wait. He recommended that I leave the Jeep and pick it up later. Sent me a text that Jeep was done. The cashier was extremely pleasant! Went to the lot and the Jeep was clean. Simple and easy.
I would love to give more than a 2 star review because of how Dalton treated me but I just can’t.There is a lack of communication in the service department and that’s what frustrates me the most.I dropped my car off on Saturday and Dalton sends me a text to let me know anytime I want an update to text that number. It worked great. He also set me up with a courtesy car because the repair could not be completed that day.Tuesday afternoon I called for an update because I had a ride scheduled. Said I should hear back shortly. 2 hours later and not contact from the dealer I decide to call again. I spoke with a gentlemen and he said I will go check and give you a call back in 10 minutes. An hour later and still not update on my car. At this point I am scrambling because my wife is on bed rest from a surgery, daycare is an hour away from being closed, the rental company closes at 6 and I still don’t know anything about my car.I call back and I was told that my car was checked on an hour ago and has been completed and waiting for me to pick it up.At what point was I going to receive a phone call that my car was ready? As a result I had my wife go pick up my daughter from school, I returned the rental and took the 10 minute walk to the dealership. It worked out in the end but the company really needs to work on its communication to the customers.
I always associated buying cars as a horrible experience. This was the most pleasant car buying experience Ive had. They really did what they could to get me the car I really wanted at a great affordable price. No stressful back and forth, no games, no attitude. Just gave me options without way overcharging. Great staff. I will always go back there for my future purchases. Super thankful for everything.
Where to start. The team at jeep Naperville was outstanding, From the sales men to the financing department. They went above and beyond to put us in what we want even while we was at home. When we got there we was in and out in less then 20 minutes because of the work they did. Thanks Guys for the great service and experience.
When I arrive in always promptly attended to even without any appointment. The prices are fair, the work is performed well and theyre always upfront about cost and great at making suggestions for upcoming maintenance. Roland has been my guy here for the seven years Ive been bringing my car and Ill continue to do so because of him and his team.
I just dont feel like they make you feel worthy or they really care about you when dealing with certain people in service. I stopped going to Tyson Jeep Chrysler for service because they tried to sell me services I didnt really need. So I changed going to Naperville now. At first I felt comfortable and trusted the service writers. After dealing with a problem 4 different times for the same reason I felt the last time they started to stop caring about my issue. One service writer didnt even have the decency to call me back after I left a message to make an appointment. He just made it at a time that was good for him, didnt ask what wouldve been good for me. Thats not customer service!! From now on im going to give Chrysler in North Aurora I chance to see if its any better. I hear that it is. Well find out???
Everything for the oil change was fine….with that said, if a customer comes in with a lifted, show quality vehicle, ASK them if they want you to give a complimentary wash after the services are complete. And then, know your equipment. Don’t put the lifted, show quality vehicle through an automatic car wash (especially when it doesn’t fit). My light bar was folded backwards and now wobbles around.
Service used to be much better at this location but feel like it has diminished a lot. First of all I would make appointments online according to how I was supposed to from emails they were sending me to get service. Both times I scheduled appointments they were just cancelled on me with no reason given and no opportunity to reschedule. So decided to just take it in, which did not seem to be a problem when I did drop it off. They did my oil change and inspected vehicle. They had 2 recommendations for rotating tires and changing air filter. In the past someone would tell me this and give me opportunity to have the work done or schedule a time to do. But I never heard anything from them and was just handed the report with no real explanation. My experience with this location was much better in previous years and they excellent follow up and communication. Not sure what has happened.
Very helpful and efficient. I had an appointment for 1000 and drove right up to a service representative. He told me the time and they were done ahead of schedule. Very helpful staff and got me to the right person if o had any questions.
I took my Jeep Cherokee there last weekend for a stalling problem among a few other minor issues. They are incredibly well organized and professional. they will be my go to Automotive Service provider going forward. Shout out to my Service Advisor Dalton who was incredibly helpful, responsive, professional and attentive. Super nice job overall and I really appreciate the care and follow-up.
Mark Pleasant is a remarkable service advisor. Mark is readily available when needed and is prompt to answer questions or concerns regarding my vehicle. Service is always completed in a timely manner.
