My air went out at 7pm. I called One Hour Air for service. Guy called me 5 minutes after my call to One Hour Air to let me know he was the tech coming to work on my AC unit. I couldnt believe the speed!! He pulled in 15 minutes later. He diagnosed my air conditioning problem, and had my air running within 15 minutes of getting here!!! It was unbelievable! Guy was super courteous, clean cut, and very knowledgeable! Hes a man that I wouldnt worry about my wife being home alone with a service employee In the house!! The HVAC system was not cooling. Eric assessed the situation and determined a capacitor had failed on the outside unit and needed to be replaced before the outside unit would run. Once replaced, the outside unit started properly and had good voltages. Once running, Eric checked the supply/return temperatures on the inside unit and confirmed the system was running and cooling properly. Eric was courteous, thorough and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him and will request him on the next PM visit.

These guys are so awesome. Always nice, educated, fair, and I feel like asking them to hang out! They are people I would have dinner with because they are just so fun and witty.

One hour a/c replaced the old cooling and heating system in my Naples Condo in Collier County. They were prompt. They explained everything. They gave me several options. They got a permit and took care of that. They estimated the job to take 6 hours; they completed it in 5. They crew was professional. Later in the day, I had some concerns about humidity and cooling. They responded immediately and a technician was at my house in 20 minutes. The technician made a couple of adjustments and monitored the performance for an hour until he was satisfied that everything was operating at 100%. I will add that, in addition to phone and email, I was able to communicate with them via text messaging which I find to be very efficient when having work done. Based on my experience, I recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Naples.

The company had someone out in 5hrs which was great. Oscar the tech was knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure why but the price for the freon was about $25 more per pound than the last company I used. Overall the company provided a quick response and that means a lot when its 89 degrees in your house. I recommend them.

I needed emergency service late night on Easter Sunday and they had someone come out in a very timely manor. Their communication was excellent and they were very professional. I have since signed up for their routine maintenance service and feel more relaxed about my a/c unit running smoothly! They are really a great company so no worries about trying them out. Be sure to check their website for their coupons too. I was able to save $50 on their repair service with their free coupon. Not too shabby!

I called One Hour after 4PM on a Friday, and the technician was at my house by 6PM that same day. Fast response second to none. Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable. My AC was up and running in no time. I do recommend Oscar and One Hour based on my experience.

Eric was very professional and educational. We are new to Florida and did not know about the bacteria that can grow in your AC unit. He showed us picture and said that our UV light was not working and tried to replace the bulb. The bill did not work so we needed to replace the unit. He did not make us feel pressure to do it just showed us pictures and did he just wanted us to know. We felt that it needed to be done to prevent the growth. He also offered us a one year maintenance contract which they come out twice a year and service. I have a home warranty that I was planning on canceling when it’s up because every time I have called for something I get charged a 100.00 and then I’m told oh that’s not covered because of something I did! So the only reason I had it was for the AC unit when and if it goes out! I’m decided I am better off saving that money. I was very happy with Eric and his professionalism and would highly recommend this company.

I placed a call in and spoke with a woman that told me she would take my information and have someone call me back. They called back a few hours later and stated they do not work on Condos. They’re not cheap to replace. We caught 2 problems fast (caused by lizards!). Happy with his expertise avoiding a more costly repair in the future. Have used this company for over a decade and they consistently offer top notch service. The service techs are always extremely knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Have never had any problems or complaints in all our years with them (and they service our AC systems twice a year at a minimum!). A text msg is always sent 30 mins before a tech arrives to let us know hes on his way, which includes a picture and the name of the person coming to do the service. They are never late for scheduled appointments and often arrive no more than 15 mins into the 2 hour time window provided, which is amazing. Couldnt be happier and highly recommend these guys!

I called One Hour AC on Saturday, May 8, 2021, as I had a problem with my AC ductwork. Their representative came out and said that it was a job that would require an additional technician and that they would be back later the following week to do the job. He gave me a quote of $648... he collected $149 for the visit that wouldn’t be applied to the cost of the job... I never heard from them again.I called another local company that came out immediately and did the same job for $207.I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but felt that I had to in this situation due to One Hour AC’s lack of response and very high quote. Given my experience they ought to change their name to Whenever Air Conditioning.
