I’ve been a Dodge guy most of my life. 2 Journeys, 4 RAM 1500 (3 of them were fully loaded Sports). Thus, I’ve been to many different dealerships in the course of my life. I took my 2015 Ram here a few times for service in the last few months. First for warranty work which turned out ok. Next was a wheel alignment on truck on 2/7/2020. After it was done It home and felt a small pull to the right. I didn’t have time to go back because I work full time with heavy travel. I spend 3-4 night a week in a hotel room or in an airplane. Thus, my time is very limited. On 3/18/2020 I went back to this dealership and told them I had some vibration (wheels needed to be balanced) and the truck pulls to the right. It’s the first time I’ve had a chance to get back to the dealership due to my work schedule. They performed the service and I went home. When I got home I looked at my previous invoice and compared it to my new invoice. They changed me both times for an alignment. However, their warranty states all parts and labor and guaranteed to 1 year or 12,000 miles. I went back to the dealership and asked for a refund on the second alignment. It had only been a few weeks and they told me, I have the print out, that the first alignment was off. Thus, they didn’t do it right the first time. The manager treated me like a was in the wrong. He asked me why I waited so long to come back. When I tried to explain I work full time he switched gears and then told me they do not warranty alignments. Clearly this guy was not going to do anything for me so I grabbed my paperwork started to walk out. As I was leaving he told me to “Come here!” Like I was a disobedient child or a worthless dog. I’ve never been so mistreated like that by a dealership. Most of all, I will. It allow anyone to treat me this way no matter what the situation is.This dealership has lost my business forever. In fact, I think it is time to give up on Dodge all together.