Because I work during the week and you do not accept appts for oil changes, I only have time on Saturdays to use your express service to get my oil changed. I ended up also getting new tires and an alignment. Joe told me it would take approximately 2.5 hours for everything. I ended up waiting over 3.5 hours. The work was fine, but the wait was excessive.
Not a trustworthy dealership. I used the Kelly Blue Book tool on Naperville CDJR’s website to get an idea of my vehicles value. Shortly after submitting my request, I was contacted by an online sales rep. I told them that I was looking to trade in my car for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee (stock: 21-4187). They confirmed the vehicles availability, and provided me with a SPECIFIC lease offer.Based on the information I was provided, I booked an appointment and drove OVER AN HOUR from the Loop to Naperville CDJR.When I arrived at the dealership, I met with a new salesman as the online rep wasn’t there. Everything seemed standard. We discussed the vehicle I was looking to trade in, and we went for a test drive in the Jeep I was looking to acquire. During the test drive; however, it was mentioned that someone who worked for the dealership was looking to purchase the vehicle I was interested in.When we got back, we started discussing numbers, and everything went downhill from there. First, I was told that the SPECIFIC lease offer on the SPECIFIC stock number I inquired about wasn’t available. Then, I was told that my current vehicle couldn’t be bought by Naperville CDJR. I was told that my current lease agreement prohibited my vehicle from being sold to another dealership, and that I would have to return it / see if the dealership I originally leased the vehicle from would buy it back.I was genuinely confused, as I’ve leased vehicles before, and this has never been the case. After hearing that information, I left Naperville CDJR, and drove OVER AN HOUR back to the Loop. When I returned home, I contacted the dealership I leased my vehicle from, and the bank who held my loan. BOTH PARTIES confirmed that there was no clause in my current contract prohibiting me from selling my vehicle to another dealership prior to lease end.Honestly, this is not the experience I was expecting from Naperville CDJR based on the reviews. I cannot understand why Naperville CDJR wouldn’t want to work with a new customer on acquiring their first Jeep. It seems that there was a personal interest that stopped us from having a proper negotiation, and I’m disappointed in how Naperville CDJR decided to conduct business.
Always great service at this location! This visit was longer than the usual, but the free snacks definitely helped. Highly recommend this location. I plan on continuing to service my vehicle here.
Great experience! Everyone there was so helpful and made the experience quick and easy. Ski was awesome! And super helpful. Made sure I had ALL my questions answered before driving off the lot with my new Jeep. Thanks again!!
In my husbands words: “I’m a car guy. I have purchased vehicles from all over. The first time I walked in the door I was greeted by a salesman named Tony. With inventory being low everywhere, Tony was fantastic and able to answer every question I had about ordering a vehicle and keeping me updated as the vehicle was going down the assembly line. Basically treated me like a family member. Naperville Jeep is the only Dealer that did not play games. There was no catch, no gimmick, the price was the price. Vehicle took four weeks but it was worth the wait. Naperville Jeep is the best car dealership business I have ever dealt with and I recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Tony (OlllllllO)
Mark was very focused, as always, on the customer experience. Assessed the issue properly, didn’t push unnecessary services and kept me informed while the work was being done. Fair price & quality work done. Gave me peace of mind as my wife gets the car while I’m out of town. Thanks!
Communication in greatly lacking.I have now had 2 less than great experiences with service. On the first appointment it took 6 hours and several phone calls just to get an estimate for the work the be done. The work was going to take a few days and I was told it would be finished on Monday. Later on Monday I had not heard anything. After calling several times I was able to reach a person for an update on the car.3 weeks later the check engine light was on for the same cylinder misfiring. I called and was told to bring it in. I asked if I would have to pay the diagnostic fee again. I was told “no, because it is a repeat issue”. I dropped the car off and once again heard nothing until I called later in the day. There was a new issue causing the misfire. The cost to fix the new issue was too much for us to pay after the previous bill we received 3 weeks before. We asked to pick up the car while we figured out the cost. When I showed up to pick up the car I was charged the $150 diagnostic fee because the diagnoses was a different issue. Although I understand that the issue was different, there was no communication about the additional fee. I was not informed when they discovered it was not a repeat issue and asked if I wanted additional diagnostic. Overall I feel the communication was frustrating and therefore I will not be back.
