I needed a Viking LP Gas Cooktop and was told by another appliance business that it would take 10 weeks to order and receive one from the manufacturer. After 18 years of superb service my Kitchenaid built-in wall oven needed to be replaced. I researched retailers on line and decided to visit the showroom at Fuse Specialty Appliances here in Naples, Fl. I liked what their website presented; the merchandise plus an expert installation. The next day I walked into the Naples showroom and was warmly greeted by Pete Patino and other staff. With my oven’s specifications & blue print of my kitchen in hand, I told Pete I needed a new oven… fast! He was most helpful and so very friendly. He said he’d research my new purchase options and report his findings, which he did. I purchased a new Kitchenaid oven which was ordered and installed about a month later. The installation team of 3 very courteous & knowledgeable men removed my old oven & installed the new. I started using my oven that day and love it! I do quite a bit of cooking and some baking so having a top notch oven is critical to me. I’m just tickled with my new stainless steel oven and of course I have the same convection/conventional options plus some updated features. The next major appliance we’ll need to replace is our built-in fridge. I will definitely purchase from Fuse Specialty Appliances in the future. They made a somewhat daunting appliance purchase so easy & worry free. I left the details to them! Thank you, Pete and staff !

I had a great experience working with Kim at FUSE Specialty Appliances. I had a decent amount of specific requests and high maintenance customer asks. Kim handled them all with aplomb and efficiency. She always emailed back within a few hours or first thing the next day and she was pleasant to talk to on the phone. Im an out of towner so I cant speak to the showroom but if all the employees are even half as capable and helpful as Kim, FUSE is the place you want to shop for your high end appliances in Florida.
