Aleka did a great job. I really appreciated how flexible and quick she was with her timing to complete my small job. I was able to drop it off, go to my son’s soccer game nearby and she offered for me to pick it up after the game rather than making a separate trip. Being a busy mom this was so appreciated! Great work, I had chef jacket I needed to have my name put on with work logo and even though there was a hiccup with name, she came and picked up jacket and corrected and dropped off. Super fast and anyone needs work done shes good one to go to instead of twice as much online.

Called for info one morning, was supposed to get pics of products within “10-15 min” following the call. Never received pics. Followed up later that evening, no response. No apology or explanation. Sought out service elsewhere. Very poor communication.

ACE Embroidery is great. I contacted her at the last minute to monogram a quilt for a family member and it turned out just beautiful. Her work is excellent and she even helped with figuring out how to monogram on a finished quilt. Five star business!