While the work was completed. The communication is absolutely terrible. I had to follow up many times just to get a status update. They also don’t do a very good job of communicating with extended warranty companies. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here.
I had a great experience came in was mate by sales man, told him what we were looking for. He lead us inside to a black charger Rt 2021 we did the paperwork was out in no time. Everyone was nice and friendly
First time visiting this dealership, and they diagnosed the wrong issue. Replaced clock spring in steering wheel, which wasn’t the issue. We heard the same noise after picking up work truck 24 hours later and had to drop truck off again for the replacement of correct part(s).Incorrect diagnosis and failure to test drive caused unnecessary funds with rental car.Not to mention the ridiculous communication they had with locating my keys during pickup. It was a armature show.
Every single time I come here there is a problem. Email me and tell me you want to buy my car. I come in, no one to look at it. Oil change takes 2 hours. Service appointment today at 7am. At 7:30 I leave after waiting 30 minutes arriving at 6:55. This person is sick. This person doesn’t come in until 9. This person is off today.I love my Jeep. It’s not this difficult. Do better. And never mind with the perfunctory “Jeep Strives to do better” response I see on all the other reviews. Call me and fix it. Thanks.*****Response: If you want to try and fix it. Give me a call.
BEWARE - They will break something and charge you exorbitant amount for part and labor!!!!On Sept 1, I dropped off my car which was under warranty to fix an oil leak. While working on my car, the technician inadvertently broke the fuel line. The staff person (Charlene Kavanaugh), went on to talk to my warranty assessors and admitted that they broke the fuel line and then proceeded to tell me that the part that broke was not covered under warranty because it was not due to any mechanical failure. Completely leaving out the fact that they had already admitted to my warranty co. about the breakage. She then told me that now I am responsible for another $500 for part and labor!! My mind was blown - I brought the car in (2016 RAM!!!) for something simple and here I am being stuck with a hefty charge for THEIR mistake!! Since they already admitted to the warranty guys that the broken part was due to their carelessness, obviously its not going to be a covered expense. Tried talking to the manager (Roland Burke), and got a different story - stating that its not due to negligence of any sort but my warranty guys are not covering this new item. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place - dont know who and what to believe. In the end, I needed my truck to work, so I had to dish out $882 total (yes, they also added tax!) for something that was originally agreed upon and approved as a $300 with my warranty. BEWARE before you take your car to this dealer and make sure you get a written quote. If they break anything, its their problem - dont get cheated like I did.If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have rather done that! I am also reporting this incident with BBB and RAM Customer relations.
My service guy, Joe was very nice. He guided me through all the things that needed to be done right away and put on hold those that could wait. I was in and out fairly quickly, considering everything they did. Thanks!
Service was quick. I suggest that the service department place a sign outside of the facility directing customers to form 2 lines. The Express Lane signage creates confusion.
Although the gentleman I spoke with was nice, I do feel that the service was not good. I couldn’t even get my services covered under warranty done unless I paid for something else that was EXTREMELY over priced. Will be going to a personal mechanic from now on.
The repair was done correctly and in a timely manner. The issue is that 2 of my wheels were damaged while the truck was in the dealers possession. Right front and left rear has scraps on the wheels from rubbing on something. When I reported this to my service advisor I received a reply from the service manage asking me to complete the survey.
Joe and the team were great, they kept me updated, were super friendly and considerate. Overall a great experience
My appointment was at 7, I was back home by 7:30. Left my car there for the service. Joe called me to let me know how everything was going and what needed to be done. I explained another issue I was having, he called me back to tell me IT’S FIXED!Joe was and is an absolutely amazing person! He made the visit smooth as can be! I would recommend anyone that has a Chrysler/Jeep to go to this location and definitely ask for JOE! He takes care of the business!Joe, I’ll send you pics from Georgia 😉
I had the quickest oil change of my life! Granted I was the very first person there at 7am in a Monday morning, but I was in and out in 30 minutes and my service advisor was very nice!
