Ipad fell off my back pack while on the motorcycle... Big mess... Went in and I was out in 30 min... No hassle... Love the apple care! And the geniuses ( is what they are called, right?) that helped me (one was training) were awesome! I have bought several items here and the experience is always great. As long as you have an appointment and expect that the place is always busy.
I bought the new iPhone today. I was nervous for the process. Michelle was very welcoming and friendly. She made my visit more then pleasant even enjoyable. I will only be coming to this apple from now on!! Thank you Michelle for explaining everything to me and keeping my wait times short.
This location has very good customer service. I took my phone in to get fixed and they were able to fix it by the next day. The only reason it wasn’t fixed that same day was because i brought it in right before closing. The staff were very friendly the whole time and extremely helpful.
Worst service ever. Instead fixing the issue they made it worst. Literally they replaced older version of AirPods with latest generation. Now it’s not even usable. If I call support just making me trips to store back and fort. # Hire qualified technicians
If you do not have an appointment it feels like you are a second class citizen. Not a customer who wants to buy something from what is typically a great company. The wait time was well over 20 minutes to just be able to talk to someone to find out if headphones where in stock than checkout and buy headphones in the store. And the number of employees standing at the front that did not help (just talking to each other most of the time) when the rest of the employees were very busy felt rude and made me feel bad for the employees trying to get to everyone. In all not the experience I would expect from a company like Apple. I have been to this location several times and this situation was not an outlier. I have not had this trouble/experience at any of the other Apple stores I have visited or bought from.
You have to have an appointment to be asked to enter this place, which we did. We were there for information on an apple purchase we were looking to make. After we passed through the front detention area where you check in we were told to wait by a table and our employee would be with us. 15 minutes after our appointment I had enough and left my wife to wait for someone to take time out of their busy schedule to help us. 30 minutes after I left my wife came out. I guess we werent buying the newest Iphone so we werent important enough for them. Be prepared to wait a while and be treated like cattle. The store was clean and apparently well stocked so that got them 1 extra star. But shop online and save yourself a great deal of frustration.
Its not bad place, but guys you are selling phones over $1200 for each and you dont have restroom. Here is people waiting 20 minutes in line and its common to use restroom. You should be shame for that
Young men working there greatly prefer to crack jokes and have fun with each other over helping customers. This is not the first time I had to interrupt their fun to be waited on. That place needs adult supervision Not a quality experience. Wake up Apple
First time visiting this location and Gwyneth was able to help my daughter who was Having issues with her Iphone and she was Awesome and we appreciated the amazing service!
This apple store has always been fantastic to deal with. Of course every apple store has its own cool vibe and so does this one. Ive always enjoyed shopping at this store and it gets me excited when Im on my way.
The simple in-store design works well during this pandemic and the staff does a great job following safety guidelines. Well streamlined flow to get you in and out with excellent customer service. The entire family has been happy with their help and our purchases since we started coming to this store.
Its nice to have the option of making an appointment so I dont have to wait.
Horrible customer service. Dont show up early. I did 17 minutes before my appt, refused to check me in until 10 minutes before. Okay if that is their policy, why are there 12 to 15 employees standing by the door chatting? Help your customers
Rejected warranty repair for my perfect condition 7 months old iPhone with discoloring screen. I guess Apple can afford not backing up their product. Too big to fail? Its the beginning of the end. Im done with Apple.
I had to come here four times to to have my computer repaired. Not that big of a deal, things break. However each time I’ve been in this location I’ve been met with rude customer service representatives and incompetent front door staff. I have literally stood there and watched two employees have personal conversations and then after the personal conversation, then ask if I need help…as I am standing at the Genius Bar. 30 employees and takes 30 mins to talk to them. Disappointed
This location is the worst. They will happily sell you the products but refuse to fix it if you have a problem with it. I purchased my phone right when Covid started and due to quarantine and location closing I couldn’t go there right away. Right when they opened back up I went there to get my phone fixed or replaced because the picture quality was worse than my iPhone 6 I owned prior to this phone and people couldn’t hear me when I put them on the speaker. I spent 4 hours at this location them trying to diagnose the phone and refused to do something about it when they couldn’t diagnose the problem. I’m writing my review today because my husband couldn’t hear me on the speaker phone still to this day. When you have two little kids you really need your speaker on the phone to work.
