Needed some new shoes for marathon training. Gabriel was detailed, super nice, and very knowledgeable. He showed me my run form on video, scanned my feet for a perfect fit, and emailed me all of the info to make it easy to reorder in the future. He walked me through 4 options and I never felt pressured. He knew all about the subtle differences between the brands and their respective technologies. Excellent experience.

So I’m in my schools cross country and decided to buy some new shoes. My experience was amazing. The lady who helped me out (Michelle) was very nice asked lots of great questions to help determine my shoe. Very patient and calm. She understood what I meant by certain things. Prices weren’t terrible either. Good Quality for what you pay for Overall amazing experience! Will come back in the future!

We took our daughter to Road Runner to get Cross Country/Track shoes. I can’t begin to tell you what a great experience we had. We were shopping for new shoes, custom foot beds, and running socks the entire process was flawless. The shoe expert was Laura and she was as amazing!! She educated us in shoe & sock types, brands, and comfort levels. If you go are shopping for specialized shoes, and not just running, go to Road Runner and ask for Laura.

I’m a complete newbie when it comes to shoes for walking or running. I’ve always just chosen cheap shoes from a big box store but that just wasn’t working out for me anymore. I walked into the store and Gabriel took me by the hand and found the perfect pair for me. I’m hooked.

My son and I came into Roadrunner to get an idea of what types of shoes are best for our feet. Jack greeted us and asked us how he could help us. He spent about 40 minutes assessing both of us and giving us shoes to try, already knowing that my son wears a size that they do not typically carry in the store. I have had major surgery on my foot. I needed a super comfortable walking shoe. They were awesome and had just what I needed. They shoes are like pillows. I will definitely be back when they wear out!!

First time here & had a good experience. Both of the staff were busy when I arrived, but was greeted quickly & they let me know they’d be with me soon. They were. Gave my running shoe preference (stabile & max cushion) to the person helping me and they provided some suggestions. Due to my size (10.5 wmns), there were just a handful of options, but in the brands that work well for me. Picked the one that worked, got some new socks (just as important as shoes) she advised me on (drymax), and The Stick (love it!). Joined their VIP program & will be back.

The business was busy but not crowded. The in-store displays were eye catching and depicted action. Jack was our running guide and sized me up perfectly. Jack is also a runner and actually uses the items sold at the business and provides quality information about the various products. I highly recommend this business!

I stopped in for the first time to purchase some workout shoes. I was greeted by Benjamin at store #502 he was awesome. He put me through a custom fitting and showed me some areas of concern that can be fixed with the proper inserts. After the fitting was done the analysis recommended a few different shoes. I am glad to say I bought the recommended pair and my feet never felt that good. Benjamin was great to work with and I know I will be back in to make another purchase. Great experience.

I was in physical therapy for my feet that had been aching for years. My physical therapist suggested going to Roadrunner in Naperville (store #502) to try out different shoes because I do a lot of walking and hiking. I was fortunate to have Benjamin work with me for about an hour. First he evaluated my walk on a computerized treadmill and then brought out several brands of shoes to try. There was no pressure, he had a good sense of humor, and he very kindly listened to what I thought about each shoe I tried. I am very happy with my choice as these shoes have given me pain free feet (along with daily stretching exercises) even after daily 3 mile brisk walks. Thank you Benjamin and Roadrunner Sports!!

My wife and I have been long time customers at this store. My wife and I went to the Naperville location today buy a pair of shoes for both of us. In the past, we have had good experiences in which the employee would ask us questions and then would would make recommendations based on our responses.Today we worked with Brooke. Brooke seemed very uninterested in helping us. She did not ask the typical questions such as what types of shoes we have liked in the past or what type of running we were doing. She just wanted to get us our shoes and be done with us which was apparent when she handed us our shoes and then walked away to help someone else. She did not come back to see if we like the shoes or not. Based on this experience, I have decided to cancel my VIP membership. I will be going to the Naperville Running Store moving forward.

I had an amazing experience getting fitted yesterday! I came in to the Naperville store #502 and was fitted by Benjamin, He was so helpful and considerate in answering questions and was very knowledgeable on getting a proper fit. Thank you so so much!

We were at the Naperville location . We were there from 1030am-12. The gentleman that helped us was very patient with my 3 kids as they all needed shoes.This location was understaffed. Had only 2 employees working in the morning . They had 3 customers that they were attending to. Female employee walked around drinking her bottled juice. She would not make eye contact or engage with customers walking in informing them of the delay in service or asking them what she can help them with in between customers. She just stood there drinking her juice knowing people were waiting.The 2 employees manned the store and the check out counter .They had size limitations and also did not have shoes that were on display. We ended up buying only one pair of shoes. The Gentleman that helped us was helpful in the beginning but as the kids tried their shoes on he did not come to ask us how they fit.I saw his interactions with other customers he was attending to. He did well with one on one interaction but not with my kids.I asked if they would honor a health care discount and they said only for military personal. I informed them that the Kildeer location honored health care employee discount with proof of employment. They said that it vary’s with locations and Naperville location does not do this.We have bought many pairs of shoes and custom insoles from Roadrunner Kildeer.The killdeer location is the one we usually go to but we were in the Naperville area and figured it’s the same store same service which is not true.We will not be returning to this location.

Getting a thorough history/ taking 3-D pictures of my feet/ and sizing and molding my feet for orthopedics and last but not least, finding the perfect shoe!! Road Runner Sports is a great place to purchase shoes. My salesperson was awesome! Great selection of shoes, and the salesperson listened to my needs and responded appropriately. The only thing Id change about shopping there is for staff to be more transparent about prices. I cannot place the blame solely on RRS since I didnt ask nor share a particular price range. But the salesperson never shared the prices nor asked for a price range. I had to take a minute to review the prices inside the display shoes during a time when the salesperson was assisting others. The custom fitted insoles are awesome . . . just know that they run about $85. Yes . . . I was told there was no obligation, but I would have felt bad refusing them. Had I known the price, I probably would have refused to even try them . . . Overall, though my RRS experience was great!

I have bad feet and I need very comfortable shoes for work because I walk a lot. They have all the shoes of comfort. Different brands .nice employees great customer service. Getting a 2nd pair soon.

I had a great experience at Roadrunner Sports in Naperville IL. Salesperson Amari, worked diligently to make sure that I found a perfect running shoe.

I went in to look for running shoes and I came out with amazing ones! I walked in and immediately got help. I was new to all of this so I got fitted correctly. The fitting was top notch. Once I had the accurate measurements and homemade insoles, they suggested four pairs of shoes. I tested each pair and ended up getting the Adidas Solar Boost 19. I have had them for almost a month now and they’re amazing, my absolute favorite pair of shoes I have ever owned. The expert worker, Jack, had great customer service skills and really payed attention to my needs and concerns. He was perfect! I really recommend this store!!
