Avoid Law Weapons & Supply. Purchased a Bravo Company Group AR 15 in October, paid in full on back order when the shelves were empty. Staff said they can not promise delivery date of my BCG, maybe a month or two. 10-month and many calls later, the shelves are full and other BCG are being sold. I finally decided to cancel for a refund. At first they said over the phone, okay this would be processed. Radio silence, then when I showed up at the store to sort this out, and they demanded a 20% restocking fee. Their transfer fees and Ammo prices are also very high. I like to support small businesses, but I dont recommend these guys.

Staff is super friendly and they know what they are selling . Great place to visit lots of knowledge and are glad to help .

Bad experience at this place. We waited for a while at the counter for someone to help us and we were over looked three times by the attendants. A caucasian customer walked in long after us and one of the attendants went to help him out instead of us.

I recently purchased an old surplus Mauser and had it shipped here as my FFL. The employees were very respectful and answered all my questions as a first time buyer when I called and visited. Very patient and friendly, location good and FFL transfer rates are very very reasonable! My new preferred FFL, I trust them for my future purchases!

Took a CCL class here 5 years ago. Instructor told us once we have CCL license we can let our foid card expire. This is not the case at all and now we need to retake our CCL class because of it. Waste of money

It is unfortunate that in the gun community there is a culture of terrible customer service from gun shops. But Law Weapons & Supply is the exact opposite. There store is neat and clean providing a welcoming atmosphere, this is a family business and the girl behind the counter is so friendly when helping out with anything. I always have great conversations with their staff every time I stop in. The city of Naperville is fortunate to have such a great business located here.

Gunsmith is very rude and short. Has had my rifle for 9 months and couldnt replace or find an ejector pin for my HK 22lr. I found it on HKs parts website and ordered it last week. He also got very upset when I asked him why its taking months and months and when I asked for an estimated window of repair he told me I could always just pick this gun up and have someone else fix it.Finally after months of waiting I went to pick up my rifle and I was 15 mins off the holiday hours that they didnt have listed on their site. 3 employees were present and still refused to give me my rifle until operating hours. They also took my info down and was supposed to call me right when the smith was in, well of course they never called. Id never go here again and cannot stop telling everyone about my awful experience.

I have never had an issue with Robert, Chris orLogan. I have bought quite a few Firearms from them, never had a problem or issue at all.Theyve all been very helpful. Ive even had some gunsmith work done by them. I have no complaints. They even did a transfer for me at a reasonable rate. They are more than willing to go out of their way for you. I also love the layaway policy and warranty policy, you wont get that at any other shop Ive dealt with.

Best customer service of any shop Ive ever been to. Not a huge selection but their knowledge and friendliness makes up for it. Way better than stores like megasports and shoot point blank!

I recently purchase yet another AR15 from Robert and family and it was a custom build this time and I am just in shock at the quality and its beauty as well as that it is an everyday working rifle. I have done business with them for a long time and have never been disappointed! They are a family biz and when you walkin they treat you like family as well. I wouldnt go to another gun shop! Absolutely delighted with the shopping experience. Purchased my last 4 firearms from them. Highly knowledgeable staff and their prices consistently come up as the lowest in the area and online. It also helps that they are not located in Crook County which means less fees for us buyers to cover.

Recently purchase a gun from them and the experience was more than pleasurable. These people know how to treat customers. Call them on the phone and experience the same courtesy. This is how a business should be run!

Walked in an hour before closing just to check it out. All the staff were smiling and happy to talk to with me even though I only came in for gun oil. Feels bright and comfortable inside. The kinda place that makes you want to hang out. Not intimidating at all - Id like to bring my wife back with me to get a feel for a hand gun she may like. Ill be going back again. In-house selection could be larger but what they had was quality.

Customer service at its best. Called looking for a used Ruger and to my surprise they had it... while on the phone they were sending me pics to confirm condition. When I arrived at the store it was just before closing but that in no way seemed to matter. With only a 1/2 hour before closing I was not at all rushed, quite the opposite, I looked at several other used and new items and got a great deal on a great item. The team was great and happy to talk to with me and not push anything, just there to assist. It was nice fresh and didnt have the stale smoke smell of most local gun shops. They can order anything you want and have very competitive prices. Ill be going back again.

I signed up for 8 hour course and my experience was great. You first have to check in the store so I did. The staff was very friendly and polite, funny too :)The class is across the street. The class was an awesome experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to gain a lot of basic knowledge about guns. I only wished there was more time spent in the range to practice shooting.

Drive an hour arrive at 10:40am and person insides says they are closed! Waste of my time - never again

These guys are great, went in there looking to purchase an AR15 a few months ago back in July. Was new to the AR platform and had lots of questions. The staff was more than willing to answer all of them.In the end, I purchased a custom built rifle and it is one sweet gun. All MIL Spec parts and the fit and finish is top notch.They helped me pick out all the parts and explained the difference between each of the bolt carriers, barrels, and quad rails. I just made my first purchase from Law Weapons today, and I am extremely happy. Ive made purchases from 6 different gun stores, and I can tell you that Law Weapons is one of the best.To start off with, they have AMAZING deals on firearms. I was looking for a 1911, and they beat several other stores prices by over $100! Their online store is also extremely helpful, since I can see what they have before I head over, and can get the prices right from my phone/computer.The people there are incredibly nice and friendly, and they keep the store pretty clean. I was helped by Eleana, and I only have good things to say. She was nice, helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions. I havent used their gunsmithing service, but the rate seems about right compared to others.I would definitely recommend giving them a try. At the very least, you should take a look at their inventory on their online store. You will be pleasantly surprised.

