Had steve put new boards on my dads deck he did a lousy job didnt pound all nails, left big gaps, didnt remove old boards as he said he would in his contract. Spent a lot of time doing nothing..if your smart youd be better to do it yourself.

I have been a customer of Steve Miller, Inc for a number of years, and I have been generally happy with their selection, service & price. This year was different. I ordered 1-1/2 tons of pond rock to fill in some gaps where my landscaping stone had thinned out. The rock was delivered as promised. However, the pond rock was covered in mud. Not some of the rock; ALL of the rock. I found I had to hose down each wheelbarrow load prior to spreading. It also seemed that the size of the rock had morphed since my last delivery (3 years) to a noticeably larger size. Prior deliveries seemed to average in the .750” – 1.000” range. This delivery was in the vicinity of 1.250” average. That made it difficult to fill in some thinning landscaping gaps with the bigger pieces. I will scout out some competitors next time.

Correct I was an employee for nearly five years and the whole time these people treated me like a dog!!! Nothing but lack of compassion and non-caring for my well-being and safety due to the fact that there is no safety training for hazardous material handling or heavy machinery operations the only thing that Steve Miller Inc of Naperville Illinois and Steve Miller family of Naperville Illinois cares about is themselves! Steve Miller family is nothing other than lower than my shoe!!!