Before I begin my litany of grievances, I will say that I called the store to file a complaint. The manager was appalled and very apologetic. Though I appreciate his sympathy, it doesnt fix the problem the technician caused. Also, it is important to note that I share an Apple ID with my mom so I can help her with any tech issues. She is technologically inept. My mother had an appointment to replace her iPhone. While setting up her new phone, the 2-factor authentication alerts were being sent to my devices and not her iPad. I tried to get ahold of someone at the store for 40 minutes, but I couldnt get past the machine that screens calls. The few times I did, I was routed to someone in an Apple call center instead of the Naperville retail store. The technician didnt contact my to get the 2FA code during this time. Instead, he told my mom that her phone would need to be erased and reset. But rather than resetting her phone (an iPhone 12), the technician remotely wiped my phone (an iPhone X). Not only were these two different devices, but also Im not in Illinois. I cant comprehend how this error was made. It is very easy to differentiate between devices on an Apple account, especially when they are different models. It is even easier to see that an iPhone is in a different state. Why was I not contacted before the technician decided to take drastic action and erase everything off my phone?
The employees here are funny. They think God made the Apple phone and nothing can ever go wrong with it. They also have appointments pushed out so far its a major inconvenience. Trust me when I say this God didnt make the Apple phone and the people in Apple store are not buying phones, they constantly have issues. I would recommend Samsung Phones all day. Not all thier phones are good either but they look cool and the support is way better.
This apple store is always short staffed. When I schedule a Genius Bar appointment they always take 20-30 mins until I can actually see someone. It’s very annoying and they need better managers who actually can keep things on a scheduled basis. I would not recommend this apple store.
It was my first visit to this store. I liked the way they were handling the customers even though it was very crowded.
Apple sure can do customer service. Seamless experience with excellent resources. I’m a late Apple convert, but I’m all in now!
Avoid this place of you can. Staff is super rude .. without asking anything they asked us to wait in line (almost 30 min), after that they said its your turn, and sales person greeted asking do you have an appointment, if no we can not assist you, and turned us off. I mean seriously havent seen such rude behavior ever.Firstly they should not have asked us to wait, but given situation we understand but then after waiting for 30 min they just turn off the customer? Seriously is this how you treat customers? Avoid
First they tell me I can come buy an iPhone because it’s available failing to say I need to make an appt and when I call again the guy said oh ofc u can just come in and get one AGAIN then checks with manager who by the way is probably the worst customer service representative ever. The manager at this location is awful they told me to go to Best Buy instead which didn’t even have what I needed
Helped my get my childs iPad fixed after he broke it. Little bit of a line but they are very popular.
I dont like getting Apple products from sellers other than an Apple store. So I went to one in Naperville to buy a replacement airpod with my brother who lost one of his. I even booked an appointment so there will be no long wait. But seriously apple geniuses, do we have to talk to three people, A welcome host, a roving manager, both of whom took information to facilitate the process, and finally a technician., who took more information. Its okay if these information was for the security of the accessory, but wait 45 minutes to buy a replacement airpod? I then asked her if she can pair the new airpod, she said I have to do it at home as it takes 30 minutes to adjust to the firmware. NO it does not. When I got home, I paired the new airpods in less than 10 minutes. Hey Genius, if you want to get rid of us fast, you dont have to give us lame excuses. we were eager to leave the store too, We are not technically challenged. We just wanted to see if you can do your job right! Your excessive bureaucracy and adherence to rules and formalities does not make you live up to your corporate appointed title as a Genius. Its just bad customer service. Lucky you there are not many apple stores around.