My first time going here I just wanted to check this place out & I had a terrific experience. The staff was polite & very helpful even if you are not a paying customer. Plus, their selection of firearms is stupendous.

Had some work done on a Delta Elite. They cleaned up the trigger nicely and installed parts I provided (sights, ambi safety and mainspring housing), all for a reasonable price. I noticed a small issue with the gun once I got it home, took it back and they addressed it no problem and no charge, even though it was related to a part I had supplied. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and knowledgeable throughout. Its nice to know theres a competent gunsmith local to me, Im sure Ill be using their services again.

Went here recently. Didnt know much about guns. The saleswoman was great, went through several guns with me until we found a good fit and was knowledgeable and patient. All three staff I encountered were great and friendly.

I just had my firearm engraved and its better than expected. the staff was very nice and friendly and the quality of work was amazing. Recommended for everyone.

The service here is great. I come here almost twice a week, and every time I walk through the door you are always greeted with somebody saying good morning. A few months back I ordered an over under beretta and when it arrived less than a month later I was guided through how the gun worked and how to clean it. In all my experience at law weapon and supply was phenomenal and I will definitely buy from them again.

Decent gun shop in Naperville. They do have gunsmiths as well I have not yet used this service though so I cant say anything about it. The people there are very nice and get back to you if you phone or email.

The staff was knowledgeable and competent. The gunsmith did the sights adjustment I requested and bore sighted my pistol. Repairs were done in a prompt manner and the results have been excellent.

This retail gun shop sells firearms & accessories and also offers great courses on gun safety and personal protection to law enforcement, security personnel and the general public. Their professionalism and great customer service made our visit to the store and class care free. My wife and I attended the 8-hour Firearms Safety and Training course which we found out about through Groupon, but is truly worth full price. The instructor, David Kupcinet, was confident in his own abilities, personable, knowledgeable, and made the course enjoyable. His life experience contributed greatly to the class, citing specific experiences that the class may or may not experience. I have no hesitation in taking future courses.Some other people here claim to have had bad experiences. I dont see how, based on our experience. Especially, the one complaint about the store being closes. The store hours clearly state on the door as well as on this page, that they are closed on Wednesdays.

When we stopped past Law Weapon & Supply this evening, my wife stubbed her toe on the sidewalk and took a tumble, cutting her upper lip. The store personnel came out and were so nice! They offered to call 911, got her a bag of ice and a bottle of water, and checked back with us several times to see if she was ok. This went well beyond customer service, to actually showing concern for another human being.Because of her accident, we couldnt stay and shop. However, it looked like they had a lot of great handguns and other inventory. We will definitely go back - not just to see what they have, but to also say thanks for their kindness and concern. If you get a chance, please stop past Law Weapons & Supply. This is one store that truly deserves to have your business.

Dishonest and disrespectful, especially lady at the counter. She is clueless with 0 knowledge. Had to ask about particular pistol if it is legal or not in Illinois and Cook County, got nothing and actually I knew more than she does. Always knew that ladies should stick to home watching babies.

Yes, someone at the counter has to buzz the door to let you in. I seem to recall they had a no hats & sunglasses rule for customers. Quantities and availability of handgun ammo are limited (as is the case with everyone else), though their prices are higher. I had a pleasant conversation with the clerk, though I ended up not buying from them as I had a cheaper source for ammo (but a much longer drive for the privilege).

I really like the staff here and Im pretty sure its a family run place. Josalyn and the other ladys name who has escaped me (starts with an E) are SUPER nice! Very friendly, easy going and laid back crew.If you call or send them an email they will get back to you. I know that doesnt sound like much but out of 4-5 inquiries/messages with RedDot I got a return call on 1 gun. I dont like begging a business to take my money so I walked. This is why I like Law Weapons, they communicate with well and wont leave you hanging.They have a good selection online with competitive/fair pricing.Theres a pistol out of stock on their site and Josalyn put me on a list so Ill get emailed if/when it becomes available, I thought that was pretty slick.They will work with you on finding what you want. Just communicate your needs and theyll do what they can. Not much more I can ask for honestly.A real pleasure to do business with and look forward to doing more with them.

Finally, a gun shop in Chicagoland that is simply run by nice, normal, knowledgable people. No attitude, no sales-y BS, and plenty of expertise. The place is clean, the employees are presentable. Their selection isnt huge, and no range, but overall a great little shop.

Had work quoted on a pistol. Thought the price was high so I asked for an explanation from the gunsmith. Gunsmith was rude and short. Figured I would give them a try anyway. Slide was damaged during the process and sight stopped glowing a few days afterwards. I returned to ask for a simple refund for the work rendered because of all the issues caused by the shop. Gunsmith refused to refund and treated me horribly. Sent the sight into the manufacturer for warranty work and the manufacturer responded back that the sight was damaged due to improper sight installation. Did some further research and found out I could have had the work done for a third of the price elsewhere.

These people are dishonest and disrespectful. Before I purchased a Groupon for an 8 hour training class, I called and asked if I had to take the class before the expiration date. They said that as long as I registered before the expiration date, then it didnt matter when I actually took the class. When I showed up today, they tried to charge me an extra $165. Thanks for wasting my day! I look forward to seeing their going out of business sign in the future. With customer service like that, Im sure it wont take too long. After the way they treated me, they will never see a nickel from me, or anybody I know.

Went there looking for a handgun and was quoted prices that were 10-20% over MSRP. Maybe I have bad luck with picking firearms, or maybe the prices are a little high.I did find the same firearm at prices under MSRP at other stores in the area.
