I couldnt find the Dehen anorak anywhere in my size but Mr. Nakamura had it found in less than 24 hours after I contacted him. He happily completed my transaction over the phone since Im stationed overseas. This kind of customer service doesnt exist anymore! I will be visiting your store when I return to the states. I ordered a wool jacket from this location that was out of stock online. Hunter helped me out and did a great job - fast and very courteous. They sent a personalized note with the jacket as well, which was cool and unexpected.

Looking for for quality well made outdoor clothing? this is the place. Most items are made in USA but pricing is significantly more than other stores. As they say, You get what you pay for. lol

This place is awesome. High quality gear. High prices but buy it for life items. Pay special attention to their heavy wool coats and briefcases and duffles made in Seattle Washington. Johnathan and Patrick are awesome guys and are totally passionate of their customers and the brand. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Ordered two items to be delivered by Friday, November 27 however the sales person was clueless and the items may be delivered on November 30 when I’m out of town. Is the salesperson incompetent or just desparate to make a sale? Customer service did everything but give me a middle finger. Do not buy Filson products from Filson. Their service is atrocious and the internet is full of horror stories of people attempting to get refunds. If you must buy a Filson product, get it through an independent store. Let them deal with Folsons’s bs.

I want to thank the Filson family for getting a store close to the Chicagoland area. Filson products are of great quality and stands out far above the rest. I own many Filson items and get compliments all the time on my leather goods and outerwear. The warranty is great and the Customer Service Team go far above the call of duty to accommodate customers.
