30 minutes to get loaded, they worked fast to load me truck

Fast and easy. Watch out. There is two shipping office, door 28 and door 49, make sure where is yours. Busy place.

Very reliable; in the past year, I cant recall any missed or canceled loads. Great service!

Very nice people! Wouldve been loaded fairly quickly, but trailer had strong soap smell from washout, so had to let it air out for an hour.

Friendly sraff and got a door 1 hour be for my pick up time. They loaded me qick and had the paperwork ready to go. I wish more warehouses would be run like this. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Ladys at the driver check in was nice and friendly. 2 hrs to get loaded. Asked what the weight was cause didnt have a todal weight of the load anywhere guy told me it was 41,000 lbs. Part of blame is on me for not going to cat scale and checking load. But got over gross of 2,100 lbs and have to sit at scale till can find someone to come take some off. So decided to go threw all 8 to 9 bols that was handed to me added all the weights up and it was way more then 41,000. Will never take another load from this place again.

Good place to go unload you fast.. for overnight parking call them first.

Bad broker. Their word means nothing. Stay away from them. Do not trust a word they say.The promised detention and extra miles that I did to help deliver they’r messed load was in the end vanished with the excuse: we payed you enough.Drivers are there to make your money and you treat them like garbage.Here is the proof: after promissing, they didn’t keep their word with the excuse: that they paid enough allready

Today is May 1, 2019 and JBS Logistics in Naperville Illinois go by appointment number only but get here at 13:30 and check in to the shipping office and they said will call me for a door opener but it two hours later I am waiting for a door to open up so I can back up to it and roll out but I am not planning to pick up anymore because it the 5th times it happens again to me

GOT LOADED AT 8AM ON A,SATURDAY. HAVE OVER NITE PARKING AT AN OPEN DOCK DOOR. SEEMS LIKE NICE AREA.

Came an hour before apt. Got door right away. Load in an hour. Nice people.

Was loaded up within two hours even after I missed my appointment time. Very polite folks, big parking lot

I booked a load with these guys and 2 hours later broker called and canceled the load because he thought that he was over paying. We asked for a TONU and he refused to pay that too, even though truck was at the shipper already. Very unprofessional.

Easy in easy out. They are WELL PREPARED.