What first sent me to this dealership was the comprehensive web page, I found what I was looking for, and scheduled a time to see it. From there the experience only got better. The salesman “Ski” was so nice and informative. Car was clean and top quality. All around positive experience. Drove home same day with the car I wanted. I plan to be back when I need a new car!
Enjoyed working with Jude on the lease of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. He was pleasant and straight to the point. Would recommend for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.
The staff is super helpful, courteous, experienced and informative, Joe was the best and helped me through the process and kept me informed about the repair. The porters that took me home and picked me up for my return were exceptional as was the cashier. The shop and waiting area are also very clean. The two challenges were when I scheduled my appointment online they did not inform me they would need more time to diagnose my vehicle problem. I found that out when I arrived and had to reschedule my appointment. The second challenge is when I arrived for my appointment (both times) I had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me (the sign says pull up & remain in your car) and I noticed the same thing occured for others who arrived. If those things were addressed I would provide a rating of 5.
Excellent service and staff. Thank you.
My only issue is the lack of seating for customers waiting for their vehicles to be looked at or worked on. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my car and had to stand for the first 45 minutes due to number of other people waiting. Otherwise the service people are good and work was completed as promised. It’s nice to get a clean car back as well.
I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Sahara from Naperville Jeep. Working with Dave Foland and Chris Olson made the entire process incredibly easy..and enjoyable..it took me less than 2 hours from start to finish with paperwork, which included a trade in. I highly recommend working with them, as it was one of the best experiences Ive had buying a car!
Great buying experience! They had the SUV we were looking for; friendly, fair negotiation and an excellent trade-in value resulted in a very good price. On top of that, they made the financing process quick and painless. Highly recommend Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge!
I had my van towed in on a Thursday. They told me they wouldnt be able to even touch it until Monday. But allowed me to tow it and leave it with them. That same Thursday they called me and informed me that they were able to squeeze it in and found out what was wrong with it. My service advisor went above and beyond to explain the problem and fixed it. Excellent service. This place made me feel like they actually care about their customers and really want to help them not just take their money.
John was my service director and he was and amazing!!!!!. I spoke to him about service I’ve received before an he saw to it that I had a better experience at your Naperville area store. The technician also did a wonderful job on the fix. They even drove to Chicago to pick up a part to surprise me with my car a day early. Iam amazed with the service I received here. I love about 2 1/2 hours from Naperville however next time my car needs serviced this is where I will bring it. Stay blessed
They are always honest about the amount of time it is going to take. They are helpful and friendly. Very happy with this service department.
Mark was very attentive, professional and nice. Very clean dealership and service department. Very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely will be back
2015 and new jeeps are a money pit. Recharge the A/C was $500. The guy on the phone so graciously did something for free for me car and acted like they were the best for doing it, it was $39.99 but they took a discount of $34.50 off..... so they still charged me for it and expressed that they were awesome for doing me this favor without asking. Also every time I pick up my car from here they move the seat, steering wheel and mirrors. I hate this place. They try to justify it by giving you a free oil change. NOT WORTH IT!
We had an excellent experience with the Jeep dealership in Naperville. Our vehicle was examined, fixed, and working well. They provide a friendly level of service. I am very please with the outcome.
Everyone was courteous, and my options with regard to my maintenance service appointment were explained well. The service was done efficiently and I didn’t have to wait very long till my Jeep was finished.
My experiences were very good in dealing with the repairs of 2 separate recall concerns on my minivan. Each visit took just about an hour to complete the work. I was able to wait in their lounge area, which was a pleasant atmosphere (bright, clean) and helpful due to my distance from home. Each time I left this dealership with my car exterior being washed for me. I know that is common practice with dealerships, but I appreciate it very much!
I always gets the best service at Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Sebastian, who works at Service & Parts Mopar Express Service lane has been very knowledgeable and friendly every time I get my Jeep Oil Change. Going through the express Mopar service lane is a great service to get you in and out in a jiffy. Thanks you Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge team. You are all amazing .
Andrew & Chris & Jamison were absolutely the best. Best team I have ever seen. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you for all your assistance. Great Job!!