Had no issues with getting products fixed or battery for my phone being replaced. Staff are nice and ready to assist whenever.
My husband and I have been to the Apple Store in Naperville several times in the past and have had somewhat pleasant shopping experiences. We understand the popularity of Apple products and the resulting chaotic atmosphere. We were always treated fairly by staff until yesterday.Yesterday we experienced the new, outdoor check in policy and were treated rudely by two different Security people. When we arrived, we followed what the large signs said ( stood by the Appt already made sign) and were told to go stand at the back of the Walk up Line. After waiting in the Walk up Line, having my temperature taken, having our appointment verified by a check in person, and told we were all set, I made the mistake of trying to enter the store. I was blocked by the guard and told that it was not “invitation to enter”. He then waited a couple of minutes and decided to let us in. No other customers left at that time so it wasn’t a capacity issue.Later I had to leave briefly to move our car because the appointment took so long. (Our 2:00 appointment really started at around 2:40)After moving the car, I again stood in line, had my temperature checked, was granted permission to enter, and was then blocked by another guard who was one foot away from the first guard. I had to state my business to him before getting back inside. Seems like the security team is on quite a power trip against senior citizens. They take plenty of time to laugh and joke with each other, while ignoring and then preventing entrance to customers who are trying to enter a retail store. They seem to get quite a kick out of making people jump through hoops to buy very expensive products.
I had a somewhat sketchy experience with the store. I went in for AIRPOD service and was denied by a technician, he assumed my air Pods were fake without much investigation and shooed me away even after i insisted it was not. I later called apple service and they verified by serial number and purchase and expressed surprise at the behavior of the store. I would give it another shot since now I am sure its not fake. They should train staff to handle customers not some random cool guy. Very disappointed with the attitude and service, never expected this from apple who keeps a hefty margin just in the name of brand and better customer service.
Good customer service. We enjoyed our shipping experience.
This is a general problem with every Apple store I’ve been to. The wait time is ridiculous. I don’t see the point in making appointments if there is going to be a 30 min to 1 hour wait. Apple is just really good at giving off the impression of providing good customer service, but fail to actually deliver it.
This store is prompt with great Customer service. I was however pushed into getting a glass screen protector cover for my phone. As soon as I left the store my phone fell and the thing shattered. I don’t recommend the glass screen protector covers they are garbage.
I was going to switch to apple with the new imac after a lifetime of using Android. So, I went into view the imac. The attitude of one of the staff was so repulsive I will not buy an apple product now. Customer service is everything when your trying to get peoples money let alone common courtesy. 🤦Shame
Waited three days for an appointment with somebody who says he’s a genius at the Genius Bar they’re not genius they don’t do anything except want to replace things and charge you $500 or more here’s the problem my phone updated on Saturday and all of a sudden face identification quit working so I brought it to the store for repair or to be fixed and they Said it can’t be fixed it Hass to be replaced so apples updates ruined an iPhone 11 max pro just one years old and they want to charge me 600 to replace the phone with a new one or a refurbished one most likely
Theres a lot of demand for Apple products in the area, so this store is always tightly packed with consumers eager to make purchases. But if youre determined enough you too can make a purchase.
Went into this location to pick up my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. There was no wait upon arrival of my scheduled time. Marco greeted me and assisted me. Recommended I purchase the needed USB-C and went over AppleCare Plans. He was very nice, helpful, and informative, had me out within 10 mins. I appreciate the great service.
Great customer service, beautiful store.
Jim stayed late to make sure I was taken care of! Thanks so much!
Very quick service, everybody wearing masks, overall great.
I am not very happy with the apple service. The staff (Ray) is not competent. I could not be helped with the purchase of the phone due to funding. This is complete incompetence. How can such people work in your stores ??? I asked another consultant I was denied. This is disrespect to customers. They said it was a problem with my card. I left the store and made a purchase myself through the online application. This is a bad reputation for your store.
