Excellent service! My Dad is in declining health and the hearing problems make it that much more difficult for time with family. Both the Naperville and Orland Park Costco were very accommodating in getting them cleaned up and back to me quickly any time I’ve brought them in.

I went with my mother to Costco Hearing Aid center. Mom needed hearing aids. Jennifer was super nice and knowledgeable. She was very patient and we never felt rushed. Jennifer explained everything thoroughly. Fast delivery. We had the appointment on Tuesday to do the testing and by the following Monday my mom had her new Hearing aids.