Service was good until the end of my vehicle being serviced & maintenance couldnt get my lamp light to go off & the service rep after doing his own inspection before my actual service & also noticing there were no lamp light on upon my arrival still tried to find away to try & blame me instead of fixing the mistake they created
My service appointment went smoothly and was finished in a timely fashion. The waiting area was comfortable. I felt like I got a good overview of how the appointment went and what recommendations they made.
The used car I was looking for was exactly as advertised. Sales staff was very helpful and the purchase process was completed in a timely manner
I was very happy with Roland the mechanic that worked on my car, he did a great job.
Prices are outrageous but then again its a dealership. I brought my van in on a Friday for a check engine light, later on that day I picked it up drove it home & all was good till Saturday. I ran a few errands and my start/stop dummy light came on my dashboard, finished my errands and went home. Sunday I drove down the street to get coffee and start/stop light was off but now my check engine light was on and still is. Called Monday & they service center said were all booked till October 5th. Sure I guess Ill take the appointment and just let my van sit in the driveway till then. So what did I pay the $400 for if its still messing up? BTW its a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited, stay away from this model, nothing but trouble & of course everything starts to break after their 3 year warranty, I have 40k miles on it & its been in the shop multiple times before & after warranty. FML
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Made an appointment for an exhaust leak. Was told it needed a left side manifold gasket. Scratched my truck while it was in the shop. Waited 2 months for the part to get here. Brought the truck in to have the repair done. They called two days later and said it was done. I confirm that they repaired the exhaust gasket and they said no. Their excuse was the previous technician two months ago that diagnosed it no longer works at the dealership so they had to re-diagnose the exhaust leak. They now said there is a small leak at the flex pipe on the truck which is normal. I looked underneath the truck and it does not even have a flex pipe. Now I have a 2 year old truck with an exhaust leak and they have failed to even diagnose where it is coming from, but charged my the deductible on my extended warranty. I made several phone calls and messages to the general manager Sam but not a single return phone call. Service Director Barry, General Manager Sam and Service Manager Roland are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in a business setting.
I had a great experience getting a TSB completed for my Jeep. I stopped by and was able to get an appointment for the following day. They had to order parts and called me right away to say they would need to keep my Jeep overnight. Anyway the Service Mgr explained all applicable fees and also worked with my aftermarket extended warranty company to get things covered. It was a truly wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be going back again for my 60K service.
Glen in service is the absolute best!! He was more than helpful and an all around honest fantastic guy! They also have a female mechanic over there who is amazing! She goes above and beyond as well! She actually took pictures to show me exactly what was wrong with my rubicon, and also aloud me to go back and view things for myself! Their concern for my safety was appreciated beyond words! They are fantastic at what they do and went above and beyond in my opinion
Very professional service. CJ, Chris, and Jamisen all helped us through the process in an expedient manner. Definitely a pleasant experience!
Worst dealer ship ever!! Got a jeep car from them 2 months ago and am already having problems with the brakes and tires. Don’t go to this place if you really want to enjoy your hard earned money you put in buying a car. They sold trash to me. Now I’m putting extra money into fixing a car I just got 2 months ago. I have called them several times, been there several times but still have the same problems with the car.
Sebastian was really nice to me. The only problem I had was my recalled part wasn’t available yet. Everybody talked to at Naperville Dodge was nice
Our salesman CJ and manager TJ both treated us with respect and never made me feel like I was being played. They went out of their way to jump through a few extra hoops with my vehicle purchase being commercial. I have bought many new cars in the past. This is the first time at this dealership. It is certainly in my top two of good experiences. Being in a highly populated area, I expected a poor, high stress experience like I had in Schaumburg a few years ago, but I went anyway because cars are scarce right now and they had the right one. Glad I went. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.
I took my Jeep to Naperville after having it at Riverfront several times who couldn’t seem to fix it. It was fixed quickly, but when I called to find out when I could pick up they told me I had to wait for warranty company to pay before I could retrieve my Jeep . Ridiculous since they had authorization. I left several messages for service and the service manager (they wanted to email me instead of call) and although the manager never called me back, but they did finally release my Jeep. It was very frustrating. They did however do a fast and good job fixing the actual issue.