Very safe and social distanced. Got a watch today, and the Apple employee walked me through it.I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of this purchased, especially in a store that is ALWAYS very busy.Great work! I’ll be back.
I got to say Im impressed first time in an Apple store somebody gave me an iPhone to try out I still run an Android too both powerful phones Android a little more powerful than the iPhone but I got to say the customer service warranty and theyre replacing the battery for 49 bucks how do you beat that fantastic customer service top flight.
Very well managed with security outside, social distancing and masks. Had an appointment for my repair and it went very smoothly. Very happy with the whole process.
Most of the employees are nice (keyword most), but the whole system Apple has created is to completely inconvenience you and save them time, money and resources. They could care less about your time. Spent the whole afternoon here after I had display issues with my phone. I had to come back twice and the second time I had to get in line twice. The first time my phone wasn’t ready yet even though I came back at the designated time and security just told me to come back in 10 minutes. No “please”, no “sorry “, no “thank you”. They replaced my screen but couldn’t even give me a screen protector for my new screen. This is the Apple experience. I hope to God I don’t have any more problems with any of my devices because I would hate to come back here and waste another beautiful sunny afternoon inside this store.
Always helpful and cheerful.
No surprise why so many people put a lot of negative experience cases about this store. I experienced this myself. No customer service at all. Pre-ordered everything online to interact with them the least amount of time and guess what?! They made me wait and wait and wait. Then, they were talking about nonsense about trade in processes until I proved them wrong. Finally started upsell things I dont need. This is why I pre-ordered everything online.I hope not everyone in this store lack knowledge.
To be honest I used this Apple store plenty of times with no issues. This time they showed some true colors. I am going to start calling some customer service the Covid excuse soon. In a time when customer service should be king. It seems there are places that use it to their advantage. This Apple store is no exception. I have a bad pair of AirPod pros. As a person that works all day (in customer service) I wear my airpods 80% of the day. My AirPods are messed up. So, I went to the Apple store to exchange them with my Apple care. I don’t have a ton of free time in the day so as soon as I had the chance I ran right to the Apple store. There were about 5-6 Apple employees outside and there was a bunch inside. All that were inside seemed to be with someone. All that were outside were standing around. There were no customers in line. I have been to Apple for Apple care issues before and it took about 15 minutes tops to handle my issue. So, the employee that helped me says, “we are not taking walk up appointments at this time.”It will be a week before I can give you an appointment. There were 5 employees standing around and I have to wait a week before they can help me? I calmly stated why can’t anyone here help me. Employee says, “we are not taking stand by appointments at this time.” So now I have to wait a week for something they could have handled in about 15 minutes right there on the spot and we all would have been happy. THE COVID EXCUSE. Excuse to stand around and do nothing. While I have to leave work early again just to get a product I purchased from them taken care of. While 5 employees (to lazy to walk away from there conversations with their buddies) stand around.
It was my first time going there and its like shopping in down Chicago.
I was super happy with the customer service because of Mike. I came in with my defective Apple Watch today and he helped me real quick. Supper funny guy and he and his employee helped me real quick. Really understanding and I had just an overall really good experience today. Thank you Mike and Mikes coworker!
