I spotted a beautiful pearl pendant necklace in the window for my fiancé. I called on Saturday when the store was closed. The owner got back to me within a few minutes and met me at his store since they are only available by appointment on Saturday. Very fair price and more than accommodating service. Highly recommend.

Most of the time, my experiences have been quite good. Ive been able to find some excellent world silver (German, Polish, etc.) for not too much above melt, as well as some decent junk box finds (1859 Indian for 75 cents, etc.). My only complaint is that on occasion, Ive gone in to the store and asked to look at some items, only to be told no, even though the coins were in the shop at the time. Not a great idea to tell your (repeat) customers that they cant view the merchandise, in my humble opinion.