John O’Connell over at Naperville Jeep was awesome! He found us the perfect Jeep with everything we wanted. Treated with us with respect and compassion while delivering the best customer service. Thanks to John we now are owners of gorgeous Jeep Cherokee Overland.
Imagine your vehicle serviced and returned with yellow jacket bees flying in the vehicle. Imagine letting 3 or 4 bees out, then imagine having to pick up your family only to return finding another 3 or 4 bees in the vehicle. After seeing the first set of bees pulling out of the dealership I returned and more showed up after turning off the cold air. Then imagine Barry the Service manager joking about it as if no big deal. After talking with the Barry I walked away from the clownish behavior. Barry was unprofessional and offered no support for the problem. This is unacceptable at the service level and recommend others stay away from Naperville CJDR. The arrogance to deny my request to clean the vehicle out shows what they are about
Boooo! I have actually bought 3 cars from here and up until now have had a good experience. When I bought my 3rd car, I purchased a detailing service. With 3 kids, thought this would be valuable. I brought it in for the first time, and had the worst experience I have ever had with any service company....EVER!1. The service was provided by a 3rd party, so I was told it would be 24-48 hours. It ended up being a week.2. I had to chase for status every day after the 48 hours was up as I wasnt getting anyone to call me back. Each time I was able to get in touch with my advisor, was told he hadnt heard anything back.3. Finally escalated to the service director who fed me some line they had the wrong phone number even though this dealership uses the company on a regular basis. Was promised it would be here after 2:00 today.4. Drove 45 minutes to the dealership to find out the car wasnt there and nobody knew the status. They finally got in touch with the 3rd party who committed it would be there in 2 hours. So, I waited around. It actually arrived in 2 1/2 hours.5. The exterior of the car looked worse than when I brought it in. 2 scratches and spots of white paint on the passenger side and the back of the car was dusty. Even my service advisor said it looked horrible.Ive asked for my money back on the service I purchased but we will see. Very disappointing to say the least.
I got there and in total, there were 6 cars waiting. But they moved quickly helping everyone. I went for a recall. They were very friendly, polite, and my car was ready in an house and 30 min, just like they told me. I was so happy to find out that they gave it a car wash, saving me a trip to the car wash that day. I left feeling happy and confident that my car was running better than before.
My service was supposed to take an hour. After 2.5 hrs I checked and my service mgr had to go find the tech to see what was going on. No one was managing my appointment or aware of the progress. Mgr seemed to be having a bad day. Nice enough guy but not proactive. This is the second time (out of two) where I had to track down my vehicle and the staff was not very attentive. Last time was a Saturday and they closed without ever telling me to come pick up my car. I had to come back Monday bc it was locked in the lot. Could use some work on the service part of service.
Pleasant and responsive, the staff were available to answer all our questions.
Best car leasing experience I’ve had. Great price great service and what everyone always dreads as lease return was made incredibly easy and saved hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend these guys to do business with. Dave and Chris are the guys to ask for.
I just purchased a Jeep from here. Working with Nick Marsili and Chris Olson. They were great to work with. The team I worked made the whole process quick and very easy going. I would recommend looking at a Jeep at this dealership.
Had to have my Town & Country repaired by Chrysler of Naperville. Joe kept me informed of the repair status and my car was repaired and returned as good as new. Very courteous and attentive to detail!
CJ was great!! Very helpful and patient with a new driver getting her first car. Asking her what her thoughts were instead of focusing on the parent.
Always a great experience with their service department. Mark Pleasant does an excellent job.
It was a horrible experience. Lack of communication when it comes to return phone calls or updates. When you take your vehicle to a dealership, you do so because you want to deal with the experts. Naperville Dodge has no clue when it comes to problem solving. After 3 visits and 2 tows in 3 weeks, I was charged $790 for a starter and one battery post connection clamp. Very unhappy, and will never go back.
Had a great experience buying my daughter’s first car Tony was great helping us out and all the team was quick and efficient. Next time you’re in ask for Tony.
The Service Department was fantastic. Easy to schedule, quick with check in, arranged shuttles to work and back to dealership, contacted about issue and resolution. I will be back for sure... just hope not for a long time. When you need them they are wonderful.