Look, before I begin Id like to say that even if an apple employee punched me in the face, I would still buy apple products for the rest of my life, because theyre simply unmatched. As far as the customer service I received here was though, it was among the worst. I took my Macbook Pro (which is still being financed) in for a check up, after spilling a small amount of water on it. Immediately after it happened I cleaned it off and called apple customer care. The representative basically had me try turning it on (which it wouldnt), and after, asked to schedule an appt with the genius bar. He never even told me to turn my laptop upside down for 48 hours which seemed to be the solution recommended on discussion servers in the very own apple website. He is an expert technician who should def mention such things as its literally what saved my laptop. Yes its working perfectly fine now.Anyways, I went in for my appt with a genius bar. The first thing the guy tells me is that he can open it up and do a light check bc most of the parts cant be taken out. He then comes out literally 4-5 minutes later (which seemed very fast) and told me that I had corrosion on my keyboard and that a replacement would cost $1400.. Now, I might be wrong here but somehow I highly doubt corrosion can form from drinking water within 36 hours.. and since the keyboard would be the last thing he can see with the Macbook being upside down, i highly doubt he can get there and examine it that quickly.Last thing, even after these terrible events of service, I still tried to buy the new 12 Pro Max because like i said before, nothing can ever make me not buy their product. But the sales rep was persistent that I couldnt use my old phone that I was trading in, for 15 minutes until I transferred all of my data to the new one. I was given two options, one to pay for 100GB+ of iCloud data, or to ship the phone out in 2 weeks, up until which my card would have a double charge basically. So I just walked out
Another new edit. Working with Apple support now to attempt to return this phone. The iPhone 12 Pro is by far the worst iPhone I’ve ever used. The cons heavily outweigh the pros. This phone and it’s software is simply awful....Newest top of the line phone can’t come with the current software version and a full battery? A phone + case costs over $1,400. Charge me $1 more a charge the phone!!! Be like every other product on the planet, charge the battery full, or don’t include one. Imagine buying a car with a dead battery. With iPhones the battery problems clearly start on day 1.I’ve edited this 1 star review many times because of how bad apple’s customer service has become. Apple really used to be great but they’ve been rocketing downhill since then.
I frequent this particular store for one reason or another couple times a week for the last eight years. The staff changes quite a bit, more than one would think, but they’re efficient and consistent. I don’t always like how the issue is handled, but the vast majority the time, I’m being taken care of promptly and I’m being treated fairly. In general, I shop at more retail stores than I should ... If half the companies had half the commitment to excellence in their product as Apple does and if third of those companies provided the same training and oversight of their employees once they’re trained, we’d all be a lot happier.
It has taken me a long time to review this store because I have been quite nervous about doing so. Back in December I needed to have an item replaced as there had been a recall on the specific lot I had gotten mine from. I had waited 6 months for an appt as I live 3 hours away from the one in our current state. I flew home in December and spoke with a representative over the phone to get an appt and outlined that I could not wear a face mask due to a medical condition as outlined by the ADA. They told me I could send my item in through the mail but the first time I did that they were stolen off the mail truck upon delivery to our home. Anyways, long story short, I came to the store with a negative COVID test, explained that I had a disability as outlined by the ADA and was refused entry to the store without wearing a mask which goes against the government mandate as well as against guidelines as outlined by the ADA and falls under the category of discrimination. The warranty was running out on the item and I had no choice but to go into the store masked and spent about 45 minutes in the store sobbing uncontrollably because the mask makes me have panic attacks due to my disability. I know I will get a lot of flack from people who believe everyone should wear a mask but when I have a signed doctors note exempting me from wearing a mask you could understand that the situation was not just me saying I couldn’t wear a mask but that it is a legitimate disability. This was discrimination and I know there’s not really much I can do about it other than using my voice to express the overstep by the store manager.
Disappointed with Apple, I drove an hour to this store to buy an iPhone and guess what?!Huge line outside (understandable due to COVID restrictions) got my spot in the line, security staff asked me a purpose of my visit and i was told that i can buy only unlock phone with cash (which is fine with me) waited another 30 minutes in the line and then he came back to tell me that they cannot sell me anything without an appointment 🤦🏻♂️Drove back home another hour without phone. Spent 3hrs for nothing, thanks Apple! Will never comeback to any Apple-stores and consider to switch from Apple products to another great option on the market.
Very safe and clean with wonderful covid precautions. The staff has always been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
Came in to buy a phone, made us wait even after appointment. Super rude staff.
Dont go close to close. Daughters phone died and we needed a replacement. Knew exactly what we wanted, called to see they had it and headed over. Arrived at 7:40 (close at 8) and was told they could not sell me a phone. They said this close to close you need an appointment and they could not help me, even though there were several employees standing around.
