Jaks is the Best. Needing service while I was visiting Naples I called 3 shops.All were probably competent but the the feeling I got while talking to Andy at JAKS assured me that I was talking to the right guy. He knew exactly what I was talking about. All said and done he got me back on the road good as new at a fair price. He was both personable and professional and an all around good mechanic. Ill be moving here soon and I am comfortable knowing that hes my goto guy. 5 stars all the way. Thanks again Andy!

Very arrogant and rude personnel, I would only reccomend this shop if you are Caucasian and have a nice machine. Otherwise they treat you like scum.

Im an FWC Officer in Lee County FL. This is the best ATV, UTV and Motorcycle Repair Shop. Ive been ripped off by the motorcycle dealers but Andy and his wife took care of me in time for hunting season.

I am in the automotive industry and I am very picky about who I let work on my vehicles, with that said I was extremely happy with the care these guys had with my old motorcycle, they communicated what needed to be done and delivered it precisely, my bike has never run better. They recommended some future maintenance and I happily returned to have it performed. Its hard to find a place to trust with motorcycle maintenance, specially since being fastidious is very important to safety of the rider and the last thing you want is to be stranded on a nice day. These guys have earned my trust and my business, I happily recommend them. I have much paid more for far worse service, Im glad I found them.

Theyre great! I had them replace a flat tire for me and they ordered the part quick, got the work done and even topped up my oil for me . When they ordered the new tire for me they did a lot of research and found me the best deal. They really put the extra effort in and thats something that not too many companies do these days. Definitely going to be a returning customer

After a few bad experiences, I came across jacks ATV repair. He took dare of my side by side, and my dirt bikes, banshee.Does what he says he’s going to do in the time he says he’s going to do it. Very professional and knows what he’s talking about !

I have been to JAKS three different times for help with an older Honda Shadow. Everyone has been great and treated me very well. I recently had a massive oil leak that Andy fixed (with a deadline) and I was able to go on a 3k mile trip with the bike with no problems. I highly recommend them.