This dealership has always been fair to me. From purchasing my vehicle, to the great Service Dept. Team run by Roland Burke. I continue to bring my vehicle to this location because I truly trust them with all my vehicle needs! :)
Had a great experience at my Naperville Chrysler service center. They solved my electrical problem and the agent, Glen Pell, was very helpful. I highly recommend my Chrysler dealer, here in town.
They did a fine job find job doing an oil change, but there were no appointments and it took me an hour and a 1/2 being 2nd in line and there at 7:00 a.m.
Yesterday, I had visited Naperville CJDR and had a great experience. I recently moved to Naperville and whenever I go to new dealerships, I’m a bit uneasy. I was there to do a tire rotation and an all around check for my vehicle as it recently surpassed 30k miles. I set an appointment for 7:40a and ended up arriving 10 minutes late as I couldn’t find the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted by such welcoming staff. My service advisor for this visit was Dalton and he was awesome! He made me feel a lot better about being late. Again, I usually am VERY uneasy when I go to new dealerships but he definitely made it really easy for me. He explained to me what they were going to do on my vehicle and pointed me to the waiting area. When they had done the inspection, Dalton had let me know that they found I needed a new air filter. He explained to me what it was and why I needed a new one (as mine hasn’t been changed in I’m not even sure how long..). At the end of my visit, Dalton let me know everything was good to go so I had gone to the billing desk and the woman who I spoke to (I don’t remember her name) was such a light in my day! She was extremely kind. I drove off in my vehicle and she runs as good as new! Thank you Naperville CJDR. I will definitely be coming back for all of my servicing needs. I look forward to working with any of your Service Advisors as I know they will treat me well. :)
David and the sales manager Christopher were very helpful and great to work with.
Slightly disappointed with service. The dealership has been quite good with service, but they consistently fall short when it comes to honoring service appointments booked online. Having an appointment for an oil change, booked a month early, should at least get you to the head of the queue at the alloted time.Yesterday, I drove in for my 10:00 am appointment. I was informed that it would be at least a couple of hours before my car would be serviced because there were a number of drive-up customers ahead of me. No amount of rational reasoning appeared to make any difference to any of the staff who came over to talk to me. Unfortunately, the service manager, who has been excellent in the past, was out for the day. Had he been there, he would have seen the logic, and the problem would have been resolved immediately. Hence the loss of one star in the review. Finally they got tired of my arguing and someone identifying himself as a manager directed them to take my car in right then. I assume that the oil change was performed, but they did forgo the multi-point inspection. Hence the loss of another star.I understand that they have express drive-up appointments which are first-come-first-served. If i were simply driving up to get their express oil change, then their argument would be valid. But reserving an appoinment should, logically, ensure that my car gets into the shop at the appointed time. Being told that I would have to wait until everyone else who drove up before me gets their oil changed before mine is ridiculous; why offer appointments at all if they arent worth spit and only serve to cause failed expectations ?
Jude was an excellent sales man! He took time out and stayed waiting for me after I had a nightmare of a day. He’s very concerned about people’s wellness and extremely hard working . Thank you Jude for staying at work an additional 2 hours waiting for me to finish the “run around “ I know you have priorities and you also made me one .You’re an amazing person . I would send anyone to you! Also I wanted to thank Jamisen who was also stellar! He got my paperwork ready to go and signed in the blink of an eye! Great team work !!! I’ll be sending customers! Thank you
Clean environment, friendly staff, speedy service and great experience !What more can be said !
Fantastic service department! Thoughtful, fast, and knowledgeable! Fair pricing. Roland and his team are simply the best in the business. No question. I fully trust the care of my vehicle to the service department at Napervile Chrysler.
The quick aka express oil change is not so quick. When I drove in I was completely ignored and needed to ask the express person - can you help me? His response was Im too busy, go inside. Once inside, no one looked at me - I guess they too were too busy. Finally, a person headed to my car and he was helpful and nice but the start was just unprofessional. The person that help me in the end needs to train everyone else how to treat a customer.
Horrible over priced and work not done correctly. Took 3 weeks to correct issue and was not handled in a professional manner.
Customer service was great. Oil change took took 1 hour 30 minutes.