Good place to get Apple products
This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. Due to COVID 19 their excuses were horrible. They are rude and not willing to assist, they have no I Pads in the store again due to this crazy weather they said! The security up front is asking you why are you here?!? Such a waste of my time to even go there.
Staff is really friendly and cool. The place is upbeat and futuristic. Zach helped me get my issue resolved quickly. Everyone who was working seemed very capable of helping with any issue.
Brought a machine in for a warrantied battery replacement, they send me emails stating they have important information about my repair, but I cant seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone there so I keep going back and forth with corporate who finally told me to make an appointment and visit the store in person to find out about my update.
I love Apple as much as the net guy. But the concept for their stores is a nightmare. Every time I come here on the weekends or evenings, it’s absolute chaos. It really feels like a big mess and no one knows what’s going on. A few people greet you and then ask you to have a seat somewhere and then the waiting game begins. Expect to wait for a long time. At least you can check out the products on the tables.I also came here for the genius bar to get my battery replaced on my iPhone. The first time I came here they told me I was not eligible. But I come in a few months later and the do it with no question. I’m glad they did but kind of wished they did it the first time.If apples stores were designed like their products, I wouldn’t be complaining. But there is a huge disconnect between the two.
Staff has always been very helpful for shopping and for service.
My iPhone was stolen and they wouldnt help me pause my subscriptions and there is no way to do that without another iphone?? 0 stars
Very smooth operation and professional. Got a couple of defective airpods replaced. Very friendly and kind genius tech!
My phone would not turn on so I went to the store for support. I told this to a rep there who suggested I scan the code 😳Ugh, my phone is broken. Then he had a manager help me who told me to CALL customer service—again, phone is not functioning. She said since they were rolling out the new IPhone that day, they were not going to be able to help me and walked away.So don’t go to Apple go to Best Buy is the moral of the story. My phone was 9 months old by the way. Best Buy Geek Squad in Aurora was able to help me out.
Superb place. Well run and organized.. Excellent employees . Concerned about their health and yours. Excellent customer concern.
I had the best experience at this Apple store because of Dan. He helped me for three hours and led me step by step through the entire process of backing up my mom’s phone, restarting it, and getting her a separate apple id from my sister’s. I appreciated his patience and the time he took to help me, especially while I was caring for my newborn.
The hours say 10AM - 9PM and yet the doors were locked at 8:30. I’m trying to communicate with the “geniuses” at the Genius Bar behind the glass signaling if they’re closed and he just looked at me like I was crazy.
Only because zero star is not an option. The poorest Customer experience I’ve had .... the person was texting while I was trying to talk to them.
As always Apple delivers the goods. The genius bar has the best technicians. The best customer support ever. They make you feel important.
15 minutes past my appointment to drop off a piece of junk they sold me before. Still waiting in line. Why making an appointment then? The place is a mess!
Nice store but Im not sure how theyre going to handle having customers wait outside when it really gets cold, which is like very soon here.Helpful employees, as usual.
Ran into an issue with my macbook where it was not usable. Walked up without an appointment they saw and fixed my issue quickly. Great experience
You need to call to set up an appointment before you go to this place
They help us out alot very recommend
LOL i thought the employees were rude...wait till you talk to the manager at this location. Whatta shame! Sold all my shares of apple after this experience and will never buy apple product again. SHAME
Best place ever and all the Karen’s are giving 1 stars like stop but 5/5 love this place and I wish you can give more stars
After software updates, Series 2 watch won’t pair with phone.. Suggested I but a new watch!! Absolutely zero resolution at the store level.. So, know I have an expensive paper weight....Apple is losing my Business...
This Apple store was very nice and I was really comforted by how serious they were taking the guidelines for the virus and how seriously took things where as most places around the area did not.
Great staff, - great, selection.
I was only there for a pickup today, but the experience went smoothly and I never had to set foot in the door
Never been to an Apple store before, ever, very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of issues that were not their fault and still managed to help me out.