Good buying experience. Friendly staff. They were willing to work the deal over the phone which made it a more comfortable buying experience. With kids, it is nearly impossible to spend time at the dealer. They were motivated to make a good deal on our 2017 Pacifica. We bypassed another much close dealership as they were not willing to put the deal together without us going into the store. Chris, or sales guy was got at his job. Knowledge. Oddly, knowledgeable car salesman are few and far between. Chris was a professional. Thanks!
My car has been in service for a month now and they told me it was going to be done the week i brought the car in for service. I am not happy at all with service because even with the fact they are taking longer to fix the issue they refuse to give me a loner.Update: service manager took over and helped me with everything. Now i will be testing my jeep to see everything is fine now that it got a whole transmission done.forgot to update but it is still causing me problems after spending over 5 grand and now i am really mad worst jeep dealership ever
Took longer than I would have liked. Had pre checked in and took 1 hr 45 minutes to perform oil change. Was told car was done and when I walked outside to find door was locked and had to chase down someone to find my keys. Now was there 2 hours for supposed to be quick lane oil change. Will go elsewhere in future.
Working with this team at Naperville Chrysler was a great experience. No hassle or haggle and I was out in an hour. I highly recommend this dealership to new buyers or anyone that is simply looking to upgrade their vehicle.
Jude was very friendly, he made our visit very quick while providing all the information and attention we needed to make our purchase.
Very professional to treat customers and helpful to explain in what was done to the vehicle, I was very satisfied with the work
Great customer focused team. I recommend them for any automotive service.
Everyone was really nice during my first oil change and tire rotation here. Although the service was a little too pricey. Next time I will be using another cheaper alternative to using the service dept. at the dealership.
I never write reviews but really would like to express my thanks to Sam Jawad and his team At Naperville Jeep. They treated me like family from start to finish. It made the buying experience most enjoyable.I would a rate them a 10 out of 10!Bob B
When I came in, I was just looking for brakes. After receiving the news that the only thing working on the car were the brakes, I was devastated. Immediately, Tim, the mechanic, brought me over to sales and explained my situation. From there, John OConnell, the Sales Rep, walked me through the process with patience and kindness. He worked with Dan Voltz, the Finance Manager, to find a vehicle that fit my budget. Their main concern wasnt pushing me into a car but making sure that I wasnt driving the death trap that my vehicle had become. The few hours that I spent there didnt feel like a pushy sales job. It felt like I was hanging out and at the end Id leave with a car. Everyone from the service team to the cashier were super friendly and helpful. At the end of the day, I left with a brand new Dodge Journey--just eight miles!--and a wonderful experience.Ive always avoided the car dealer because of my anxiety. There was none of that this time. Hands down Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram changed my mind about dealerships and car salespeople as a whole. I would recommend them to everyone I know.Tim, John, and Dan, thank you so much for all of your help.
My 2020 ram Limited 1500 was at the dealer for 2 1/2 weeks and never got a updated call. Then I get call to go pick up my truck and my truck wasn’t even done being assembled so I wasted a morning .Once the truck was done I go pick it up and it was full of handprints never washed and dirty all around. I will never take my vehicle back there again.
Very fair price, no pressure from sales or finance. Tony in sales was a pleasure to real with.Follow up review for service department. First oil change is free, Hey Thanks. Car had damage on a small piece of dash trim when we bought it. Dealer agreed to replace it. Part ordered took months to get no big deal. Made service appointment at 730 am. Car sat till 1045 before it was brought in. Left the dealer at 1230. 5 hours for an oil change and a small dash bezel that takes a few tenths to replace. Why make appointments at all if car sits 3 hours before being touched. Was told it would take an hour or two. No loaner cars. No sense of care on how much time of mine they wasted.Car was not washed. Mechanic left items he took out of center console all over the floor and seat. Greasy hand prints on the hood. Did not bother to fix the GPS issue Time is off and no it is not a setting. For the labor rate that is charged service should be professional, courteous and efficient. None of those goals were met.Find a different dealer for service or use the corner quick lube for an oil change.
Due to Covid we had a backlog of maintenance on our Town and Country. Joe in the maintenance department was clear and upfront about what they would do. They got the work done very quickly, and there were no surprises. We’d glad return and recommend their service.