Yes, we are going through a Pandemic, but apparently this store is just making our lives more difficult. We ordered and prepaid for our pickup, got there at the scheduled time, 5 mins in, they scanned the code, checked the id and asked us to keep standing outside in cold for someone to come and hand us our item. 35 mins in, nothing. Our concern is - yes we know there are protocols now due to covid, but you only had to hand us the already purchased item. We were not going inside, no there were not a ton of people inside, still it was such poorly managed. Employees standing outside, still not helping customers, not following up or checking on us. Later on, we went to another employee again, and then after the second scan our item was given to us. How long does it take to attend someone with the appointment, that too just outside the store. Last week, we tried a walk in, at that time the employees let us go saying would take a week for an appointment. Looks like Apple is just trying to avoid providing service to customers. Extreme disappointment!
I walked in and was given a wait time of 90 minutes. After waiting 100 minutes in the store I checked in to see what the wait time was and was told it was going to be another 60 minutes. The whole time I was there there were technicians standing around not helping anybody. The staff seemed very inattentive and not once in the 100 minutes sitting in the store did the staff speak to me. So not being able to wait another 60 minutes I left. Parking is terrible at this location and I could only park there for 2 hours. 10 minutes after leaving I got a text that they were ready for me. You Gotta be kidding me. So I did not go back to the store. But I did try to call to file a complaint and then I could not get through the computer on the other line to talk to a real person. For a company that deals with communication they are awful at it
Very safe precautions put in place for social distancing.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Their safety procedures regarding the pandemic are great and not at all cumbersome.
Very impressed w/ safety protocols in place to prevent spread of COVID-19!
If i could give 0 stars i would. They wanted to help but are not equipped to do so. Genius! I have to spend hours of my life on a call to reset a password. Brilliant. Will get away from Apple products at the first opportunity. Not worth the hype or pricetag.
I can’t begin to explain my love for Apple, the store, the company, everything about it is so great. We as consumers need to understand with an extremely popular brand like Apple they’re going to EXTREMELY busy. Make appointments ahead of time to avoid all hassle and confusion, understand they’re humans just like us be more optimistic. If you don’t want to be bombarded by so many people don’t go in on the days the new Apple products come out. But the day the iPhone 11 came out I came in for a walk in appointment for OS issues and they STILL managed to help me. Thank you Apple.
Great service, plenty of stock, friendly people
The prices are always low and they have techs on sight, very warm and friendly willing to help in any way they can, check them out!
Wow! If your an Apple person, you will not be disappointed! I’ve always had a good experience at this location, I’ve always been helped promptly and professionally. The only problem is parking during peak times but that’s not is Apple Store’s issue, I’ve always had a nice visit to Apple Store Naperville.
Visited this palace Ron was helpful.
Usually I have great experiences at Apple Stores, but today was honestly unexplainable. I went in to return my MacBook Air and get a MacBook Pro as it suits me better. The man helping me was great to helping my needs, but when he went to the back to talk to the manger the manger couldn’t figure out how to reimburse me my $350 (from my trade in for my old MacBook Pro) they stated they had new gift cards and didn’t know how to do it? I guess? So i guess they needed to talk to someone from higher up so they told me they didn’t know how long it would take for it to work out. It doesn’t make sense when i just want my $350 for a purchase at the Apple store?? This is so inconvenient especially when i live one hour away!! Also, there was this other Apple worker old white man, who kept bothering me and my brother stating to stay 6 feet apart from the other Apple worker aside from us. Yet that worker was not 6 feet apart from his customer! He also kept saying if the laptop in front of me was mine and did i pay already. I felt SO uncomfortable with these confrontations especially as a woman of color it felt like we were getting picked at. This man wasn’t messing with anyone else but us. I even tried calling the store to see if they have figured out the issue but they legit had me on hold and hanged up. I really don’t recommend coming here. Never will i come back to this location. The only thing that came out this situation is the guy helping us felt bad for this situation and gave me a free adapter.
It was very good help me out they were very helpful I to go back there was a line and they went very quickly
